Real Madrid absolutely has a lot of quality and there's no doubt about it, it's clear that these players act alone and can manage midfield, defense and attack on their own if they only wanted to, so i don't understand what the problem is, they just have to make more use of the players they have in my opinion.

It's not easy, especially getting these people to play together, if it were easy we would all be very good coaches with other people's money, especially the money of the team owners.
I assure you that making players cooperate is not at all simple, making them play together is even more complex.

What Real Madrid needs is a good coach. The team gat the quality but the lack the motivation and direction on what to do on the field when they're on pressure. This is where the role of a coach can add impact to the team performance but we ain't seeing that from Real Madrid. Team work brings success.

Madrid's performance is getting worse day by day with Arbeloa. Madrid management should have sacked Alonso and hired an  experienced manager. I don't know why they gave arbeloa the job. They are not performing well in la liga either. They have lost to weak teams in several  matches. Madrid should find an experienced manager very soon. Otherwise they will  not be able to do well next season either.

While they won't completely give up on the La Liga trophy, the UCL is the main focus for them and it is not like it would be the first time ever that Real Madrid comes back from a disadvantage like that. In La Liga they will try to keep gathering points and then let it come down to May 10th when they play against Real Madrid because that would be the one chance that is left to close the gap. Champions League is their focus, but even if they have done some miraculous comeback before, and  they fail to prepare well to adequately minimise their lapses, they might not have a comeback because losing in their own home is like a disadvantage to them right now and Bayern is not a small team that you can easily beat, you need to be more than ready to defeat them especially in this type of competition. I know Madrid can still do a comeback but it's painful when you have faith in a team in an upcoming and the team is not willing to go all out to win the game for you. So let's not help them to believe, the question are they all ready to lift this trophy??

Yes of course chances are tiny, there is no question about it. What I still think is that you have these special circumstances in some high stakes matches because the pressure is still there for both teams. If this happens, Upamecano is not the smartest player and now consider him fouling Mbappe, receiving a red card and Real Madrid is one more player for 30 minutes.

He is not a good coach, he have no experience about any big team and he was given a job that is above him and he can’t do it which is why he is suffering in survive in the club. Alonso was underrated because the team expected a lot from him, they couldn’t give him time because of much expectations and it has landed them into another big problem because they may likely not win either Laliga or the Champions League this season because Bayern Munich will do their best to eliminate Real Madrid at Alienz Arena because they played far better than them at the Santiago. If Real Madrid advanced to the next phase, I don’t think they can withstand PSG, so their chance of winning the Champions League is slim, while Barcelona had already taken all the right chance they had to lead the table.
Real Madrid should start looking for a manager from now, they can’t rely on Arbeloa to take the team, it is bigger than him.

This is football and we know a lot have happen when it comes to the UEFEA Champions League. Tonight Barcelona was the better team despite the fact that they lost the game against Atletico De Madrid at Camp Nou. Barcelona dominated every area on the pitch but their finishing was very poor couple up with the Red card Curbasi got in the late minutes of the first half. Julian Alvarez didn't waste any time when he bang such a wonderful freekick from the Argentine, this is the qualities the visitors needed to boost their performance.

Diego Simeone have a style of handling Hansi Flick and slowing down the tempo of the game. Atletico De Madrid play haram football even when Barcelona was down to 10 men, they didn't even come out to attack and they got really defensive because a clean sheet matters to them.

I will not say weak management, but the responsibility will also lie with the players because the lack of form among the players or the injuries within the team and the internal problems among some players are blamed. But centrally, that responsibility falls on the team manager and they are excluded. After Carlo Ancelotti was removed last season, Xabi Alonso was appointed but his tenure was only 6 months and currently Alvaro Arbeloa is trying but the injury problem in the team has weakened the defense. Arbeloa might have improved the team, but tactically they are not up there with the very best, that is why their current standing in the Spanish laliga entails that, and it's going to take something miraculous for them to be crown champions, because the Spanish laliga title is currently out of their reach if Barcelona keeps on winning their own games consistently.

When xabi Alonso left the club, they still have a lot of opportunities to fight for the league and other trophies, but right now, their best chance of a trophy is in the uefa champions league which they have already lost their first game to Bayern Munich, so they might go trophy less again this season, which am not a bit surprised about because their choice of manager is not up to the standard required for a team like real madrid.

We fans always criticised things whenever we see that things are not going well, for me Arbeloa has done well better than Alonso in Real Madrid, Alonso divided the dressing room and some players are not even in their best form, only Mbape is the one scoring and make the team looks like a one man team, Real Madrid is not a team of a single player, any player can turn up for Real Madrid that is why you need to treat them as one, Vini jr under Alonso look very poor that many Real Madrid fans wish for the club to sell him and now under Arbeloa he is able to get back to his best even though he has not back to the Vini jr we used to know.

I honestly thought that Arbeloa was just a passing manager to see Real Madrid through to the end of the season and that they were actively looking for another manager. Barcelona was quite unlucky in that match because without the red card they should have won the match, but unfortunately due to the red card their defense line immediately collapsed and they played without direction.. this situation was exploited by Atletico Madrid, especially since they seemed to play with less pressure, it made them play more confidently even though it was at Barcelona's home ground. it made Atletico Madrid worthy of winning this match.

I really didn't expect Barcelona to be so helpless against Atletico Madrid. I thought Barcelona would win this match,, as it was also played at Barcelona's home ground, and Barcelona usually performs better when playing at home. So this is truly a very unique and strange thing.

In today football era, players with individual skills who can't be managed effectively by coaches don't seem to make a significant impact. With the era of pragmatic play largely behind them, new coaches prioritize tactics that utilize players skills as needed to create solid play. I know Madrid isn't the type of club that embraces that concept, and that's why Xabi wasn't considered a good fit there. They opted for Arbeloa, who better aligns with Ancelotti approach.

In fact that's exactly the whole problem, players who individually are really strong, but collaboration is not their strong point.
Football is a team game, if there is no absolute complicity on the pitch and in some cases even off the pitch, the surrender can never be at its maximum.
Real Madrid I believe that at world level is the only Club that suffers from this, a roster of very good players, but together they reduce their potential.
