I hope Real Madrid doesn’t let me down in this match. Because there have been several times when I’ve been disappoointed by Real Madrid’s results. This team has the strength to defeat the opponents they face. Especially in this match against Girona. If Real madrid fails to secure a full three points again, it would be a real disaster for the team. given their superior squad depth, they should be expected to win.

With what Real Madrid is currently playing, I can’t say they will not win this match, but I’m still surprised why Real Madrid is playing like this. They are not doing well in this match, I expected them to score many goals in this match, they are still my favorite in this, the first half have already ended.

Girona keep giving them difficult time in this match, I will see what they will do in the second half maybe they will do everything to secure three point, even though they haven’t give us that sign. Girona are not playing, they are not weak everything can happen.

Because Barcelona is ahead of them by many points, so if they want to overtake Barcelona, they must win every match. Today's match is not very easy for Real Madrid, but it is enough to win. And they are already leading 1-0 with a goal. Now what they have to do if they can't score, at least keep the ball in the middle of the field so that Girona can't score any goals. they’re playing girona at home, and they look more like an average la liga team than real madrid. they’ve already lost their last two matches -one against mallorca and the other against bayern munich-. if they drop points in this match as well, it will be the second time this season they’ve failed to win three games in a row. i didn’t expect such a poor performance from real madrid in these matches.

i think they’ll keep playing like this, and barcelona will widen the gap in the league a little more each week.

it's almost the 80th minute in the match and it seems like madrid is not going to score. girona even had some chances in the last few minutes.

I think Real Madrid is going to win the game but it is very disgusting to see that Real Madrid is still playing 1-1 with Girona even till this minute, the annoying part was that they drew with Girona in the first half despite all the attempts. If Real Madrid doesn't win tonight which I believe they will win, it will be another great opportunity or advantage for Barcelona to win the La Liga this season again which I also think they will win. Perhaps Real Madrid's mind is on the champions league.

Barcelona has been weird this season, they did not win that many games against big teams, and yet somehow they are still the leaders because they rarely make a mistake against weaker teams, not zero, they still do, just minimal and less than other teams. This proves that, if you lets say lose to top four teams, meaning you are first place, but you lose 6 games, against number two and three and four, but you win EVERY other game, you are still going to be the champions.

While the situation at Barcelona is not like that, it's still quite similar and shows that the consistency is the important one. You could have bad days, but in general you have to be consistent over course of a full season, that is what Real Madrid did not have this season.

Madrid are not finding it easy in the game because Girona are doing all they can to frustrate their hosts, making sure that Los Blancos don't see anything in the first half. When I saw the fixtures I knew it will be another hard game for them. Madrid need this three points to at least reduce the 7 point gap to 4 but with how frustrating the game is, I wonder if they can be able to keep a cool head and deliver.

I didn't expect Girona will perform better against Real Madrid. If they really want to chase the title with Barcelona this season they need owing all there matches that remains because if they failed and Barcelona win there next game again that will be a huge gaps in the table and I don't think Real Madrid can find  way to win the laliga tittle this season. Hansi Flick will win the league back to back and that will be a shameful thing for big club like Real Madrid.

Let see how Girona game against Madrid will ends because they are playing 1-1 currently and anything can be possible we don't know who will be the winner in the 90 mint but Madrid should do everything possible to find a win against Girona tonight so that they can get hope in the title. If they mess up and lose or draw this match I can says that is the ends of the title race with Barcelona they will focus on the Champions League only.

Since Mbappe returned from injury the team has not been doing well, but they performed so well in his absence so i wonder what the problem could be. Even Vinicius Jr that was very active in scoring when Mbappe was on injury, but he is now finding it hard. If Real Madrid finally ends in a draw or lose, they should just surrender the league title to Barcelona because it will be 9 points clear for Barcelona if they win Espanyol tomorrow. When Valverde scored i was thinking that Real Madrid will make it 2 goals only for Thomas Lemar of Girona to equalize the score.

At this point all I can say is that Barcelona has won the league. Real Madrid are not playing like a team that is interested in challenging Barcelona any more they are just being so unserious with their performance, imagine playing at home yet they are struggling to convert their chances to score another goal that's too bad for a big team. For me Girona is the better side in this game I wish they will be lucky to get another golden opportunity to score the winning goal.

Last week's defeat by Mallorca I think we all knew that Madrid had given up on the trophy race but this result obviously doesn't look good for them.
Valverde was in the squad and as always he carried the squad in midfield and the one goal he got was not enough to gain momentum and get Madrid the three points.
Now we're into extra time but there's still nothing to be proud of despite the rhythm and how dominant they were in terms of chances but in the end it was all for naught.

They gave up La Liga, they also lost to Bayern by 1 goal on aggregate in the Champions League and this is the worst part for Madrid.
It looks like Madrid fans should be prepared for their beloved club to end the season without a single trophy.

Real Madrid is seriously losing out right now. What you expect vs. what you get vibe is what they are giving right now. I just had to mention that haven’t watched what transpired today with the Girona team. Real Madrid is currently at their low vibe from this match I just watched. It’s really annoying for you to expect something bigger but then you are disappointed with the players. Arbeloa looks like their main problem too in my opinion. He can’t do as much as a manager from a big team like this would want to do.

A draw is not a good result for Real Madrid at home against Girona even though some people might argue that their Champions League match against Bayern Munic is more important for them than this La Liga match. Real Madrid is a brand amd even if the match is not important to them, they have to guard their brand jealously. There is no justification for their recent league performance in which they lost to a small team last weak and also drew a small team this week. I just home that this draw will not also affect them the way their defeat last week affected them in the Champions League match that lead to their home defeat by Bayern Munic.

Mbappe was desperate to get a penalty he was playing just for that. The Referee did not give him that and Real Madrid and there fans couldn’t believe it, Vini Jr was close to causing a Girona player to get Red card after he got a yellow card from Vini Jr slipping.

All you have to do by the end of the season is part ways with the current manager and sign in Jurgen Klopp. That is the next manager of Real Madrid. I'm so sorry to spoil the fun but Real Madrid will be out of the Champions League competition by midweek. Another trophy less season loading. It should be nine points tomorrow if Barcelona happens to beat Espanyol.

But they beat Atletico Madrid twice in La Liga this season, they also beat Villarreal twice, both at home and away, I'm only talking about La Liga games, and they lost against Real Madrid away. In other words, Barcelona only lost one game against the three strongest teams at the top of the table. So that means Barcelona did very well against strong teams.

They did very badly against very weak teams. But even so, they are better than Real Madrid, who have a coach who is honestly adrift, and with today's draw, Barcelona only needs to win tomorrow to have a 9-point advantage. This would mean Barcelona would need to lose in 3 games, and knowing that after this round there are only 5 games left in La Liga, then Barcelona would only need to win the next 3 games to be champions of this La Liga season.

Just take it as seen the game ended 1-1, i thought Real Madrid will win to close the gap between them and Barcelona, Barcelona have to win Espanyol tomorrow at the Camp Nou to increase their points gap with Real Madrid to 9 points if they win Real Madrid have to prepare well against Bayern Munich in their second leg of the UEFA Champions league because their Laliga tittle race has come to end because Barcelona is going to win the Laliga tittle this season if they increase their point gap to 9 tomorrow.

It is disappointing that even with the home advantage and the early goal, Madrid could not win this game against Girona, fortunately I did mentioned earlier that Girona is such a team that you should not look any less, they are capable of surprises and maybe they just showed some of it to Madrid.  Clearly Madrid may have to settle for the second position on the table as they will not be able to catch up with Barcelona in the title race.

Lol 😂 you can take a break, the same results and football surprises will be waiting for you. The most annoying part of everything is how the bookmakers tend to reduce the odds so low that one would even think that Real Madrid will win so comfortably but that's most certainly not the case as the game always turns out different even when the game seems so easy to win. Football results towards the end of the Season always get crazy surprises so be expecting more.
