I will say one of the things Real Madrid needs right now is a good manager that has achieved something significant and still has the ability and the tactics or playstyle that's very good in this modern football because it's not just about having a good team, will the players take the manager's instructions? Will they be on good terms? Then, if all these factors are considered, we can start talking about how they can trophies next season because this present real Madrid squad is a very strong team and are capable of being any opponents nightmare.
Having a large number of star players is not very necessary for a team. We can understand this by looking at Real Madrid's performance. You are right that they need a competent and experienced manager who can influence the team and motivate the players. As you have expressed your concern, whether the players will follow the manager's instructions. Real Madrid has become a team that, due to the large number of star players, individual performance is seen as more important than the good of the team. Due to this mentality, they are harming themselves as well as the team. It is reported in various media that some players do not follow the instructions of the manager and do not have a good relationship with him. If there is no discipline in the team, the future outcome of that team is unlikely to be good. There is a possibility of doing well for Real Madrid if they appoint an experienced manager and take the necessary measures to maintain discipline among the players.

Hear rumour about Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez looking for possible links to bring back José Mourinho to Santiago Bernabeu. This would be really one of the bold moves for the club and Mourinho. He managed the club before and he knows exactly how to handle such an elite team like Madrid.
I'm happy about this news because it's the good thing every madridstats want to see, a manager that's not average and have accomplished top trophies in his managerial career as coach. José Mourinho coming to Santiago Bernabeu, he will maintain high fest of discipline and also the dressing room will be under control.
Yes,, I don't know if this will happen or not at this time. Basically,, if Mourinho could return as Real Madrid's coach, it would definitely have a huge impact on Real Madrid. As we know,, Mourinho is a coach with many achievements. So, Real Madrid should be able to return to greatness under Mourinho's leadership. But right now,, this is just a rumor, and we don't know what Mourinho's decision will be. He is also currently coaching Benfica,, and his contract expires next year. Therefore,, I think Mourinho could become Real Madrid's coach again, but this is still unconfirmed at this time. So,, Real Madrid fans, let's just hope that Mourinho will return as Real Madrid's coach. Real Madrid perhaps has one of the strongest squads in Europe in terms of quality, but something is wrong. That's why Real Madrid has suffered so many defeats. Furthermore, these dropped points are what keep them second in the Spanish league. Perhaps it's time for Real Madrid to hire a really good coach. Otherwise, they will lose even more points.

We should be considering how this could be a very different situation if he left because this team has become "los galacticos" twice under him, and he is trying to build the third one as well. If he leaves, who will come in his place? Let's not exaggerate, however, to say that he has built a team that wins nothing, it's certainly not a good period, but that doesn't mean they are losers. I like the fact that he has good charisma and the final decision is up to him and everyone goes along with him without protest. He looks like a boss and maybe they really need that to get a good frame.

Real Madrid will definitely end the season without anything, that is understandable. But they really need to make sure they are not making a mistake with the next manager, getting someone like Mourinho is basically saying that they are going to end up with one more bad season.
And with the way Barcelona has won even while being in this much debt, and them potentially having their finished stadium and much better income, there is a chance Barcelona could start to do better financially too, so Real has just one more year to get back, otherwise the gap could be opened way more and things could be worse for them in the future if they do not care. I highly suggest they do not get Mourinho, and get someone who has been great in recent years instead.

Will Real Madrid really go for Mourinho? He managed Real Madrid for 3 seasons between 2010-2013. 1x La Liga, 1x CL trophies... After 13 years he is expected to manage them again?
I'm not sure if it would work man. I don't like Mourinho anymore. Football is changing and his ways are getting older. His being unbeaten in the Liga Portugal shouldn't mislead. There is a huge gap between that league and La Liga.

We’re in for a match that’s crucial for the relegation zone. Girona will host Mallorca at home. Both teams still have a chance to stay in the league, of course, but we can also say they have an equal chance of being relegated. Since Girona is three points ahead of their opponent and will be playing at home, they’ll take the field as the more advantageous side. They might approach the game thinking that a draw would be enough, but for Mallorca, this is definitely a match they must win. Both teams will play an open game, and a high-scoring match is likely.

Mallorca could find themselves in the relegation zone at any moment. Therefore, despite it being a tough away game, they absolutely must get three points against Girona. Behind them are Sevilla and Levante, both of whom have a chance to overtake Mallorca. So, if they don't want to give them that chance, they need to play the same beautiful game against Girona that they played against Real Madrid.

Yes. Madrid will end two consecutive seasons trophyless Madrid current task is simply to finish the season well. The issue with the rumors of Mourinho re hiring by Madrid is perhaps that club management no longer trusts the system. At the start of the season, they recruited Xabi Alanso aiming to play with a system but ultimately failed even though he was replaced by Albeloa. In essence, Madrid would bring in a coach with a thousand tactics if they had a player with a number one ego. It's useless like the coach who was the first victim of Xabi and Arbeola. Perhaps that's why the Mourinho issue has resurfaced as Mourinho has a strong character in dealing with egotistical players and can control the dressing room. While Mourinho strategy is indeed outdated Madrid currently needs a coach who can curb players' egos and utilize the potential of each player. Therefore, underestimating Mourinho is wrong as Madrid has previously done the same thing successfully. Ancelotti was once considered past his prime by many, but Madrid dared to bring him back despite his failures at previous clubs including his poor spell at Everton. However, his return to Madrid resulted in two Champions League titles in three years. So, Mourinho could be an attractive option right now, but he needs to prove himself quickly. Positive results are crucial in the first six months and there's no need for a process or adaptation.

You guys know how to make jokes sometimes because what's so special about Real Madrid right now? 2 years and there is no major trophy, no Laliga and no Champions League and you guys still think they matter. Even if Mbape makes 100 goals in a season and doesn't win anything, it doesn't make him better because he need the trophy and it's even since he came to this club that things has not been working out, I don't care about his goal hype people talk about him. Did you see what PSG was playing yesterday? I haven't seen that in my life with Mbape during his time in PSG. The atmosphere was hot, those those guys pushed Bayern to where they came from despite going 30 games without loss, that's what PSG did without Mbape and to think they gave him everything in that club so the club could flourish. It's the same thing that is happening in Real Madrid right now, they are pure failure until they fix it.

How do you know that.. and with the gentle ones so far, don’t you think they need someone that can handle them with iron hand. He looks like the real deal to me but we will never know if he doesn’t catch them. Apart from getting a coach, they need to sign more players , i think they are on that already . There’s possibility they sign 3 new defenders..

Mourinho wouldn't be a magic spell for Madrid that they cast it and they suddenly start winning. They should atleast give sometime to a manager and let him settle in and atleast understand the club and their strengths correctly, what always say is that managers aren't responsible for the lose its the players that are responsible for it, a manager will create a perfect plant and tactic for the team but if they can't apply it then you can't blame the manager. Mourinho would be a little better as he knows how to control egos and I can assure that egos are a big problem in Madrid. So idk if mourinho's move is certain but if he makes the moves then we may be able to see some positive changes.

If Perez takes such a step, I think it would be a huge mistake. First of all, look at Mourinho’s recent years and the results achieved by the teams he has managed. You can confidently say that in almost every team he’s had disappointing seasons and hasn’t really achieved much. At best, if I’m not mistaken, he won the UEFA Conference League with AS Roma, but for a coach of his level, that’s too modest to count as a major achievement.
Moreover, the discipline you’re talking about Mourinho clearly overdoes it these days, and Real Madrid players don’t like that kind of approach. Look, for example, at Xabi Alonso when he joined his team this year, his approach immediately led to conflicts with players. I think that if Mourinho were to join Real Madrid, things would only get worse. Yes, Real need a strong coach, but if I remember correctly, there were rumors that Klopp could become their new manager, that would be an ideal option for them in my opinion. So I hope Perez doesn’t make that mistake.
As for the match Real will play this weekend against Espanyol, I expect them to win. Right now they’re under no pressure from the title race or other tournaments, so they’ll be well-rested, I think they’ll beat Espanyol comfortably.
I agree, getting Mourinho back would be the last nail on his own coffin and Perez would start to be seen as the president who is no longer good for Real Madrid. He has done wonderful stuff as president, no president in the world has won as many UCL titles as he did, and fans should be very grateful for him and should thank him but also send him his merry way so that they can find someone who is more modern and not someone who will insist on his old views. Mourinho used to be great there is no doubt, but getting him today, when he has been a terrible manager for nearly a decade, would be a huge mistake.

Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid career is in the past. I don't think he should return to Real Madrid because in today's football, Real Madrid needs to play faster and more attacking. However, I don't think Mourinho is the kind of manager who can achieve that anymore. Yes, he had great successes in the past and his career is full of achievements, but football has changed and it's doubtful he can succeed in this new style.

After his performance in Türkiye, we can say that there are hardly any Turks left who like Mourinho. He managed the team in a rather unpopular way, and when he left the country, nobody had good memories of him. So, we can say that we don't like him very much. In his recent statements, he said that he is not currently interested in Real Madrid and wants to make Benfica successful in the Champions League. Therefore, I don't think he will come to Real Madrid; I think he is no longer a coach capable of managing such a big team

Taking over Real Madrid at this level is like suicide. Especially since he has had great successes with Real Madrid in the past, and he would rather be remembered for his achievements than for bad memories. Jose Mourinho will probably end his active football career as a coach in Portugal.

The Real Madrid current team happen to be a team with a good squad but I also feel they’re lacking in their managerial qualities, they don’t have the best manager to better manger this teams well, and with the look of things, if things don’t get better, it is better they sack him and go in search of a new coach for the team. I am not saying this coach is totally poor in management of the team, but they still need a better manager that can do better for the team. I am still not sure if this their current manager will remain in the team till next season without him being replaced by another manager.
It looks to me that you see Mourinho as a manager than can’t manage Real Madrid really well again, he has lost his grip and he’s nothing but coach we use to know him for like in the good old days. Did Real Madrid hint of having him as their coach or he’s out of club and looking to get into a new one? I’m still surprised why the thought of Mourinho came to your mind as not a better option for Real Madrid with all the managers we have that could potentially be a good option for them if they approach them.

Real Madrid will definitely end the season without anything, that is understandable. But they really need to make sure they are not making a mistake with the next manager, getting someone like Mourinho is basically saying that they are going to end up with one more bad season.
They've really made couple of mistakes that led to their poor performance this season and I think you have a point nothing can be done about this season again but they shouldn't make any more mistake that will have effect on them next season. Mourinho will definitely bring order in the dressing room but performance wise he isn't the best there is now. Something is certain even if Mourinho doesn't give them a perfect season they are certainly not ending the season trophiless again.
It's surprising how Barcelona still managed to dominate despite having financial problem but I think Real Madrid need to get themselves together as soon as possible. If Barcelona financial situation improves it doesn't guarantee more dominance, we saw how they mismanaged funds in the past but I hope they don't when they finally get themselves back up.

To me, Xabi Alonso was ready to change things in Real Madrid but things didn’t went as planned, this is because he was not given enough time. I believe if Xabi Alonso was given enough time he would’ve make thing change for better, for the fact Xabi didn’t have any wrong record he tried his best to see that thing went good for Real Madrid, but I think they need a fast result that is why they decided to change him.
Moreover, I don’t really watch Real matches that much sometimes but people said the players were not ready to obey what he said, so if that’s true it’s better he leave the team.
The Xabi Alonso deal didn't work out. I thought he was going to be the solution; he's young and has a great strategy. The problem is that Real Madrid players have huge egos and don't give their all for the shirt. That's why they're losing, drawing, and playing without running or anything. I'm a Real Madrid fan, and it's easy to see why. Lately, the matches have been very boring. Arbeloa is doing what he can. Ideally, we'd have a Klopp, but they don't give him the autonomy to make signings; the club makes the signings. Maybe that's why he doesn't want to go.

Jose Mourinho understands what's happening in football today because he is still managing a football team in Portugal by now he can't be using old style to improve a team that wants to get trophies and win competition like champions League so if you think he's not good to manage Real Madrid again because of his style then you are wrong. He has good history with Real Madrid and till date he's a good manager, if you want him to coach Real Madrid if he accepts the offer he will understand that his responsibility is to transform the team and give them a good pattern that will boost their performance and give them the right results. You can't write him off because you think he can't adjust to modern football give him the contract and watch him perform magic and bring out the beast in Jude Bellingham, Mbappe and Vinicious Junior.
