Actually, these things happened as a result of failure. The players started blaming each other, and as a result, what we're hearing about happened. We all know there's a lot of unrest within Real Madrid. Although they try to hide it, it's not something that can be kept secret. Whoever the player is who gets into a fight, they should be punished. Because it becomes a source of unrest within the team, especially when we're talking about a team like Real Madrid, with such a history of success. That's their business, if they like they should further divide into atoms it's their business, Perez allowed most of these things to happen. When a player is bigger than the coach that's what happens, Alonso tried to create a team but the players didn't want than and instead of the management to step in and resolve the situation by standing by the coach, instead the sacked him. What was that message to the players, you guys are bigger than the coach and his crew that's what that message ment and the players are doing exactly that.

Bad story, when someone works hard to do good for the team and is treated like this it becomes complicated.

We cannot agree any less, the management most likely have all the preference for players much more than they do for the managers because situations as this, if it were to be the manager who was involved in any form of disagreement with the players noticeable enough to have gone beyond the dressing room, they would have taken actions on such manager. From what can be seen, it is indeed true as many media have rumored, but I will not blame Mbappé here because, in my opinion, the coach is the person most responsible in a team for everything, so the coach should be able to make this team better. However, the reality is that did not happen, so the coach should be held accountable, while Mbappé is a player with fairly good quality, which is proven by his goal contributions for Real Madrid so far. Now, it is up to how a coach can make use of a player like Mbappé.

They are human beings without a doubt, but they are professionals and professionals paid good money.
Sometimes you can't do certain things as a kid just because you're so presumptuous that you think you're right about everything and everyone.
Are we not in elementary school? Certain behaviors simply need to be punished and that's it.

We see that the coach has been managing Atletico Madrid for a long time and knows the team very well. That alone should be enough reason for the manager to stay. Furthermore, they have a manager who knows the team very well and has been in charge for a long time. Changing him would be a huge risk.

As much criticism as can be made and said about Atletico Madrid, for me he still made a good impression, he still fought with very strong teams and he did it well, he certainly could have done better but that goes for everything.

Maybe I'm wrong but if they continue to "manage" the situation this way Real Madrid will only get worse, it's true that there are no longer the players of the past, but it's also true that this is not a justification for cannibalizing a team.
He needs someone who has the courage to take matters into his own hands, with a firm fist and make a decisive decision on what to do. Players who cause problems or bench (even if they're good) or quit make no sense, it seems the roles have been reversed.

I totally agree with you. Real madrid have to make big and tough decisions. They have a lot  of talented players in their squad. But the  relationship and understanding between them is not good. This is because players who are causing problems in match tactics and squads can not be kept in the squad. One of Vini andmMbappe probably needs to be left out of the squad. The two are the most important  players in Madrid's squad. But their understanding is not good. If this continues, madrid will not be able to dominate the  league in the next season. Their performance will  be unstable.
