I don’t think cleaning up some key players in madrid is necessary is just and miss understands with each other and the coach don't have that power to control the players is scared to be sack because the power that the players have can make perez sack the coach easily. But if they can get a new coach that can deal with the player everything will pass. But now they take decision and make some players leave that is helping the club that means the club's will struggle hard before building new. This is the result of Perez over-indulging his expensive players, it will not be a great team even if it is inhabited by talented players if there is no unity.
Cleaning must be done from now on, get rid of some high ego players, it doesn't matter even if they are quality players.

I seriously do not believe that this is an argument over just one tackle though. Mbappe and signature situation, Vini and transfer rumours, and now players arguing, all of them are connected. Real Madrid is the type of team that can survive if they are successful, 2 years and no cup means that they are doing very bad, normally they can't survive 2 years without any cups, and players (and of course managers) will be at a cross.

This means that, next year they have to win, and there is no alternative scenario, without a win next year, they will be in a terrible for them. Changing the coach may not be of any use until the grouping that has formed among the players is healed. No matter which coach in the world is brought to Real Madrid, the current team will not respect that coach. That depends, if Real Madrid would like to employ Mourinho as their head coach. Problems like this arises when the team management has given some powers to some players that they’re the best and the team cannot do without them. Also, as long as the team management cannot respect and look up to the decision of their appointed coach as the final decision and still needs the approval of some players, then they will also not see a progressive team that all the players have respect for their coaches.

Real Madrid’s team needs discipline and not just only a new coach. If they don’t get that discipline, even with a new coach, they’ll still look down on him and not obey his commands. Before now i believed in that assumption that Real Madrid's inconsistent performance was because of players depth but on a second thought I also realised that it was that same team i considered inconsistent that where considered among the world best players individually. It's an absolute disgrace to the club and president if this is true. Profession players are supposed to conduct themselves professionally because they are bound by a contract and are paid handsomely for playing for the club

You are right, they need to erase some high prioritized players because a team that wants to grow should learn how to take tough decisions. The club has tested all these overvalued players in two seasons, but they didn't win anything despite the quality of the team so it's about time to get rid of some players and see how the result will turn out. It will be dangerous to prioritize players over the interest of the team, and it is disheartening to see that a team like Real Madrid played 2 seasons without any trophy, it's really too bad. I read that Perez said he's not letting go any player for now, he had better do a rethink and do the needful before it becomes too late for the club.
