Don't overreact, Barcelona's real strength is having goals all over the pitch. They don't have to rely on just one striker, and that’s a nightmare for any defense. Same goes for the midfield – no point fixing what is not broken. Unless those rumors about Frenkie de Jong moving to Bayern actually happen, then there definitely need to shake things up.

I'm not to be honest. Don't you notice that despite having alot of goals,, they always lose so many chance just because the main strikers aren't  performing to the normal standard. Having a main striker will literally put Barcelona  ahead of Bayern in term of scoring goals, Yamal should have a good number of assists beyond what he currently has.

It is not also about fixing what's not broken , it is about not allowing it to break down. Every single time Pedri has an  injury, Barcelona always feel the impact , they can't  rely only on Frankie, Gavi Ned's enough time to properly recover, Benal need more time to recover. These alone , pushes Flick to use Eric Garcia at the midfield attimes .

Hansi Flick just signed a contract for the next two seasons. After a season like this, I don't think he'll make any major changes.

You're talking about injuries – it's the end of the season, after all. Find me a team whose players aren't battered after a full season, especially from teams that have played in so many cups.

To simply put it, am tired of seeing this Xabi Alonso getting sacked stuff, Xabi in Real Madrid would have never work because he didn't know what he was getting himself into and he didn't know that the management puts the opinion of the players over the actually manager. This is a wrong take mate, No manager that is coming to a club will be told or know that he wouldn’t be backed by the club, if the club actually wouldn’t be backing him he would have thought he wouldn’t be on their list from the start. Personally I don’t put any blame on him, this is 21 century and Real Madrid are the only club to be throwing their manager under the bus because of the players. Madrid were just too impatient with the him and that’s not what any team does now.

Real Madrid wasn't bigger than Alonso but the players made it look as though they are bigger than him and that is the major problem that Alonso had and if the club gave him more time i believe he would have made improvements and maybe contend the title till the last day. Alonso never had many bad performances when he was Real Madrid coach, they should have at least allowed him to manage the team for a full season and see what comes out of him but they replaced him with Álvaro Arbeloa thinking that they are making a better decision but that was really their worst decision. Again, it’s  not really about the injuries ,it’s about having replacement to maintain balance incase any of the key player sustain an injury or even prevent the injury . Rashford dissapointed and it seems they wil still keep him, Roony Bhadji turns to a ghost  whenever they need him to replace Yamal  and so on.

Barcelona this season wasn’t that impressive  at the early stage  and mid season of 2025/2026 ( the current season) . Everyone think they did well because their rivals suffered  a massive breakdown. Wait till Realmadrid  recovers their blance and the competition gets intense , only then they will realise that there's something wrong with not utilisimg a higher  percentage of opportunities in their games .

I believe flick knows what's best for his squad but the truth is that we can't  compete for many titles with his current squad,changes need to be made.

Hansi Flick has built Barcelona into a stronger side, winning two consecutive La Liga titles is a significant achievement. It's no wonder the barcelona board immediately offered hansi flick a new contract, as they know he a coach capable of leading them to glory.

Considering player injuries, that understandable, as injuries occur every season. But this is where the coach needs a strategy, having suitable and qualified substitutes to replace injured key players.

There is not many news or rumours exactly about potential transfers to Barcelona. They have a good squad overall, they might extend some contracts, evaluate the need for Lewandowski financially and compare that to the available options. There are talks about a top striker, talks focused on Julian Alvarez and rumours about reinforcement of the goalkeepers squad.
Ferran Torres future is also on table to compare between an extension or a transfer. I think Real Madrid transfer news will be more interesting to follow.

I actually think the opposite. With their current squad, they're actually not good enough in the league. They could win the title early because Real Madrid are unlucky. Look at Barcelona's performance in the UCL, isn't that a clear comparison to teams from other leagues?

Real Betis back to the Champions League Competition?! I'm glad to see my boy Anthony helping his side achieve this competition. They deserve it, they have off course worked so hard to get here. They won 2 goals to 1 though tonight at home.

As for Celta Vigo, the most disappointing La Liga fixture, as they failed to hold the lead allowing Levante to leapfrog them from behind to grab all three points. That third goals by Dela has got to be Puskas Worthy.

Real Madrid has been without a trophy for two seasons, so the team needs to be more astute in analyzing the problems so that they can make more significant changes next season. Because for a team as big as Real Madrid, not winning any trophies after a season is a very embarrassing mistake, and Real Madrid must be able to correct this next season. Because not all problems can be solved by bringing in new players and getting rid of old ones, the same applies to coaches, with Real Madrid having two in one season.

Not giving enough time for these players to blend well with their coaches has never really been a great move for any club. When you’re more focused on fast results, you’ll end up not getting what you want because it is a gradual process and not a conclusive outcome immediately. Real Madrid new manager that will be coming in would have seen how the club has treated their past coaches and how the relationship between players and coaches have been, so he’ll trade more into having the edge over everything as the head. This is just the best way to be able to propel the team from the condition they’re facing now.

It’s the way Real Madrid have being run for a long time and it has worked just fine. It’s okay to have them rely on this formula to save them from time to time. There has never being a time from the last 2 decades when Real Madrid didn’t have stars on their team.

Levante once more maintained great form and was able to beat Celta Vigo, it was a well contested game but, Levante proved the better side and won.

Alonso required players in midfield who could press, who could move around with those short, sharp passes as Xhaka did at Leverkusen. The board, however, signed him defenders and a teenager forward. No central midfielder to replace Modric or Kroos. How can that be his responsibility? He was challenged to prepare a dish without any ingredients.

Even if they had supported him properly, I don't believe that the players were ever going to submit. We're talking about guys whose agents have first-hand access to the president. Whose entourages basically run the club from the shadows. One player was out there demanding a higher salary than the top earner just to prove a point about hierarchy.

So is Mourinho coming back, after all? Call in the tough guy, make the house tidy, set five players out, three in. Except Casillas, who is outspokenly against it. This season, Barcelona has been at the top of the points table since the beginning and has not fallen to the bottom of the points table. But Real Madrid has a huge problem in the attack department, if this problem is not overcome, Real Madrid will face danger next season as well. Therefore, Real Madrid needs to improve so that they can prepare for the next season and return to the competition.

That's a very accurate observation. In the past, star players seemed to have more ego, but today's players have even more ego and do nothing for the team. Mbappe or Vini don't track back after losing the ball. I remember Cristiano Ronaldo making incredible runs back in the final minutes. He tried to do everything for the team. That's why we need to get rid of players who lack this team spirit.
