One of the obvious challenge we have seen Madrid has in recent times following  the crisis in their team is lack of discipline and control and if there is one thing mourinho is known very well for is in his ability to control the team and subject them to some discipline and mind you, he has made name for himself as a coach unlike  the others who will be considered as not too experienced, so it will be easier for mourinho to earn the respect of the players  and then been subjected to the discipline of the coach. Mourinho may not be the absolute solution but he will be of great help to the team.

Florentino Perez is making a really bad move in my opinion... He isn't thinking of a manager who is good for modern day football. He only thinks of the discipline part.

In this era of football what clubs need is balance, not a club full of star players who are difficult to direct. Honstly, i think the plan to bring Jose back to Madrid seems another bad plan. I know he's the special one, but will madrid players still have respect to him after Prestianni Vini incident? I believe to sign him as a new coach is just waste of money and time.
