I fully believe and support what the management decision appointed Jose Mourinho the next manager for Real Madrid, his experienced how to manager Los Galaticos team will bring positive impact because Real Madrid dominance by many star players. But the problem in the modern era is that a lot of players have big egos and are harder to manage. Real Madrid don’t just need discipline anymore, they also need a good approach and a proper understanding of what the players actually want.

Building a good relationship with Madrid players through very harsh discipline might not work in the short term. Unless Mourinho can learn from Ancelotti’s way of managing Real Madrid.

That’s what I also observed in the Laliga table this season, the 1st to 5th position are already secured while from the sixth position till 19th position, anything can happen because they all have just five points gap, if any of them can win their last two matches, any one can manage to leave the relation zone and any team can still make the Europa League and conference league spots because they both have similar chances to qualify if they win their next two matches.

For now, only teams that will lose their next matches can get relegated among the likes of Levante, Mallorca, and Elche, while Getafe and Celta Vigo can be out of the list if the win their next matches.

you are actually right the major problem with this Madrid team is not actually all about the managers, Madrid has been coached by top world classes in the past two seasons. There is the element of the players contributing to this situation that they are seeing themselves ending up the season without a single trophy. I feel that the club is giving the players too much authority to exercise anytime there is an issue with the players and the manager the club hierarchy tend to be moving in the side of the players. So any coach that don't do their bidding they can remove such a coach by producing a very bad run of form.


Mourinho should know that this is not the Madrid team that he left some few years ago, alot of things has changed except the club is ready to agree with the terms of Mourinho because one thing about Mourinho is that he likes control. Any player who is not ready to take instructions should be ready to sit on the bench when eventually Mourinho is given a contract over other potential managers.

Because there are problems among the players that only the players and the Real Madrid authorities can fix, it may not be possible for the manager to solve this problem. Whoever the manager is before the players' attitude changes, he may also have to leave the team, taking responsibility for the failure like Xabi Alonso and Arbeloa. Real Madrid only has time during the World Cup to solve this problem.

Yeah Mourinho can give you that but I don't expect him to beat Hansi Flick for the title. His ways are just old and I don't know how many times I have said this.    Other than that they had better make signings for the defense line especially.

I completely agree, this is a terrible move and he will not succeed here without a doubt. We have seen Mourinho becoming a bad coach for years now, and the fact is that he has not been doing a good job since he left Real Madrid.

I can't agree with him more! Because it isn't about his professionalism only. We need to see the whole package. And that doesn't look good to me at all anymore man...

I think the dressing room is unmanageable, and the only way to fix it is with discipline, and Mourinho has that. It doesn't matter, I honestly don't care if they get rid of Bellingham or Mbappe or any of them, I really don't care. What I care about is having stars who carry the badge with them, who fight for the badge and not for their ego. Madrid needs those kinds of players, not players who are whining just because they're famous.

And some believe that Real Madrid new players Real Madrid management signed into the club are the challenge causing Real Madrid losses, which is not true. I don't think Real Madrid current coach have something meaningful to offer Real Madrid, because the way they where eliminated in champion league and other tournament make me believe that this season will make Real Madrid not to achieve any trophy in this season.

Their coach has strengthened them with a lot of hard work and trying at Real Madrid and if they could not get ahead of Barcelona in some games, then there will be a shortage. Real Madrid needs to make changes because there is currently no good relationship between the players. Due to which the players cannot perform well, there has been an attitude among the players in the attacking department who are busy improving their performance and scoring goals with their own feet.

Why is there a problem in the players?? Thats the problem of a manager which need to be changed. Its true that players play a more important part but a manager like mourinho who has handled many egos in the past is i believe a good fit for this circumstances. Madrid is undergoing a problem with players’ ego and their selfishness and i believe that mourinho can put players in their place which will have a positive impact on the team.

He managed Real Madrid before but I'm sure you will agree with me that this was not the kind of players Real Madrid bad then. The players back then were determine to win, less ego toward their coach, they are not greedy and everyone was determined to win but collective effort to win the match comes before anyone personal ambition but look at what is going on in Real Madrid, do you think Mourinho will allow this kind of behavior, I'm not sure he will let that happen.

There is no way that team is not going to change, this forward thing, backward line are going to change. In my on view and understanding if the coach is a disciplined one the players won't be doing what they are doing currently in the club but is better the coach can't control the players anymore that is why some of them are fighting each others in the dressing room and training ground. Since am watching football have not seen any player fighting in the dressing room in real madrid when Zidane and Ancelotti coach the club but now that they don't have good coach that will deal with the players when they misbehave in the team.

I do not agree with you, the only scenario where I feel Mourinho won't be able to put this players in there place is if Perez gives the players the power to do that, if the Perez will just give the whole decision making and management to Mourinho without interfering, I feel deeply that Mourinho will change the whole team and they will listen because Mourinho isn't any of there mate with his level of accomplishment and that respect is all Mourinho needs, if you don't behave well, you get benched.

This directly shows that even the 9th placed club (Bilbao) can enter the relegation zone if they lose their remaining 2 matches and the other clubs at the bottom win all their matches.

This is really crazy because the competition in the standings is very good especially to see the gap in points currently owned of course it shows that it is very competitive even though in terms of trophies only a few clubs can compete but to be in La Liga the competition is clearly not to be underestimated because apart from Oveido at this time there is still nothing that can be confirmed to be relegated this season.

Those are very tight points we are seeing between all those teams there. This even makes the final two matches more competitive to watch. In this table, we can see many team having chances of the European qualifications and also we can see a lot of teams there also having a chance to qualify for the La Liga and miss going into relegation.
