I laughed a lot....the scene has absolutely funny remarks. In video Jose Mourinho beats all of egos like through slippers he beat Killyan Mbappe and others was hearing the assault of Killyan Mbappe. To be honest this is the real time story like when Jose Mourinho will come to management then firstly he will try to treat the toxic behavior of star player such as Killyan Mbappe, Vinicus Junior, Jude Bellingham etc. Currently these few players have toxic relation and if they didn't follow the unity rules then probably Jose Mourinho will try to change their minds.....

Jose Mourinho is a highly attitudinal person, and if anyone of them has misbehaved with him or didn't even follow the coach command then probably he will put him bench or will not even consider him as team player.

One problem in think is affecting real Madrid's team now is know other thing than player quality and poor management from the coaches end. With The types of players in Real Madrid now i don't think it will be easy for low profile coaches to manage except for coaches that have management skills like Micheal Carrick if not the only solution is getting coaches like mourinho.
The assumption of using mourinho to bring permanent solution to the uncontrollable problems of Real Madrid must definitely yield positive results because he will introduce some working strategies that will revive the team from this current problem.

I don't think the best way the internet think is what Mourinho will handle the team. Why was Real Madrid doing well and there was never ego in the picture when Anceloti was managing the team very well. They were cooperation among the players, they liked each other but suddenly it was getting out of hand that was because everyone was frustrated. There is this anger that comes when you guys are not getting what you want, it's why the players are not happy together.

However, that greediness and not ready to pass ball to each other, that is going to stop. Arbeloa may not have the power to discipline players when they failed to cooperate in the field but I know Mourinho will not entertain any form of that, even Perez will let him do as he want as long as the team are going to win the matches. Lol; that’s how life works sometimes. If you have talented people and all of them think they are the best and are valuable, they will always have that selfish mindset which will spoil their work in general because there will be no cooperation which never lead to the right path.

That’s the situation of Real Madrid for more than two seasons now; they have the players but lack the coach to talk to them for the betterment of the team; the players don’t respect the young coaches that comes to them because they feel they are more important than the coach which is true from how the management take them; but this had been killing the team slowly.

The bold step taken by the management to bring back someone that will not take their attitude is better, since all players are important, they need a leader that can talk to them, and that’s what we know Mourinho for; he is always disciplined, he can solve Real Madrid’s current problem, but I don’t think he will last long in the team.

I don’t think even Micheal Carrick will be the best coach to manage Real Madrid if given the chance. He’s able to manage and control Manchester United now because of the nature of players in those teams and not because he’s very good at it. You are right that Mourinho has the ability to lead Real Madrid again. Real Madrid's achievements during his time are not small. There is certainly a rationale for appointing him because he is a good organizer. Although some are criticizing him, he is an experienced manager and a senior manager, giving him the responsibility of a traditional team like Real Madrid is the right decision.

Yes, whoever the coach is, I'm not too sure whether he can make Real Madrid a good team again next season. Because I think the problem Real Madrid is currently facing is clearly not only with the coach, but the existing players also clearly need to be overhauled if Real Madrid wants to perform well. Because after seeing the attitudes of Real Madrid players who disrespect their coach, I'm not too sure whether their performance next season will be good.

Back in the Ancelotti era, the players really had good chemistry and were willing to put their egos aside for the sake of the team. Ancelotti was also a very flexible coach, he never put too much pressure on the players and always knew how to handle every player’s ego. Sometimes he even gave the players freedom to use their own tactics and ideas on the pitch.

That’s why the locker room stayed peaceful and Madrid looked very solid back then. But ever since Ancelotti left, there hasn’t been a coach who truly understands what the Madrid players actually need.
