Despite winning 3-0 at home, Mallorca failed to avoid relegation. Winning Oviedo was a useless effort, they have the chance to win Levante or even draw could have put them in the upper place with Etche but they failed to win the league. The effort the spent on playing Oviedo should have been put in winning those 2 matches they loss but. Sometimes it's good to test relegation though, maybe after wasting two or 3 years in the lower division without coming close to the Laliga, they will learn a good lesson.

It's so unfortunate that Girona we all watch to top the league some seasons back only to settle for the fourth place and was qualified to play in the Champions League after ad getting relegated. Some clubs don't know when to make investments on their players, the players they sold the season they top the 4th place in the Laliga Spain was not a good step. They have built this solid defense since 2 seasons ago but their attack is still not improved, at this moment they should have thought about it more seriously, because in the Europa league later relying on defense alone will not be enough to compete with teams outside La Liga especially English teams. I was so impressed with their performance, Getafe actually did so well this season because real Madrid could not be able to win the home and away, real Madrid managed to defeat them at their own home and getafe also did the same thing too. Compare this season's performance and the last season you can see clearly that their performance have improved to Almost 80% because last season they finish the league on 13th position, with 18 defeat, 9 draws and 11 wins.

Getafe are able to qualify for the conference league which is a very nice achievement for them, this will bring a lot of opportunity for them and more exposure because they will be involved in Europa composition which is Conference League, i will make sure I put more attention to them to see how they can perform in that League because with their performance now i expect them to go a very long way due to the kind of team involved.

Real Betis hosted Levante at home and defeated them 2-1. Although Levante left the match with a loss, they managed to stay in the league. The win didn’t mean much for Real Betis, but they managed to defeat their opponent 2-1 with a goal scored in the second half. In my opinion, both teams played well enough. With this victory, Real Betis finished the league with 60 points, while Levante managed to stay in the league with 42 points.

Real Betis Balompié football team played very well against Levante football team and that team did 2 goals in this match and opponent team did less effort in this match. Overall, yes, it's a tragic ending. But firstly, someone has to be relegated, and Girona was close to that last season. Secondly, Mallorca should be the most upset, as they lost their La Liga spot to two clubs based on additional criteria. The race against relegation turned out to be much more interesting than the title one.

You are correct, Girona was not close to winning La liga that year but we cannot deny the fact that they tried that very season, Girona took the league by storm, they were a team of winners. I remember them beating Barcelona both home and away. I wasn't surprised when they could not longer compete the next, small teams always lose their players to bigger team and that was what happened to them to that season.

This is the last game of the season and the odds from the bookmakers look quite interesting. Looking at Atletico’s current condition, I’m still a bit doubtful they can beat the home team. On top of that, their key player Alvarez will most likely miss this match.

Even though Atletico Madrid have a solid defense, I think Villarreal have a slightly better chance to win today. But honestly, I also feel this game could easily end in a draw if both teams decide to play safe. And if Villarreal can score early, there’s a good chance Atletico Madrid could lose this match.

It's really great to see Turkey on the World Cup stage again. A new generation of young players will get a chance to prove themselves in front of the world. European teams are building stronger squads than ever before. It is understood that the fight for the title will be fierce among South American teams as well. That game was not of much importance to the. So loosing it did not feel like an actual loss, I may be wrong but thst is what I think about  thst game because the Barcelona I know would not loose to such a team if they had something they were playing for and not just them trying to complete their scheduled game for the season.

Yeah that one was sad I did not excepted them to falling, this one is a little bit sad. I am not really thinking that they would be doing something that could be this bad, we should be considering how things could be changing on the long run but the reality is that we should not be building a situation where it would be this bad, we should have guessed it a long ago when they started to lose on a big break.

In any case, I am sure that as a team with a good fan base, they are going to be financially capable to actually come back very quickly, I think they are going to probably win next season and then come back, and even if they do fail that, then I am sure that they are going to d a lot better with more time and should not be considering more than a few years at most.

It doesn’t really matter how they play to me so far it can get that a positive season that it is very okay. Getafe we all know is a team that always battle themselves out of relegation almost every season but to see them getting an European football next season is really a good one for them. With this Achievement now they can get some quality players for next season and try to keep with the standard.

It never easy for a club like Getafe to get a Europa league competition, that shows the commitment and hard work the team have put in this season. That defense have played a huge part in their blissful season. For me I would say they have the best defense in the league this season.

To me it's important to end the season well even if you don't have any other thing to play for then play for pride and for the fans in the stadium and those watching on TV.
Atletico Madrid is receiving 5 goals from Villareal in their last game of the season, I believe this is very embarrassing and even if the match is not important such score line will still go down in history and it will be a big bragging right for Villareal against Atletico Madrid in the future.
