At least in this case there is hope because Mou is sometimes indiscriminate to any player who does not match what he sets as his version of disciplinary standards then the potential for him to stay on the bench (although previously a core player will still happen) and now Madrid needs one of these coaches to make the dressing room a little more muted in terms of ego because the ego of the player will remain under the ego of the coach in the end.

I actually don't really like Mou's coaching style, which is too conventional for me, but this could be a good thing because it can't be denied that he has always been one of the coaches who had big ambitions when he took office.

Mourinho is a very experienced manager who I think is the best option to manage Real Madrid especially now that the club's senior players are constantly having rifts. I do feel Mourinho is going to make a real great progress in this Real Madrid team, the only thing that can get in his way is Perez if not Mourinho can change the whole structure of the team but the only thing I can't say for sure is winning the LaLaiga because am a Barcelona fan. I don't think it will be that easy for Mourinho to make Real Madrid win a competition. Because basically, even though it is true that Mourinho can make selfish players in Real Madrid become less selfish, but I don't think that will be enough to beat Barcelona. Because basically, currently Barcelona really has a very good team, and I think next season Barcelona's performance will clearly be even better than this season.
