Actually you are correct, they have all the players that is needed for them to win trophies and even the start players have to adjust to the kind of pattern the coach wants because if they don’t adjust very well that they will not have an opportunity to be playing for the team, they know very well that the coach is a very discipline person and will not take any nonsense from them so they will have to obey all his instruction he give them so when he tells them to run they run, they wouldn’t even be acting proudly because they know if they should do that or behave that way the coach will frustrate them out of the team.

I guess you are aware of what happened to Eric ten Hag when he wanted to instill discipline on Manchester United players when they were performing badly, they even became worst which made him to lament on media about the behaviours of the players. Instead of the players to amend their ways, they made sure they frustrated him till he was sacked by the club. This is why I said that Mourinho needs to use diplomacy to follow these players because the club owners value them so much especially Mbappe and Vinicius that is why the club's president said he can't separate both players so if they see that Mourinho wants to cause unrest to the players in his quest to save the team, they might probably fire him and seek for another coach.
