I agree with you opinion because managing a team like Real Madrid is actually not not an easy task and it’s also not just about tactics alone with the way i see it Madrid is  actually a strong team and need to be handled by someone whose brain calculates fast, and who has the urge for huge expectations.  A coach can actually bd brilliant tactically, and smart but he might lack the power to control players and that is why experienced managers with strong goal are likely to succeed in madrind and whoever takes the job must be able to unite a squad full of stars and make them work collectively rather than as individuals.

Real Madrid is a big team so managing them come with high expectations from the management and the fans. So it is a huge tasks because everyone is on you and they want to see quick results, for someone to manage such a team, the coach must be up to the task otherwise he may be sacked. Honestly very disappointing from him, how can you say something if such gravity without the player or team consent. Definitely that action will affect his vote, before that incident Perez was favorite to win the election then that came up too. I knew he was trying to use it as a political tool and it back fired. Both candidates have made a huge promise to Madrid fans, it now up to who wins.
Perez also said yesterday that if elected he will spend 150million to sign a world class player outside the premier league. Perez already have made 2 big signings already, he has signed Konate and Dumfries, they both will be officially announced only if Perez wins the election.

I think greatest block preventing this team from being successful right now is not competition on field, it is egos that are present within their own camp. I think this Mourinho is,  that is the sort of strict, strong manager he is, the sort of manager that can take brain out of all of these shocking Swedish superstars. Players will start playing for badge other than themselves if management supports him through and through to solve all these attitude issues in order to prepare for pre season training. When they are hungry again they will rule next season without doubt.

I think that even though he might be making some sense now, but they all need to test the leadership of Jose Mourinho first with them, before anything will be decided, if they can all be compatible or not, because Jose Mourinho is that manager that knows how to manage players with big ego's, so I don't expect kylian mbappé and the rest of other top players at real Madrid to be a problem to just Mourinho there.
I honestly don't think that this real madrid team has more ego's than when Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Sergio Ramos was there in Jose Mourinho first arrival at the club, so I believe that at least they all need a try with each other and look how things might play out.

Rodrygo, Tchouaméni, Camavinga and also a couple youngsters could still leave Real Madrid though. Jose Mourinho want professional who are serious about every game.
Rodrygo should be a good signature for Arsenal but I don't see it happening because of his injuries currently.

I have zero doubt on Florentino Perez to win the elections again. His opponent in this election is Enrique Riquelme and he has done a really bad thing by promoting a fake Haaland signing...

I don't expect him to be trusted as before. Aside from that, Perez is just a very strong candidate here. He has given his years to Real Madrid and achieved big successes. I think they will re-elect him.

But that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with anything crazy, we should be considering how Real Madrid did terrible in the last two seasons, which is why there is even a discussion about Perez losing his title, normally if they were winning, this would not even be a topic.

After two seasons of not winning anything, job at the dressing room and job of keeping a club steady isnt easy, but people are overreacting if they think that Perez is in trouble. As with everything connected with Real Madrid, it is a question of total perfection, and when the team fails, search begins to find flaws. I think it is crazy to think of changing management, just because of a rough period. I think the hard couple of years is a small mistake compared to the vast achievement of this board in the past 10 years. If they have money and there is a need to re sort things out with the team, that will probably happen next time they pick up their next big trophy relating to their international team.

I just hope that this rise expectations is worth it, this will be Real Madrid third season without trophy if it finally resume, I can't imagine how life is going to be later if after all this fight back and Mourinho return and nothing yield but if it turn out to be better, trust me it will be a good place for the team to start. Madrid are in no rush to hire and fire managers. They even waited 1 year to make Alonso the manager. They had the opportunity to hire more experienced managers. But their choice was Alonso.

But Alonso was dismissed very quickly by the Madrid management. Perhaps there is some conflict within the management. Otherwise, the Madrid management would not have dismissed Alonso so quickly. They sacked Alonso and put Arbeloa in charge. Arbeloa further ruined Madrid's overall performance.

Mourinho is an experienced manager this we know. He also previously served as manager of Madrid. Madrid need an experienced manager now. But I also doubt if Mourinho can succeed.

In my own opinion, the Jose Mourinho still remains one of the best and very respected Coach till date, what actually makes him different from another Coaches is that,he doesn't tolerate nonsense and carelessness from any players, he doesn't want any player to be in discipline under him and any player's that didn't obey his Coaches rules will not go far as expected, irrespective of thier reputation, whether you are the super star or not,once you keep making worthy mistakes or fail to take an advantage of any opportunity y9u have, he will substitute you without any hesitation and left you on bench.

And that same discipline was still the reasons why many of his teams remain competitive and disciplined till date, any players playing under him know every minutes deserve the best or they will face the consequences from him unto poor performances. I know may player didn't actually like him for that but he's doing the best that will favored his team, he truly does that for a good accountability that's why he demanded for that from his players no matter what.

I don't think that the reason why Barcelona is spending is due to the arrival of Mourinho in Madrid as Madrid. For the records Barcelona has won the laliga title back to back in the past two seasons, in that period Madrid has been handled by about three mangers and Barcelona still went ahead to winning the league. So I don't think that the reason why Barcelona is spending is because of Mourinho or the Laliga title. Because Barcelona is likely going to win the Laliga come next season, Barcelona target is in the champions League they have come close in the past two seasons but has not been able to make it to the finals so their target is looking to aim for the champions League.

However, Mourinho's arrival in Madrid poses a threat to them because we all know Mourinho's quality, especially when he's given the freedom to choose his own players. If he succeeds in building the team he desires, it's possible that Real Madrid's performance next season will be even better than last season.
So, Barcelona will inevitably need to spend more money in this transfer window because they need to improve their attack and defense. Especially with their focus on winning the Champions League trophy, they need better squad depth to compete with PSG, who still appear to be the favorites for the title.
