It's been confirmed by popular sports journalist Fabrizio Romano that Florentino Perez have won the election and will return as Real Madrid president. Though I know his opponent's chances of winning was very slim, I was still sceptical about what could be the outcome of the election. Happy to see that the club will continue with Perez. 

I thought that anyone would already know the result. Expecting Perez to win is the same like expecting sunrise to come tomorrow. However, a bit shocked to see he's not totally owning the vote. He got like 65% from the total votes while he won the previous election with 90% votes went for him.

So this is literally his last period as Real Madrid president. It's the beginning of an end. Hopefully, he will solve his mistakes in the past years, and he don't sell his club. Signing superstars, winning as many titles as he can. that's it.

Olise is not the first player that has turned down an offer from Real Madrid. I am sure he wont be the last player to ever do that. Olise like to play for Bayern Munich. In his contract we dont know if there is a release clause. From the information I got, he has no release clause which will make it a lot more difficult for Real Madrid to achieve the goal on him. Exactly, i also think that there will be more than one who will refuse Real Madrid's advances, there is no longer all this strong interest from players in going to play at Real Madrid where everyone knows that they are in a precarious situation, this implies finding problems and perhaps where they already play these problems do not exist.

After what has been ongoing in the club for the past two seasons, some players would be careful with their choices of going there except if things change after this coming season when Mourinho takes over. As for the €150m Galactico signing Perez talked about, i don't know if the hint Fabrizio Romano gave concerning Olise is correct but Perez haven't confirmed the particular player yet but it could be anyone, maybe Olise or Kvaratskhelia, I would've mentioned a particular player but then Perez hinted that it's not from the Premier League, the only players I can think of are the ones I mentioned.

You are right though, Real madrid is one of the biggest team in the history of football and it is a great privilege to play in one of the biggest team and i do not think there is any player that is dreaming not to play in the biggest team. it was actually a dream come true for him but it was just unfortunate that he was there at the wrong time when the team is not longer doing great. if i was mbappe i would do the same but sometimes we need to analyze things before rushing into final decision because a lot can happen.

it looks more like the conviction to win the champions league was more of a reason for which he decided to go to the La Liga, because at the time there was almost no likelihood that PSG was going to win the title so he had to go elsewhere so he can win the title for his career sake, he was paid very well in PSG so that would not have been the major interest because that was not the first time Madrid had gone for him and he turned them down before the move he finally made.

Being a Real Madrid player  is good but not all players would want to join the club at a particular time in their career, a player like Olise appears to be happy in Bayern Munich and he believes that's the best environment for his success and growth and I will not in any way blame him for it because he has truly been impressive in Bayern Munich and we need to know that it's not all players that will be willing to player for Real Madrid. The contract situation is also another thing to consider because if he's not having a release clause, then Bayern will definitely be in a position to negotiate which will make any potential transfer complicated. And it's better to treat this as rumours or speculations because the President's words are open to different meanings and rumors can go far and wide quickly, because we can't say if Olise is the player the president is referring to and it's better to just get the information from a reliable source rather than speculation.

Yeah ever since Mbappe joined Real Madrid things has really nit been the same for the team but he is not responsible for the poor performance of the team because he has been their best player and the top scorer of the team also just that as a team they have won zero trophy up on his arrival. He played 25 games in La Liga, which means there were 13 games where Mbappé didn't play.

Look at how many points 13 games represent: 39 points. So if Mbappe is the problem as you say, then Real Madrid only needed to win all 13 games that Mbappe didn't play to be champions. And another thing, look at how many assists Vinicius Jr. made. He had a total of 5 assists, the same number of assists that Mbappe made. So how is Mbappe selfish?

On the one hand he's right. If he hadn't made promises during the campaign he likely wouldn't have been elected especially since Real Madrid won so many titles during Florentino Perez's tenure. It's understandable that they voted for him.

Many also doubt that if Florentino Perez hadn't been elected the new leadership would have been even more unsuccessful in managing a team that no one currently knows about already considered one of the best in the world. Another reason is the numerous titles Real Madrid has won under Florentino Perez during his tenure as president of the club nicknamed Los Galacticos.
Furthermore under him as coach many top world players have been brought in and as you mentioned these players have contributed to the Santiago Bernabéu team's most Champions League titles.

Even if Olise rejects Real Madrid offer, it will not be detrimental to him, he is in a club that is almost equal to Real Madrid, so for me, whether he joins or not, he is still a great player, but yes, if Real Madrid is targeting the player they want, they will try to make efforts to get him, namely by offering players with high salaries and also high transfer values, such as currently Real Madrid has submitted an offer of € 150 million just for Olise, let see if Real Madrid can get him before the transfer window closes.

This is bad luck for Mbappe. It could also be Mbappe's fault. Mbappe has played well in both PSG and Real madrid squads. He has  been the top scorer in the league with both clubs. But after Mbappe came, madrid has not been able to win the title. On the other hand, psg  has won two consecutive champions leagues even after leaving Mbappe. This was a completely unbelievable.

If I was also Olise, I would have maintained my current club which is Bayern Munich. Sometimes as a player like this, it is always best if you stick to where your stars are shining instead of running to another place because you think you are trending. I have seen players who have moved so fast which had later gone to regret their moves there after. I don't know if Mbappe currently does but I feel like he would have become more sought after if he had maintained his stay in the PSG. Other players like Olise should have learned from such moves by now. Bayern Munich is currently doing well so I don't see reasons why a good player like Olise should be in haste of moving to an over saturated club like the Real Madrid.

That is not the mistake of one player, but the mistake of the team. I think Madrid lost the presence of players like Kroos and Modric. They are players who supply the ball to the attacking line. We know how Kroos and Modric are very great at delivering balls that spoil Madrid's strikers. Regardless of all that, the expensive players currently at Madrid also have to play as a team, not as individuals with their high price tags.
