I think everyone in the world knows that Mbappé's biggest problem is his ego, but someone needs to tell him. Maybe he needs help with that. If Mbappé can manage his ego, there's no doubt he'll be the best player in the world. He needs to overcome his ego both in France and at Real Madrid.

I can't agree with you less on this. Mbappe truly is highly egoistic. I may not want to say he's egotistic too but he is definitely high on his ego making it difficult for him to break some records. For example, when you have the likes of Ronaldo and Messi who have tried so hard to manage their ego, it should be done on you, football goes beyond the talent and the skills, it also consists of the consistency and the characteristics an individual is able to keep if you want to last long reigning. At some point some said Ronaldo is full of ego, but many would later agree with me Ronaldo was also a very cool guy who was bold and athletic. Mbappe needs to emulate some of those characters too.

I also have doubts in his coaching success of the club. But one thing is sure; the club would not just select him as their most-preferred choice and sign a whole 3-year deal without some calculations and considerations beyond what we consider from the surface. Mourinho is a celebrated coach, and coming to a top league like Real Madrid should be beneficial to both. Also, his stay then in the club as the coach stirred a strong rivalry between Real Madrid and Barcelona under Pep Guardiola then, and perhaps he can improve on that this time. If they keep this up, I rather see Vini leave than him getting more money, because if they pay him more, like Mbappe, then he may not be able to get paid that much from any other club and getting rid of him would become even bigger problem. I do not think anyone even wants him at this point for that much money, real can't even sell him for what he is worth, why would any team want to pay 150+ million transfer fee and 20+ million salary to a player that may cause so much problems for you?

Yes unfortunately ego and narcissism necessarily affect the whole team is inevitable.
Everything is in chains a team works if EVERYONE works, is coordinated and works for the same purpose, without feeling superior and without acting like a cockerel on the pitch to show off their skills.
Worse still when you don't listen to the coach who actually holds the team's strings, if these players then pay themselves more than normal, well don't you think the others suffer?

I don't think exactly the same about Vinicius Junior honestly... He is so inconsistent. For some time period we see him shining bright. But for a serious amount of time we see him struggling also.

I don't know about whether Mourinho would make him play great consistently again. Like the year he was so close to winning a Ballon d'Or.    But Mbappe should absolutely stay of course.

That's true. He is not the only superstar that has played for Real Madrid and left the club and he wouldn't be the last. I wonder where he will go to if he leaves Real Madrid that will make him be as famous as he is and get all the attention that he seeks. It's seems he's one of Perez best investment and he wouldn't want to let him go.

We all know that Mbappe is an arrogant player, he shows only arrogance in both Real Madrid and France. I think the reason why Mbappe does this is because he won the World Cup for the first time playing for the French team, which is why he still carries that pride.

It is true that Vinicius performance has not been the same since Mbappe arrived at Real Madrid, but he has been an important forward for Real Madrid for a long time. His good performance was behind many of Real Madrid's successes. However, many people blame him for his poor performance in these difficult times for the team. If Vinicius really wants to leave the team, it will further weaken Real Madrid because there are no good players to score goals other than Mbappe and Vinicius. Some may talk about Rodrygo, but he has not been in good form for a long time. Gonzalo García is a player of almost the same level.

I think Vinicius should be keep included in the team, but coach José Mourinho will have to work hard to restore discipline to the team. If he is able to motivate the players who are in the team properly, it is possible to succeed from the old team structure.

Perez is 79 and he can't wait forever. He is well known for making tough decisions when nobody expects them and it will be no different with Mourinho. If Mourinho doesn't deliver and it's not nice to watch football either, he will be gone after one season. There is no reason why MPerez would give Mourinho more time than he gave others. Real Madrid is one of the clubs that I think have fired coaches when everybody thought they wouldn't.

These clubs like Real Madrid don't want coaches who need time and the fans have no time. A season without a title is a worst case scenario and it's unimportant whether the coach only had one season time. If you buy a Ferrari and the seller tells you it could take a year or two until it reaches full horse power and speed, you would shake your head.

I understand what you mean but let's not forget that every club wants to win the Champions League but only one will succeeded at the end. That means every season we have 6-7 big clubs that won't win the trophy. What should they do? Should they all change the manager? It wouldn't make sense. Fans can complain all they want but unfortunately many of them don't understand how football works.

Your statement is right but Real Madrid is Real Madrid. You will never see a coach survive as long in Real Madrid as Guardiola in Manchester City. It will never happen because Real Madrid gets nervous quickly and Perez has fired seemingly successful coaches before. It would be nothing new for him to throw out Mourinho when he wins the La Liga trophy but not the CL.

Do I think it is right to do that? No I don't think it makes sense, but I don't feel pity for the coaches either because when you read what they get for being sacked, this is nowhere to be seen in normal peoples' lives. Mourinho will sign a 2 years or 3 years contract and if he gets sacked after 6 months, no problem he can go home with salary for the remainder of his contract, sit on the couch, eat potato chips and drink beer and get richer every minute. That is what their job looks like and Real Madrid is willing to pay that money.

Real Madrid has always been bold in buying good players at the end of each season or after the season has ended. Vinicius junior has done quite enough and more for Real Madrid in the last couple seasons. He has work rate too many people are keeping a blind eye to. The disrespect around him is just unfair. He might not be the guy with all the goals but he works tirelessly to see them win games same time creating chances.

I don't think he leaves right now, there'll be some kind of good talks to patch things up between themselves. Real Madrid shouldn't be losing such a great player as him. Not now, not even next season, he's got too much to offer Real Madrid.

But compared to Mbappe, Vinicius Jr. is the one who has been at Real Madrid the longest and has contributed the most to Real Madrid in winning many titles. The club should try to keep him and give him what he wants. It's not fair if the player who has contributed the most since the beginning has to receive a lower salary than the new player even though we also know that Mbappe is a great player but Vinicius is also a great player. If I were Real Madrid, losing him would be a big loss if he doesn't sign his contract he will leave as a free transfer and I'm sure there will be many clubs ready to accept him.

Vini is not a striker; he is a winger. I know that Madrid may like to have a winger who is as good as him, but we should be aware that it is not easy to find a left-sided player like Vini. With that in mind, I don't think Real Madrid would want Vini to leave the club unless he is willing to leave himself.If he leaves, Real Madrid will miss him no matter what, because his contribution to the club is not something people can easily overlook. The point is that Vini himself may not want to leave Real Madrid. If he leaves, he may not find a club as big as Real Madrid again. It would be better for him to remain at Real Madrid for some more years, and I believe he can achieve a lot more with the club.

It is certain that other big clubs will come for him, but it would not make much sense for a great player like Vini to want to leave before any major club even makes an offer. Now that Real Madrid are strengthening their squad for next season, I believe Vini is part of Mourinho's plans. He is the type of player Mourinho needs because of his strength, quality, and ability on the pitch.

Klopp would be the best option for Real Madrid. Because he doesn’t just put on a show he builds a system. Klopp is just as tough a manager as Mourinho. However, Perez has shown us that he doesn’t want to take risks following a string of unsuccessful seasons. That’s why he chose to work with someone who knows the club well namely, Mourinho. But there’s one thing he’s forgotten. Real Madrid’s squad is a far cry from what it was during the Mourinho era, and we’ll have to wait and see if Mourinho can actually build a solid system with these players.

I also like Klopp, but besides, we have to keep begging him; he doesn't want to. For now, he wants Mourinho to bring order, and when he leaves, then they should go for him. If that doesn't work out, well, he's not the only one; he can't force someone to do a job. Besides, the signings Florentino has made have been spectacular. They say he's going after Oles and that they're in talks with Bayern, but honestly, I don't really believe those rumors.
