Not really if you ask me. The problem wasn’t really coming from the managers, Real Madrid was just impatient with managers. If manager was really the problem, why do you think Mourinho is adding and signing more players?

Maybe the above isn’t a straightforward comparison, but let’s use Ancelotti as the case study here. Why do you think Ancelotti couldn’t manage the team all of a sudden after winning so many trophies with the same squad? That was literally the best proof why it can be a mistake to go there as a young coach. You will never be given the time to implement new concepts or develop ideas with the players you have at hand.
