The natural question is why Real Madrid can't do it despite having so many star players. So we can imagine that the problem is caused by the large number of star players. Some people are arguing that Real Madrid will not spend much but look very well, in the last two seasons they didn't spend much, they signed many players for free which is why I think they will spend now.

Well when last can you say the special one manage a big team, we have seen him moving from Tottenham to Roma then fernabache and Benfica in which he manages for just over half a season. At Roma he won them a conference league, at Tottenham he took them to Europa league final in which he was sacked before the final and at Benfica he led them to be unbeaten all season.

I feel at Real Madrid he will succeed, I see qualities at this Real Madrid team, they just need someone who will put them in the right direction and I feel currently with the available managers, Jose is the right man. Well we all just have to see after his first season to see when he will win.

That is the risk that comes with making big decisions, but I can understand him as it was forever on his agenda. I thought back then that he should have gone to Real Madrid much earlier. I didn't expect it would take so long, but PSG convinced him with money over and over again and then, can you believe it, he leaves the club and then the club finally wins the UCL and does so two times in a row. If you look at these facts, it must feel awful for him because just imagine he won't win it with Real Madrid and it would be a trophy he never held in his hands.

I know that it is unlikely Real Madrid won't win it within the next decade, but his time is ticking for sure. Recently I caught myself how I was not up to date about his age, but then remembered that he shocked the world at the World Cup 2018 and that is 8 years ago. I looked it up and he is going to be 28 by the end of this year. Time will be passing by quickly and while everyone would have said that Mbappe ends up with several UCL trophies at the end of his career, now it is not safe to say he will ever win one. But he's got the money so he will get over it if he buys the right things.

I believe that Mbappe has plenty of time to manage this situation and win something at a European level, of course, Real Madrid is capable of winning and doing better than what they have done so far, i don't think they have any problems, if they manage to find the right game it's definitely done.

I think he wins the La Liga but the Champions league competition is where I have doubts. Most importantly, he will see them competing harder than they previously did.

Furthermore, Mourinho is fairly experienced coach, and he certainly knows what to do, such as overhauling the squad by purchasing several players to strengthen the defense and midfield, having sharp attack if the defense is weak is pointless, I believe the Galacticos era will return and making Real Madrid threat in every competition for the next few season.

We still can’t assume that Mourinho is the right man to manage Real Madrid’s current roster of top-tier players because he hasn’t yet begun to prove it. I personally think we need to wait until the upcoming season is halfway through. And I think that’s when we can start discussing whether Jose Mourinho is the right coach for Real Madrid. But perhaps he’ll be able to prove it as the season draws to a close. I’m really looking forward to seeing the improvements Mourinho brings to the Real Madrid team. This is not really a hype because many fans have expressed their opinion about the Real Madrid team because they are not at the same level as before. They have not played as expected of them in the last two seasons. After Carlo Ancelotti left Real Madrid, he was replaced by Xabi Alonso. Although there were high expectations for him, he did not live up to those expectations and was fired before the end of the current season. Arbeloa served for a while but Mourinho was recently appointed. Everyone is expecting a new coach to take the team to a better position now.

Some people are criticizing their transfer policy though. Like these players aren't actually fitting a team like Real Madrid. Some of them are really questionable though.

But I don't think all of them are bad signings. I believe Cucurella is a really good replacement for Carreras. There is a question mark in my head for Konate. He won't have a strong defender like van Dijk beside him anymore so we don't know how good he can play in this way.

That is the beautiful thing about football fans and supporters of any club. They will hype a new player or manager once he is signed new but if what they expect is not what they are seeing they will definitely complain you don't need to blame them because the essence of signing a good manager is to turn things around in a team. Jose Mourinho is know for his drama anywhere he goes but you can't deny the fact that he is a good manager who can bring changes to Real Madrid.

There's talk of many signings they're looking for, among them they're already saying something about Olise, I don't know, that's what many rumors are saying, but it's nothing to get excited about, they have to pay $220M, I don't know if Florentino will do it, besides they need a midfielder who can solve problems, who has the quality of Kroos, of Modric, there isn't a good one yet, I don't know who could do it, the good ones are already taken, however it's not impossible to get a good one, I think they're waiting until the World Cup is over to choose him.

They did this to bring in Mbappé and Trent, and now they're doing the same with Konate and Bernardo Silva. I think they've built a very strong squad. You could say they're already prepared for next season. However, if I know Real Madrid at all, they'll likely sign another young, high-quality player.
