You made an important point. Madrid's attack is very strong, but they play individually. If the chemistry between the players in the attack was good, it would be very difficult for any strong  defense to resist this  attack. You are right. Every player in madrid's squad is talented and capable of playing well. But they lack coordination. Even with an  experienced  manager like Ancelotti, their performances were not consistent. For the team to fully maximise a player of unique qualities like Alvarez, they need to build a strong squad that will comfortably supports his individual qualities as well as building a team that will based in collective performance and teamwork because if players if quality like Alvarez feels their efforts are going to waste in a team, they usually change the team.

The fact that he doesn't often win trophies is relative, he has won them in the past and has the potential to repeat them.
Alvarez is a good player and selling him would be a big mistake, an investment that still needs to be strengthened, instead they should give added value and enhance team performance.

It is essentially pointless for Mbappé to keep scoring for Real Madrid if the team simultaneously concedes goals to the opposition; that renders his efforts futile,, as the match would likely end in a draw.

Therefore,, beyond addressing player egos at Real Madrid, I believe the defense also needs serious improvement. A team needs balance across all lines to perform at a high level; relying solely on the attack to secure a win rarely works. Real Madrid clearly has a heavy and extensive workload ahead of them in this regard. That is my conclusion on the matter, and I hope the club can resolve these issues soon.

Just as other leagues are getting prepared even with the presence of this ongoing world cup same also is all teams in the La'liga getting prepared for this up coming involvement  but among all teams prepared for the tournament, I believe Barcelona is the team all needs to be careful while playing with him. I don't think Vini is the problem in the Real Madrid set up, rather the absence of a good coach has being the major problem of the club, since the departure of Carlo Ancelotti, the club has suffered immense decline both in playing and leadership.
If there was an experienced coach that  knows how to deal with each player on a personal and professional basis then Real Madrid wouldn't have gone through all what they went through last season and no one would have pointed fingers at Vinicius jnr.

Mbappe's ideology of football is killing Real Madrid, but he's not the only guilty one, including Bellingham and some few others, they are not playing as a team, they're only playing individual football, and that's why they achieved nothing in the past two seasons despite the depth in squad. Barcelona might still be having issues with spending that amount of money, but we don’t know how serious their interest in Alvarez is. They certainly have plans for this transfer window. We’ll just wait and see. Anyway, Alvarez might have other talks with the club management, whether he wants to be sold or get a raise. With the high price being asked, we can see that Atletico doesn’t want to let him go, or maybe they’re just doing business to make a lot of money.

Kylian is a very good player, i would say a complete striker.
In my opinion his problem is not his game, his legs or his technique.

Everything is left for the new coach to decide, perhaps they waiting for the World Cup to wrap up before concluding on Vini's future, I think Jose Mourinho has to state if Vinicius is part of his plans hence this would further ease the discussion whether the player would stay at the club or move on, there are lots of controversies surrounding the player's future starting from the just concluded season and I believe only the new coach can put an end to it all.

Let's be real, that club can't sell Vinicious, aside the fact that he has done many things for the club, Vinicious is not on the list of players that are going to be sold this season. Only Camavinga and Tchuameni is for sale and nothing has been said about them. Honestly, how do you expect Real Madrid to function without him, the same Mbape that do rely on some midfielders they don't have right now you want to leave the club on, I don't see any one like him for now.

If they sell Vinicious, who do you now want to put on the left wing? You want to place Mbape that has been changed to number 9. If Madrid had changed management then I would have thought of the possibility but since they didn't and looking at how valuable vinicious is to that Real Madrid team I can support and also tell others saying this that Real Madrid are in no position ready to sell vinicious to other clubs and with his current market value if he is Open for such talks most clubs would be discouraged on the amount of on his head.

Apparently the idea of bringing in Jose Mourinho into the team was to take care of the excesses of these so-called big players who behaves like they are above the club, if this is the case then I don't think there would be any need to still dispose the Brazilian player who still remains an integral part of the club as far collective effort is involved.

Off the pitch the relationship between Vinicius and Mbappe looks very good and supports each other but on the pitch they may want to show each other the best that makes them look selfish, Real Madrid game looks less solid especially both of them are more dominant on the left wing while Mbappe is given a position up front as a center forward which makes it difficult for him to play according to his abilities, indeed he himself has also scored many goals so far but for me he is not as sharp as when he was at PSG. They really need to be disciplined by a firm coach and must accept the consequences if they act selfishly and do as they please.
