Jose Mourinho is simply a football fan, and before being a coach he is also a fan of it, someone who has fallen in love with it, and therefore he manages to pass this thing on to his players, i hope he will be able to do it at Real Madrid too, where there are many players who are a little undisciplined.

Since Mourinho has been madrid manager before, he knows what Madrid management wants. Madrid have failed to win the title in two seasons. They want to secure the title  next season by any means.

Real Madrid are trying to strengthen their squad. They have already strengthened their defense. But they need to strengthen their midfield. If they could add Olise to the madrid squad, they would benefit. But neither Olise nor the Munich management are likely to agree to Madrid's offer. If Madrid's midfield is strengthened, and if the relationship between Vini and Mbappe improves, Real madrid can dominate la liga again. They have this ability.

But Mourinho likes individual brilliance, kick the ball, foul players, pack the bus, get the win in whatever possible means. That's Mourinho for you and that is done by individual brilliance. People often complain of his methods but in this case, whatever needs to be done for Real madrid to get back to the top is what the board is looking for. No doubt that players will submit to Mourinho or they will get it hard with him. His a winner and has proved that severally. The only good thing about his move to the club again is that players who disobeyed the previous coach will not do that to Mourinho. He will not hesitate to put you on the bench if you don't behave yourself. I hope I'm wrong but Real madrid will not be better under Mourinho in terms of playing football.

You have a point to some extent. Mourinho to Real Madrid is of course a good signing considering his level of experience, knowledge and expertise in leadership. He'll definitely bring some good changes to Real Madrid but the hype is too much already and I don't think he'll leave up to expectations. This league is not the same as it was the last time he was here. So many things have changed and the squad Madrid have now is quite different from what they had in the past. He can only try to reduce the unnecessary rivalry between the players but I believe it can not be totally eliminated. I really wish him to succeed but the odds are looking somehow.

Real Madrid hasn't winning LaLiga title in two season in a row so, the management will expected Mourinho can broke this record and bring Laliga title to Real madrid and i think if Mourinho failed there will be no next season for him because i am sure Florentino Perez will sack Mourinho even before the season ended.

Mourinho know the risk when accept Real madrid offer as a coach. I think he know more about the pressure between Madrid fans and the management and there is no room for him for the mistakes because every games should be ended with impressive result. But i can see Real madrid is very aggresive to bought players i think they really want to beat Hansi Flick system with those players and dominate Laliga.

The problem they had was that Raphinha and Yamal may miss games, and they needed just one guy to replace them both, and 80 million is cheap considering that. The player that plays wings as a "bench" player for that team, plays more than the starters combined.

Because if there are 50 games and Raphinha misses 20 of them and plays in 30 of them, and Yamal misses 20 games and plays in 30 of them, that means they each played in majority of the games they could, but at the same time because it was 20 each, Gordon gets to play 40 games and more then both of them. I mean it may not be that clear, but in the end we have seen Rashford play so many games last season, I am expecting something similar from Gordon.

I understand what you are saying. In a long season, having a squad depth is as important as having best starting players. Raphinha and  Yamal may be available but fatigue with the number of competitions means the kind needs a perfect and reliable alternatives. Having another quality option will go evthe coach options and a player who can play in both wing is of more value than depending on two players so that they can maintain their attacking intensity throughout the season, so the transfer should be viewed differently and it's not just about the starting players but the numtof games the player can influence and contribute significantly in. A player seen as substitute cab become a major contributor to the teams success when given more opportunities example is Rashford which shows how important availability and trust from the coach can help a player's confidence. Barcelona need to sign a versatile attacker that will help them keep the intensity of their attack and also maximise the opportunities and chances when they come even as he will need to quickly adapt to the team's playstyle

A realistic target for Mou next season is to stabilize the team's performance, so that they become a solid team without the consistency issues that have occurred in the last two seasons. But the fact that Madrid is a big team that still targets big things, so winning titles will remain their priority. At least being able to win the Copa Del Rey, I think that is enough.

Mourinho is this coach who has all it takes to deliver Real Madrid. He has got the age, exposure, experience and the track record to do so. Also looking at the current condition of the club in terms of the player's misbehavior and lack of proper discipline, having the likes of Mourinho can bring the team back to its top gears again as far as the management is already ready to support. I have said this before and will say it again, the strongest support lies in the hands of the management, they are the ones who will make work easy for their employee which is the new manager they brought on board. They should allow him to do his job without any interference and with such, he can make greatness to happen to Real Madrid

I dont know if someone is really following the players around the world cup aside of the top ones like MEssi, Mbappe Haaland and some other tops like Vinicius Jr, but what caught my attention was Julian Alvarez since everyone is talking about him being transfer to another team his performance is a total disaster, seems like he is not focus in the world cup right now.

I see that Mourinho has an extraordinary passion or even love for fotball. He doesn?t view football merely as his professional career. But he has an extraordinary understanding of the world of football. He has coached teams from various leagues. And he is a genius soccer coach who has his own vision or even formula for achieving success with the teams he coaches. The last team he coached was Benfica although the results weren?t particularly satisfying. However he managed to secure third place for Benfica by earning them a spot in the Europa League qualifiers. So I personally think that Mourinho?s love for soccer keeps him constantly analyzing this sport. And I believe he always pays close attention to every development in this era. We still can?t tell whether Mourinho will be able to adapt to the new faces on the Real Madrid roster. But I have no doubt that The Special One will bring out the best in Real Madrid for almost every match that they will face.

He has previously been manager of clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Tottenham and Porto. He has gained a lot of experience with his players and teams over time and he knows very well what decisions will be best for his club. He has re signed with Real Madrid and he certainly has well defined target and I think he will be able to meet the expectations of the team as required.

Jose Mourinho isn't guaranteeing Arda Güler a place in the starting eleven. Considering last season's performance, he definitely deserves it.

Perhaps this is good news, encouraging him to work harder and play with more desire. He has more potential that needs to be revealed. I hope Jose Mourinho helps him achieve this. I also heard Chelsea are very keen on signing Arda Güler, but I think the Premier League might be too fast for him right now.

I think, he isn't himself of late. After Atletico Madrid deprived him from moving to Barcelona maybe, that's affecting him emotional and it will definitely,affect his performance on the pitch too. This is one of the disadvantage of not allowing a player to leave the club when he chooses, it can lead to poor performance of the player because he's not happy still playing for the club.

Raphinha and Yamal are two phenomenal players, and i think they necessarily have to start, it is necessary to win matches and take the team forward, they have to find a balance, but only the coach who manages these players can decide this, and usually it is not easy at all.

I can relate to this so well. Last season Liverpool made the highest signing in the premier league but got lucky to finish in place for champion league football. If premier league club do not have 5 slot due to the other teams doing well in European competition, Liverpool wouldn't have qualified for the champion league. I think good signing won't determine a league winner. A consistent team will be the winner.

Exactly, its just about consistency and Liverpool was just lucky with the 5th sloth, and don't think they will be qualified next season if they didn't perform well except they will be lucky again, if not, there is nothing to show forth again. So, unless they do the needful so that they won't be pick out of pity but out of their effort because consistency is what most push most teams to be qualified such as Arsenal, Man City etc, which most people don't even expect them.

I don't think that despite everything Liverpool has the possibility of playing at a high level like Arsenal or Manchester City, they have to improve a little more if they want to compete for first position, it's not impossible clearly, but this is a question of resistance and good investments.

Those who follow club football regularly will not find anyone who does not know about Jose Mourinho. In my opinion, his decision to return to Real Madrid is like gambling. On the one hand, he knows Real Madrid is a trophy machine, but if he fails in his first season, Perez will panic and the fans will start to act up too. Real Madrid is not a club that likes to reminisce with coaches who have contributed to the club such as having presented trophies in previous eras or helped the team as players, in fact, Ancelotti, Xabi Alonso and Arbeloa had to leave their posts when they were unable to win trophies. Mourinho position is currently racing in the crowd. If he manages to win the La Liga and Champions League trophies simultaneously, his career will skyrocket, but if he fails, it is certain that his career will be over.

It's actually a difficult task, just that Jose Mourinho has mastered how to make his players submit to his leadership and for players who never did, we know how he benched them or forced their departure from the club he's coaching.

With Benfica he was already very close to getting them the formidable form they have been looking to get, their performance and form since he arrived the team obviously did changed and so they have really been improving,  that alone shows that at Madrid he can do much,  because been able to achieve such with a small team with almost  limited resources,  he will be able  to do even better where he got all the resources needed to do as much.
