He's  probably going to be pressured to give the club  either Laliga,  Uefa champions league, Copa de Espana   trophy or combined trophies. His major target and top prior  from the club management would probably be UCL or Laliga and the failure to securing one out of these three will likely end up in getting him sacked .

Bayern Munich won't sell him. One of the problems that Real Madrid has now is Olise's performance for the French national team. If you see him playing and had to estimate a price tag for him, I think it is now again higher than it was before the world cup. Bayern Munich is not a poor club, I think one time I read that financially they are the healthiest club in the world if you don't take into account money from the sheikhs. Real Madrid has been a very strong team from they one but lack something fundamental which was seriously affecting their performance and it is their own managers. After Ancelotti I don’t see any manager who has succeeded in bringing good luck to the team. Xabi Alonso was not lucky to succeed likewise Arbeloa. But with Mourinho, it will get better as he will try to institute discipline to the team. Next season will be interesting but the management needs to support him in this journey as they need his performance more than any other person out including the manager.

I don't think Mourinho winning the Spanish La Liga in his first season after he rejoined Real Madrid will be a surprise. He's a seasoned manager that has all it takes to win any league in the world and considering the quality of players and depth in the Real Madrid squad, I think he should even win more than La Liga title next season.

I think he's aware that Florentino Perez brought him to the club for instant impact, he's aware he doesn't have any reason not to win so he'll go all out for it.

I must say that Real Madrid is more closer to winning La Liga than any other club's since they have been a time title holder before and what have stop them from taking the La Liga title this season was because of a few limitations that the club is currently working on resolving and if that is done like the previous dressing room crisis and signing of few player's the club's will return back to the top in both La Liga and championship this season.
