We probably got the proof of Hansi Flick's choice of Gordon over Rashford in the squad. Gordon's performance is better than Rashford in the England squad. In reality, Real Madrid doesn't need much of a change in players or strategy, but just a change in coordination, mentality, and collaboration between players and coach is enough. They already have everything they need in my opinion.

We all know about the financial constraints that Barcelona has been facing over the years, so I doubt it they can actually get to put out that amount of money to buy two top tier defenders, they’ll want to manage the ones they have now, or even go for defenders from their academy to build up the team, or go for low defenders that won’t cost much and build them. Last season, they did well and won the league title even with the defenders they gave, they might likely stick to them for the next season also. The only reason why i think Harry Kane is unlikely to leave Bayern Munich to Barcelona is because at Bayern Munich, he has chances of winning the Champions League but if he signs for Barcelona, he may not accomplish his dream of winning the UCL. Harry Kane had his breakthrough at Bayern Munich so i don't think he will let the team down and it is likely that Bayern Munich will extend his contract so he will not compromise his future for Barcelona. Harry Kane and Olise is a perfect match for Bayern Munich, they both made great impact in the UCL and i believe that with both players still together they will clinch the UCL title. Nothing is impossible, and Bayern also can't really hold Olise back if Olise really wants to leave.
