The Madrid management is giving Mourinho a lot of opportunities and freedom. This is certainly commendable. But if such opportunities and freedom were given to Alonso, I think they would have been able to perform better this season.

Dortmund would have accepted the money and allowed Real Madrid to sign Olise but Bayern Munich is not letting their best player of last season leave when they have plans to win the champions League. Olise is a young talent he's still very good and useful to the team if he is sold out now Bayern Munich will have to get his replacement if not all his work rate in the team will be empty and that position may not be covered by another player if he's out. Real Madrid can only sign him if Bayern Munich is willing to make profit from the deal but if they say no then Reql Madrid will have to wait till his contract is over with Bayern Munich.

Maybe some people won't accept the fact but Mourinho isn't the same person from the past... His ways are old. There is no need to expect big things from him.

Still they are Real Madrid of course. Even the squad quality is enough to be competitive for titles. However the main objective is to go for the title as well!

The level of expectations from Madrid fans can only be placed on someone with a proven record. They know Jose Mourinho, he's managed the club before, for a manager of his quality, they are very much aware of what he can achieve with a solid team with depth like Real Madrid.

Yes they need to add to their midfield options especially a creative no. 10. Michael Olise can fill in that role with so much ease and can as well play from the flanks.

Florentino Perez I think is eyeing a move for the French star but what I don't know is if Bayern Munich will allow him leave the club this summer.

I think you are right but Barcelona can still play at high level next season because they have already become a team that knows how to play together and that is the same thing Real Madrid need right now, Real Madrid may have a good squad than Barcelona but Real Madrid have not get the connection they want the players should have and that is why they bring back Jose Mourinho because he is the right man that can make that happen and if Real Madrid team connect together with the way their players are having good performance in the World then they will definitely going to win a trophy next season.

I still believe Barcelona will not start the season with the only signing of Gordon, Barcelona sign more players before the season start, Barcelona want to sign Adeyemi from Dortmund and the player want to join them but the problem with the deal is that Dortmund want to sell the player more than 40 million and we all know that Barcelona will not pay that amount, La Liga will be tough next season so i don’t expect Real Madrid to walk away and win the league like that.

And when it comes to Barcelona i dont even have issues with them the only person that is my problem because the way they have been behaving lately is just very annoying and there is a probability that Barcelona will still win if real Madrid did not fix there own problem because that is the mistake they are always making and it is just a disappointment that real Madrid are finding there self in this position because at least they need to do better.

I won't overdo it, although I honestly like Jose Mourinho, but I admit that Mourinho's era is over, as evidenced by his lack of coaching a top European team in recent seasons. This means he's already failed.

There is no leave to expectations in this contract, if Mourinho should coach Real Madrid now to next season and they don't have any good result, then I expect him to be out of the job because you can't tell me the club will be useless for 3 seasons, it will be a shame to the club, the management and the players. It’s certain that Mourinho will bring a better change for Real Madrid, and it’s true that Xabi Alonso was not given the freedom that they gave to Mourinho. But still, Xabi did the best he could. You are right. Because of how wealthy and famous the Madrid is, they are signing top players that will help them next season. Barcelona have been consistent in terms of holding on to one player, for example, Barca started playing Yamal in the first team at the age of 15, they trusted in him and built him for years, now we can see the effects. Since the signing of Lewandowski, I don't think Barca have signed any other player with big name, this is because they are known for shaping their players their own way.

Madrid is known for stockpiling players, that's why many players don't get enough playtime there, they don't rely on their bench, and that's why they struggle when Mbappe gets injured, because there is no trust in other strikers. Madrid is signing new players I know, but we know their problem last season was not players, they didn't trust the players they signed. They must solve all this problems before next season or they'll fall again.

Olise is not going anywhere anytime soon, he will continue playing for Bayern Munich. He don't have problem playing for Bayern Munich and he have been doing so well,  so I don't think Olose will leave madrid anytime soon.  Right now Olise is one the key player in Bayern Munich and they don't have any player that can replace him and do what he's doing.

I agree with the fact that Real Madrid hunting for Olise, but will take them time before they can get him, because Bayern Munich is not ready to give Olise yo any.time

Nothing is impossible, and Bayern also can't really hold Olise back if Olise really wants to leave. So, I think the efforts made by Real Madrid are very appropriate, and even to get a quality player like Olise, a team has to make a big effort, so it's only natural for Real Madrid's management to do that.
