These players in the Real Madrid dressing room are obviously players with high and big egos. It is just about right they appoint a manager who can handle and there's no other name more appealing than Jose Mourinho. I thought Jurgen deserves it but looking at it from the view of the club President, Jose Mourinho is the perfect man for the job and keep them competitive and going.

All the player in Real Madrid are feeling that they are better then anyone and if that start you need to blame the coach because if they is good discipline in a club all the players will always repeat there self without even fighting. I am certainly very interested to see the results of this experiment. Real Madrid's first step should have been to get rid of the crazy players and bring in new players, but they are taking the same risk again. Let's see what Mourinho can do. I think I agree with both of you. Mourinho's Madrid will play better than Madrid has played in the last two seasons. They may not win any trophy next season, depending on how good Barcelona gets, but they will play better.
The reason I doubt Madrid's ability to win trophies next season is Mourinho's track record in the latter part of his career. he has struggled to become the manager that every other team fears. he loses important matches and trophies to rivals. At Benfica, he didn't lose any match in the league, but he had too many draws so he lost the league.

People underrate Barcelona, for reasons I don't seem to understand. They are quietly buying players that fit their profile and strengthening their squad. They have a very good coach who, at the moment, is a better coach than Mourinho, and he has an advantage. The advantage Flick has over Mourinho is that this is he is going into his third season with the club and players, so he knows them, and they know him. So far, I believe the players Madrid have brought in are all players they desperately need right now. Even last season Madrid had a weakness in that position, and the four new Madrid players are Cucurella, Dumfries, Konate, and Bernardo Silva. I see nothing wrong with Mourinho current recruitment, as Madrid weaknesses from the past two seasons have been their lack of balance in defense and midfield.

Reap Madrid performance in the just concluded season is the worst of all, I can't agree with you that manager that habe not hard a good career in a steady bases could handle a bug club that need performance and results like real Madrid, I think their club condition may worsen Mourinho than it will improve if he takes Real Madrid through this current season.
