Barcelona are always doing very well when it comes to bringing up new and talented players from there Academy, and yes other clubs needs to do same thing, some clubs have very good talent in their Academy but they are not usually given chance to show their talent to the world, some clubs are so scared to trust their Academy players but Barcelona are not scared of trusting their Academy players they are always ready to use them and I believe this is one of the reasons why most talented young players always choose Barcelona Academy because they give young players chance to prove themselves.
