I think he is tired with his stay at Real Madrid because i don't know why Vinicius he will be asking of such huge increase in salary, he hasn't done anything for Real Madrid to deserve such amount every one knows the quality of Cristiano Ronaldo and what he has help the team achieve before he was paid such amount of money and then he was currently the best player in the world before moving to Real Madrid so if Vinicius is tired of the team he should just open up.
He may have really grown tired of being at Real Madrid because we don't understand why he is asking for a salary increase. In fact if he had performed consistently at a high level every season, then his salary increase would have been justified but you should note that last season this star only scored twenty-two goals, his statistics were poor last season. However if he really wants to increase his salary, I think he should go to Arsenal because the Premier League club wants to buy him at a historic price.
If a grown man is tried of that club, he will simply make his intentions very clear--- to leave the club. All he asked for was a pay raise; He knows the management could simply grant that request because of course he's one of the team's most important player, but the team doesn't want to, because maybe due to his ego/hot temper problems as they say, they don't wanna be controlled by a player, and that no player is bigger than the club.

I also heard another rumor that despite the interest from other clubs, and the fact that real Madrid can only maintain him within the €20 million package deal, he seems to prioritize his stay at Bernabéu. So he's not leaving the club whether he gets a raise or not.

Yes, because Barcelona’s financial situation hasn’t fully improved yet. So, that’s a step Barcelona could take. However, if a player is older but performing well, that’s fine. Yes, even if it’s only a short-term solution, at least it can meet Barcelona’s needs. Take Canselo, for example, even though he’s no longer young and his price is low, his performance hasn’t declined, and that’s an advantage for Barcelona.
it would work nicely for barca in the short term which will increase the time required to find a suitable player, meaning this wouldnt be a player they could rely on for a long time as sooner or later he will also need to be replaced, so imo they can take this step and meanwhile prepare or search for a permanent or long term solution

This news that Fabrizio Romano post about Real Madrid completing the deal to sign YAN DIOMANDE, some people are saying the deal has not been completed and that Fabrizio Romano just wanted to be the first person to post the news that was why he posted it even though the deal has not yet been completed.
I pray the deal being completed post by Fabrizio Romano  is true because if later on, YAN DIOMANDE didn’t go to Real Madrid again because Real Madrid and RB Leipzig didn’t complete the deal it will be a big mess for Fabrizio Romano because is looking like theirs a competition being this football journalists.

It could be said that the Yan Diomande transfer has created a frenzy among journalists and competing claims. Cheesy

But considering that Real Madrid failed to sign Olise, it's highly likely that Yan Diomande transfer to Madrid will soon become a reality, as he represents a viable alternative to the failed Olise deal.

If Yan Diomande does end up joining Real Madrid, it would be quite interesting. At just 19 years old, just two seasons into his professional career, and going straight to Madrid with all the pressurecoupled with a price tag of over 100 million, this won't be easy for Yan Diomande. With that price tag, expectations are certainly higher, and he'll be compared to Yamal. He might have potential, but that price is too high for a player with limited playing experience, which is why many doubt he'll thrive at Real Madrid.

But for me, if Yan Diomande were a direct request from Mourinho, I'm confident he'd have the same success as Modric. He arrived amid criticism even calling the transfer a failure, but he left as a legend.

Besides the steps you mentioned, Barcelona also needs to increase their finances to be able to recruit several other talented young players because next season, competition will be even fiercer for them. Especially if we look at the other side of the equation, like in the Champions League, it seems quite difficult to find value in old players because other teams already have different players to cover the areas that were weak last season.

Real Madrid's midfield problem is still not solved, the voids of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos have not been filled yet, which is why Real Madrid is struggling and is going through consecutive seasons without a title. Although Barcelona has not completely failed yet, last season Barcelona was missing a striker, and even the season before that they were eliminated from the Champions League semi-finals due to the lack of a good striker.

Lewandowski is old, he is not young enough and does not have the performance to play for Barcelona anymore. I think the decision of Lewandowski and Barcelona was definitely good. But Barcelona need to find a worthy replacement for Lewandowski very soon. They should have done this last season, but now it has become mandatory.

Real Madrid may become stronger in midfield as I have seen them bring in Bernardo Silva from Manchester City, the Portuguese midfielder has a huge level of experience. To be honest with the change of manager, we have seen a lot of experienced players come into the team, in fact Spain's Marc Cucurella is a mature defender who has shown proof of this in this FIFA World Cup.

By the way Real Madrid have already brought in Diomande from a German league club for 100 million euros to strengthen their attacking department, so it is clear that even if they have not won a title in two seasons, this team may be able to win a title in the upcoming season.

As for me, even with Bernardo Silva, I don't think Real Madrid midfield problem will be solved. They need to add a player like Rodri to that midfield. If they do, most of Real Madrid's midfield problems will be solved, at least to some extent.I even read some news, although I don't know if it was just a rumor, that Real Madrid is interested in signing Rodri. If possible, and if Real Madrid can sign him, it will greatly improve the team.We have all seen how much Rodri has contributed to both Manchester City and Spain. Without a player like Rodri in midfield, I don't think Spain would have been as strong as they have been. In fact, Manchester City's drop in performance was largely due to Rodri's injury. Whenever Rodri comes back from injury, we always see how much Manchester City improves.Recently, Real Madrid has focused more on signing attackers, but I was expecting them to prioritize a defensive midfielder instead. They already have some good attackers and even without the new additions can perform well.as far their don't have problems in their midfield

Real Madrid decided to spend a ton of money on a single player as well. Yan Diomande has been signed by them for over 100 million euros!  Smiley  He is a right winger though but he can actually be used on the left wing too.

However could this still be a sign for Vinicius Junior to leave this summer? Arsenal is interested but no official offer from them yet... I would like to watch him in the Premier League as well honestly so let's see!

Yan Diomande is a good player no doubt but I still don't see him as that player Madrid should spend such amount on, if we talk about a player that does the kind of things Vinicius Jr does then it is ok but I don't think he can live up to expectations or deliver when called on. Madrid have a way of over hyping players and using big bid to make oppositions feel scared that one of the La Liga side now have a dangerous player but when it's time to show up they prefer to keep the player on the bench, is crazy, it happened to Endrick so we shouldn't forget about that part.
For me Vinicius Jr is long gone, nothing to say about him and Madrid, my concern is for Arsenal to do what they need to do not by talking talking without any bid to show that interest in the player, it will do them a big favor if they sign Vinicius Jr because like you said could this be a sign of him leaving Madrid and I'd say yes, the Brazilian is done with Madrid.
I think it's a bit early to conclude that Diomande we leave his formal club, a young player's price tag doesn't always reflect what they i will do immediately it often reflect their potential. As for Endrick he is still very talented and adjusting, so i don't think its fair enough to judge his madrid career already. Vinicius jr. Am not convinced he's done at real madrid until there's something concrete it feels more like speculation than certainty, if Arsenal are truly interested they will need to back it up with a serious amount rather than just being speculate in the media.

The young player hasn't started but just stating what I'm expecting base on how they went about business concerning Endrick so we shouldn't forget that Madrid will always be Madrid that loves good players but find it hard to make use of them. For Vinicius Jr the amount of pressure he would put on himself if he doesn't move out this very transfer window will be more than the pressure he experienced when the fans was abusing him, any mistake he make will always make him feel bad about himself to the point that he's ready to question himself if he's playing well.
Arsenal have made a move that even rival fans are praying for the Vinicius Jr deal not to hold because if it happens that the Gunners get this deal then it will be horrible for opposition fans, but from what we are seeing it doesn't look like the Gunners are serious about this deal.

100 million? These people are crazy as hell Cheesy
too much money... too much... and the players have it
I will never understand these football follies, that's why I support provincial teams that are committed to playing good football and not this kind of football, that is, crazy spending.

Cheesy Madrid is very desperate. Diomande is fuckingly good but what on earth still made them to made them to spend that huge amount of money on just one player. Imagine that after signing all this guys and Madrid don't later win the Laliga, that will be the greatest nightmare.Mourinho and the management of Madrid should know that having plenty squad isn't a guarantee that they will still win trophies. Football isn't won with squad alone, it is win by having a team that have a chemistry between each other.

That means they understand each other and can adapt easily with each other

And if Madrid fail to present trophy after this big big investment they have been doing the they will face plenty kind of criticism

Well, the good decision is not that to keep a players til retirement despite the good thing is that replace the players with a new challenge. At the time of Kroos and Modric Real Madrid really knew that one day this two will retire and it would be better to bring their replacement in their presence and they brought Jude Bellingham and Arda Guller. Initially everyone were criticizing the club for thses signing but now they realize that thses two are the real replacement for them......

So similarly Barcelona also observe the situation or Robert Lewandoski like he was already turn out too old and definitely his replacement was really necessary. So that's why Barcelona sign few more talent players like they will be the replacement for his position.

Buying a young player and keeping the star player on the field is a clever decision by team. Before they retire, the young players have chance to learn directly the senior players. This means that in case a team keeps on waiting until the older players are retired, their performance will definitely decline. The club can avoid the losses at the new season by making a fast decision to get a good successor.

I think Real are doing a good job this transfer window. Diomande signing is a great move. If they sign Rodri as well, it'll be fantastic for them. They've signed Cucurella, Dumfries, Konate and Silva. Let's accept it, last season's Real squad wasn't strong enough. More importantly, they lacked chemistry. They could do better this season.

But I don't think Mou will be successful. Barcelona still look to be ahead with their established roster and young players who can play together effortlessly, even with their eyes closed.

Two of the largest football journalists in the world had a full public breakdown in social media regarding payment plans. That is literally what it was about. How money is divided among the years. And somehow that became Plettenberg calling Romano's methods "ridiculous" and Romano threatening to leak old private messages. Over payment installments.

But then again this is the job now is not it. The first place is not just a matter of pride. There really is money involved. Clicks, algorithm, subscribers. Being first AND reliable is the heart of the Romano brand.

In any case, once the journalism controversy is over, the real question is what Mourinho does to Real Madrid next season, as Diomande is the interesting one to keep an eye on. This is no more the casual Ancelotti days. Mourinho's building something completely different. More intense, more physically challenging, quicker transitions.

If Fabrizio and other media outlets have already reported on this transfer, it means that the transfer is very likely to go through.. there are also reports that Diomande will fly directly to Spain to undergo medical examinations and sign the contract with Real Madrid. so, it's highly likely that Real Madrid will succeed in completing this transfer.. and this could also become one of their record-breaking transfers, given the huge amount involved in the deal.
Fabrizio Romano reported "Here we go" meaning that the deal has been signed but other top journalists has also said "Here we do not go" which means that deal yet is yet to be finalised. From what I've noticed, it seems there are still pending issues that are yet to be finalised before Yan Diomande will officially become a Real Madrid player. There's every possibility that the deal will crash at the end and we might also see it become a reality. At the end of the day, I want Diomande to wear the Real Madrid shirt but if it doesn't happen, I think Real Madrid will bring another big star this summer.

Real Madrid didn't struggle because of midfielders, there struggling had been associated with defensive incapability, their major problem was the defensive line and not the midfield area. Yes, in as much as the void left is not totally filled after the departure of Kroos and Modric, especially Kroos at least there's a significant improvement in the midfield area. There major problem had been defence.
Again Barcelona wasn't eliminated out of the champions league because of not having a striker according to you, the got all the way to the semi final and was knockout by Inter Milan, across the 2 legs they scored 8 goals and conceded 8 goals in normal time, if you have a striker problem can you score 8 goals in 180 minutes across 2 legs? Last season they were knocked out by Atletico Madrid, look at their record for last season against ATM and you will also see it's not a striker problem.

I know, but look, when Barcelona needed someone to win them a game, Lewandowski gave them that security. If I were in Barcelona, I would have stayed a little longer, at least one more season. But sometimes the mistake these clubs make is letting players like him go. Just look at Real Madrid. They let Modric go, who's flying high at Milan, he was flying high at the World Cup, one of the best midfielders in the world, and Real Madrid let him go and a drought of victories took over the club. They're still struggling in midfield. I don't know if Rodri is the solution, but it's been a struggle.
One thing I know is a better look for replacements while they can instead of waiting for the player leaves or retires. Real Madrid had to let Modric go because of his age, he can't be effective in every game and the sooner they replaced him the better for the club. The mistake Real Madrid made was not looking for a suitable replacement for Kroos, till now they are still suffering it even though they have tried to. I think it's best clubs look for players replacement early enough to fill the gap instead of waiting. Lewandoski needed to leave and he left at the right time. Barcelona made the right choice by not trying to convince him to stay.
So, the point is, the team must find a good replacement before the good player leaves. This way,, even new players will learn important lessons from their seniors. It's a never-ending cycle. If a team releases a good player due to aging or other reasons, but doesn't have a good replacement, they'll struggle to return to their best form, at least for a few seasons. That's what's happening with Barcelona and Real Madrid right now. Real Madrid have lost two great midfielders, Tony Kroos and Modric.

The proof is that they're currently struggling to regain their glory, even though they've brought in new players. This obviously doesn't solve the problem optimally. Real Madrid hasn't been able to bring in a player who can truly replace Modric or Tony Kroos in their midfield.. That's why their performance is currently lacking, especially when building attacks. So I also hope that Barcelona doesn't make the same mistake this time, but it seems it's too late,, because they've already released Lewandowski. So now I hope that Barcelona gets a better replacement.

I don't really understand how Vini could do this, but I think this could be a normal business strategy. It certainly doesn't mean Vinicius is bored at Real Madrid, as he seems to be doing well there. He could also be seeking a higher salary because he feels he's a great player and has contributed significantly to Real Madrid. Although Vinicius hasn't performed as well as he did when Real Madrid was winning trophies in the last few seasons, he has contributed significantly to Real Madrid. So, I think it's natural for Vinicius to want a higher salary, especially since Mbappé earns more than Vinicius.

Indeed, the best solution is for him to move to Arsenal, as Arsenal seem prepared to pay Vinicius a high salary. We'll see what happens, but I believe Vinicius has the potential to stay at Real Madrid.

So now I hope that Barcelona gets a better replacement.
But currently, I think there are many star-rated players in the Real Madrid squad, so the departure of Toni Kroos and Modric won't be a serious obstacle. This is because there are several players currently in the Real Madrid squad especially in the positions vacated by these two players, like Bellingham and several others with experience similar to these two former midfielders who are now legends for the team, both at the national team level and at the clubs they played for.

The only small mistake they made was releasing him too quickly, with a one-year difference meaning that if Toni Kroos had chosen to retire first, Real Madrid would have been better off not releasing Modric for the next few seasons, so that they still needed a leader on the field with Modric still in their squad at that time.

I think Mourinho will leave a good impression on this team, especially given the conditions that have been happening in recent years, where Real Madrid's performance has always been inconsistent in matches, both in La Liga and other competitions.
It's clear that without Kroos and Modric in their squad, their performance against other teams is certainly very easy to beat, and it's safe to say that the midfield will always be a highlight for this team. Therefore, Mourinho must thoroughly evaluate this before the competition begins.
