Today Barcelona is back in its pre-season after a good result in this first game they played against Birmingham.
But instead of results I was interested in their composition in this pre-season game where there were a lot of young players they brought in because this might also be a selection for Barcelona to look for alternatives when the situation is unexpected in the new season.

Adeyemi was again given playing time to get used to Barcelona's style of play and there were some names that caught my attention in this match such as 18-year-old Shane Kluivert and 16-year-old Ebrima Tunkara.
Their form is not too bad for the size of a young player although certainly for Shane Kluivert will always be overshadowed by his father's big name but he still seems to be able to prove himself further.

The provisional score was now 1-0 to Birmingham City's advantage.

There is one thing about this Barcelona team that gives me serious concern, at all time they never fail to integrate young grate talent into there squad.  Just like what we saw in this game you are talking about,  it was clear that the young new talent that was introduced into the team did perfectly well and may do better if the chance is given to them when the season starts.  
With the exceptional display,  if they are given more playing time I think they will do perfectly well and may even attract the attention of other teams.

Since their golden era Barcelona has always been famous for its La Masia but the last few seasons it was left behind which made their cash budget skyrocketed and debts everywhere because trying to keep up with galacticos Madrid with poor financial management but for the last few seasons it seems Barcelona started again with La Masia products that they are always proud of but the results are actually quite good so far.

There is a lot of potential owned by Barcelona so this makes it easier for them to find alternative options when they cannot find players because of their FFP.
On the one hand Real Madrid also have a good Academy here because Castilla always give good young talent but for Madrid they prefer to make this as their source of money and this season is also the same because we see that more than 100 million they can get for young players dropped out of Castilla. Nico Paz is obviously the most expensive so far but on the other hand they also let Gonzalo Garcia and Palacios go with a nominal that is actually quite large for a young player.
Even for Gonzalo Garcia Madrid will still have a 30% Sell on Clause advantage in the future and matching rights for Gonzalo.

It seems like we're talking about a situation where both sides are challenging each other and bluffing. Arsenal is the team trying to take advantage of the opportunity here. For Real Madrid, I think Vinicius is an important player. Mourinho must be trying to convince him to stay. Real Madrid needs to offer him a better contract than his current one, even if they don't give him the money he wants. The Brazilian player needs to be convinced. I think he's happy at Real Madrid.

Yeah I watched it too. It was a really good match like it was their first match but still Jose the Boss made a great impact on the team. It was an friendly matche but still it got me one point that Real Madrid are preparing for hard tackle like they are really preparing for the league title as well as for UEFA champions league title. Jose Morhino is an extraordinary ability and definitely now his play his strategically tactics and will try to utilize his new players with his own instructions.....

Besides Endrick also delivery an extraordinary performance although he is too young but still he proven himself to the man of great ability. I hope if Jose Morhino give him more minutes then probably he can regain the missing loops. New season has been start and let's see what happens next.

Regarding Vinicius, there are a lot of things we don't know, simply because we're looking from the outside and I just realized it. For example, Real Madrid got 50% of Vinicius image rights which means 50% of Vinícius personal income from sponsors will go to Madrid which if calculated per year could reach 20 million. Imagine Madrid could pay Vinicius salary using money from Image Rights (Vinícius personal income)   I think this is the reason why Vinicius is so adamant about wanting a higher pay package. Compared to Mbappe, Madrid only get around 30% of his image rights, yeah this obviously sparks jealousy between players. I don't think it would be a bad idea if Real Madrid gave back another 10%-20% to Vinicius right?

In as much as I agree with you, the thing is, every club has a salary structure and the reason for these structures is to maintain a salary scale across board. In the absence to this, every and any players will ask for increments so long as they are not on the same with their fellow players. Some will argue that it's the players image, yes it is no doubt but again, will players be having such image rights and deals without the club? I really don't think so, in as much as I love Vini the truth is that, he's not on the same level as Mbappe, it doesn't matter wether his been on the team long before Mbappe.

Let us even deliberate this matter as football fans without sentiment, do you really think that Real Madrid is treating Vinicius Jr fairly? one thing i hate about a club is neglecting a player who has been their best player before another best player from another club join the squad. Federico Velverde and Casemiro has been at Real Madrid before Vini, if I'm not mistaken, Velverde joined in 2016 which means his been part of back to back champions league wins for Real Madrid even before Vini kicked his first ball as a Real Madrid player, but guess what, at a time he earned higher than these 2 players. As if today Velverde earns €16+ million and Vini earns €25+ million. There's a much higher gap between Velverde and Vini compared to Mbappe and Vini salary, but have you heard Velverde coming out to ask for same salary as Vini despite the fact that his been on the team way before Vini?.

Mourinho seemed to be less than vigilant in developing his strategy in this match, which ultimately resulted in Real Madrid conceding to Fiorentina. Hopefully, this will be a lesson for Mourinho so that in future matches Real Madrid won't repeat the same mistakes as in this match, which resulted in a draw. It's understandable that Real Madrid could only manage a draw in this match,, as they brought mostly second-string players with them, with not many of their first-team players playing. Furthermore, this was a friendly match, and I don't think Real Madrid were serious about winning;, it was more about testing the players. That's why Real Madrid didn't play very well in this match.. They weren't serious. Therefore, concluding that Real Madrid isn't ready for the upcoming season is clearly incorrect. I'm confident that with Real Madrid's current preparations and the addition of several new players, Real Madrid will be ready for the upcoming season, which will undoubtedly be very challenging. So, judging Real Madrid's performance solely on friendly matches is clearly inaccurate. And regarding Endrick's goal, it was truly extraordinary, so hopefully Mourinho will consider giving Endrick more playing time next season.

Pre-season matches are crucial for every club before the start of the season because they allow the coach to maximize the strengths of their players, thus improving the team's strengths at the start of the season. Regardless of the outcome of these pre-season matches, I personally see something different for Real Madrid this season, and Jose Mourinho could be the coach who makes a difference. Experimenting with certain players in certain positions can strengthen the squad. In certain matches, the scheme or strategy doesn't work well, requiring a change in strategy, even if it means deploying players in slightly different positions.

weird that they literally have the best wings in the world right now, they still went ahead and bought a 19 year old winger for 100 million.

Mbappe and Vini are already toptier. and they already have young talents like Rodrygo, Endrick, Brahim Diaz and Mastantuono, and now they went and signed Diomande. i’m counting Arda as an attacking midfielder now but they’ve got Bellingham and their new signing Bernardo Silva there too.

One thing is certain, irrespective of the players they sign to the club, if that coordination is absent. it is still certain that they might struggle in this coming season. They players are good but the ability of the coach to use them effectively on the pitch knowing their strength and weaknesses together with the players ability to quickly adapt to the coach ideas and perform at their best will definitely give them an edge over other clubs within the same competition and not only that, the coachs ideas must be viable and effective. because it is also possible that it's the coaching staff that will need to update their coaching strategies and tactics.
