Definitely, Morinho prefers draw over e loss, and I can tell you for free here that the kind of squad Morinho wants to build at Madrid, you can call it a dynasty. Morinho understands what Madrid need presently to be able to dominate Laliga, he knows that Madrid is only a few players away from winning the Lalliga again, and also contending fiercely again in the champions league, so he brought in players like Bernardo silver to make this team glue together. He brought in Diomande to accelerate his game play from the wing, which will be very difficult for an opponent to handle.

Before a Coach will want to go for a player they must have check the advantage and disadvantage and then if the advantage is more than the disadvantage then they won't have any other option than to sign the player it's just like placing a trade,  if you know the RR is two and above then it is a good trade.

Honestly, I'm not too interested in preseason matches, because in those preseason matches, none of the teams seemed serious. Yeah many will not like the score of the game for real Madrid as they expected real Madrid to be creating an example of their greatness in this preseason but actually even if they couldn't do it in scoring but they have actually done it with performance because it was half of the pitch they were holding Ferencvaros and if it was how they usually strike on a real match there could have been high scoring for them but they were very gentle on Ferencvaros. Just as you said it, Rodri is currently a player that Real Madrid need right now because of how their midfield, it is obvious that real Madrid are suffering from this for a very long time since after they are two Legend left, the midfield was not as strong as before.
