These past few days I came across news regarding Mourinho's strict rules for Madrid players. There are 3 strict rules that Mourinho imposes on his players. This is related to a more controlled diet, discipline, and punctuality, fostering team cohesion in routine activities such as eating together. Will Mourinho succeed? I don't understand; it seems he wants to create a uniform standard for all players. But there are risks in the locker room that might occur. Player conflicts could become the next problem. It even seems he would never get rid of his best players. So this situation could change if Mourinho is unable to manage things and gain support from the management.  IMO

Jose Mourinho is known for giving strict rules to players so it's not something new anymore but while he is trying to create a harmonious relationship among players, he should know that these are big players too and as such he should lead them with wisdom because if the players are not feeling free within themselves, it can pose a risk towards the improvement of the team. Real Madrid has enough squad depth already, Jose Mourinho should use them properly and proffer solutions where necessary. Every player must put aside their individual characters and work together with Mourinho so that they can experience one of their best seasons again.
Of course. Every player has to think about the team to perform at their best. Thinking about the team can lead to good performances, because players who think about each other can result in more goals. Morin knows how to play with quality players. Now all he has to do is use his experience to ensure these players work together harmoniously.

Mourinho is always like this right form his early days of managing career. Strict rules, tight control and no room for slacking some players adapt into it and some others hate it. The only danger is when results don't start showing fast. then the strict rules start to feel like punishment and the dressing room can turn against him. He had the issue of slow progress in Man U. But again he has done it before and it worked, but that was with a different generation of players. Today's squad might not respond the same way. But if Madrid eventually start winning, everyone will praise his methods. If they struggle, the players will start showing serious attitude. That's just how it goes with him.

I no longer expect anything from Jose Mourinho, mif you have followed him recently around the clubs he has been appointed, you will see that, this is exactly how these players and the environment act so seriously like they want to win all of the trophies they're competing for but all of a sudden, all these momentum slide away. I have simply seen him as a manager responsible for bringing this sqaud together and it will be beneficial to the next two managers who are in charge of Real Madrid. They should be the one responsible for winning the Champions League not Jose Mourinho. I no longer fall for all these eye services, he will have to put in work or get sacked.

Sometimes if there's no challenges, it's doesn't make any sense because that will not attract people to have interest in the league. Barcelona have dominated for two consecutive seasons which was the reason why it was for boring because they don't have any challenge.
Not like really dominating .

The gap wasn’t  really that much andbesides, both of them don't  even deserve it last season . They played horrible games on and offf until the season ending was approaching which was around round of 16 for champions league. If not because Atletico was competing for upto 4 trophies, they could have won laliga last  season but as usual,  they ruled out laliga early and end up losing every single trophy they competed for .

My point is that even Barcelona didn’t deserve to win the league last season, they need more competition from other clubs in same league.

There were some changes last season , i believe it should get better this season.

The three teams that were promoted to La Liga for the 2026/2027 season are Racing Santander, Deportivo La Coruna, and Malaga CF. I see that none of these three teams are newcomers; they have played in La Liga before. Who will manage to stay up seems really hard to tell. But it looks like Deportivo has a chance to stay, while Racing Santander and Malaga might struggle to compete with the bigger clubs. I think finances are still a major factor in developing a team.
I’m glad these three teams are finally back in La Liga. Especially Deportivo La Coruña. If I’m not mistaken, Deportivo La Coruña was last relegated from La Liga in 2018. Back in the day, Deportivo La Coruña enjoyed a golden age and even produced some top players. I really hope these three teams can stay in La Liga for a long time. However, it all comes down to their financial situation. I hope everything works out for them.

The El Classico will be very much anticipated this season because they will be real competition in the game and people will like to see whether Real Madrid is back to actually win a trophy or not.
El Clásico is always eagerly anticipated by many people because it’s such a big match. In fact, this time around, Real Madrid fans are really hoping that Mourinho can beat Barcelona in El Clásico. That’s because, ever since Hansi Flick became Barcelona’s coach, Real Madrid has always lost to Barcelona in El Clásico. That’s why most people want to see if Real Madrid can stop Barcelona this time, or if they’ll once again be at Barcelona’s mercy.

The fact that Barcelona has been winning them lately does not really make any sense i mean it is not longer interesting because there should be some fight or both side win and not just a team winning all the time. Mourinho really have a lot of work to do in Real Madrid else we will still see same result but i think his managerial will be different from others because he is such a discipline and strict person. They can actually stop Barcelona if their minds are the same.
Sometimes if there's no challenges, it's doesn't make any sense because that will not attract people to have interest in the league. Barcelona have dominated for two consecutive seasons which was the reason why it was for boring because they don't have any challenge. I am optimistic that this season will be interesting simply because real Madrid have realised their mistakes and they will want to correct those mistakes far beyond their imagination, i expect to see a lot of challenges every in the Champions League between these two teams.
We can't say that Barcelona is dominating Laliga because they now the Spanish Laliga tittle twice now in a row, there are leagues we can say that a particular team always dominate the Bundesliga is one of them and also leagues like the Ligue 1 where PSG always wins the tittle, Scottish Premiership too where Celtic is always the king and some other few leagues too that i didn't mention.

The Laliga is a challenging league it's either Barcelona wins it or Real Madrid sometimes ATM do win it too, Real Madrid was like Liverpool in the premier league last season though they were more consistent than Liverpool and i believe this season will be different Real Madrid will want to make some changes this time.

I agree with you in modern football, money plays a significant role. Just look at Como after being promoted to the top flight, their financial stability helped them qualify for the Champions League in their second season.
However, money alone isn't enough to compete at that level preparation, mentality, and player quality are essential. PSG’s success for instance was the result of a long-term project built by the team's management.
Como could build a team similar to PSG's if they succeed in doing so, they could certainly achieve similar long-term successprovided the club remains financially stable and capable of making significant changes for future seasons.

Como has undoubtedly been able to make different purchases from the other newly promoted teams, but we are exaggerating a bit because they haven't bought players of who knows what caliber or who knows what depth. Como only made very intelligent purchases, promising young players, and knew how to place them well on the pitch so that they could give the game they needed to aim high, which they did.

This is going to be a huge disappointment for me as a Madrid fan.
Not only about hijacking at crucial times but with the presence of Rodri we will see Barcelona's midfield become more solid where Rodri, Dani Olmo and De Jong will be a trio that is quite difficult to conquer.

Rodri's composure in setting up the ball, De Jong in charge to open up space and help set the tempo with Rodri and Dani Olmo assigned more help in attack and move freely in the middle of the field it will be quite troublesome.

Rodri's presence does not guarantee Barcelona to secure La Liga but this is a very good addition for them to get a pretty good performance next season and I as a rival fan would certainly be very disturbed if this really happened.

Barcelona have made a good signing with Rodri and Dani Olmo will be a wonderful midfielder. Real Madrid will struggle but they have the right to win, as do Barcelona. It will be nice to see Rodri play in the Spanish championship, he will put on a show and will help Barcelona win and do well in the Champions League too.

There has never being a time when the El-Classico was not competitive, the rivalry between Barcelona and Real Madrid runs deep.

With Mourinho to have taken over the management at Real Madrid, one can expect that he would push them to the very extreme of performance and with Real Madrid being saturated with qualities, at best you would hope for them not to lose in these games, Mourinho’s defensive strategies would see to that.

The fact that Real Madrid has a more offensive attack and midfield, which aims to do badly by exploiting individual players a lot, playing less in harmony, at least from what we saw last year. While Barcelona tends to have a more professional, more team game, with lots of one-twos, lots of tiki-taka until you get to the goal. Two different games, one quality.

I'm so eager to see the coming season, I want to see how this two teams will perform because with the level of Barcelona preparation and how Real Madrid performance is right now, I'm very sure next coming season will be very interesting. Right now Barcelona is trying ro strenghten their squad and same as Real Madrid. Although as you said both teams are actually good but Barcelona uses the team work, and take over.

While Real Madrid with many stars, everyone want to shine they are hungry of the team trophy. Rather personal interesst, I just hope the new coach will be able to stop that mentallity from them.

The next Champions League will certainly be more entertaining than the previous one. Indeed, last year there were few teams that were truly competitive, or in any case that demonstrated the quality necessary to reach the top of the trophy. This year, however, many teams are strengthening, which will certainly make it more beautiful to see.

He will! But then, I do not expect too many people to see that. He is the best midfielder in the world if injury free, and we saw him display during important games.
The Spanish league isn't that intense so I don't think he will pick up too many injuries. Asides that, if his injury can be managed by good medical doctors, he will stop picking up unnecessary injuries.

Are the speculations of bringing Adam Wharton true? Or do they link him to Real Madrid to see his valuation higher up? The British media can do too much to hype their players lol.

Rodri, the Golden Ball winner, is certainly one of the strongest players and midfielders around at the moment. The fact that both Real Madrid and Barcelona are interested in him is something he welcomes, but is dangerous for both teams, because i think that depending on where he chooses to go and play, the balance could tip in favor of one of the two.

I think the main difference is that Barcelona played much more cohesively. The midfield and the attacking line worked together much better. But Real Madrid have a problem, they have a very strong attacking line, while there was a clear weakness in midfield. As a result, there was no connection between the midfield and the attack, and there was no quick transition from defense to attack. I hope Mourinho will fix this.

Of course, financial stability is crucial for a team's development. Taking Italy as an example, Como, after being promoted from the lower league, secured a Champions League spot in their second year. However, they didn't achieve this randomly; they were financially stronger than other teams. I believe all three newly promoted teams have the potential to surprise their rivals.

It's true that Como has a financial edge over the other newly promoted teams. But we must also give credit where credit is due, that is, Como certainly has a different budget to use for the transfer market, but if we look at the players purchased to reach the top four in the league last year, there are no players of excessive value. He just deserved it for a good game.

City rejected Barcelona's second offer (which they allegedly claimed was their final one). Barcelona is offering 60 (after their first, clownish offer of 45), while City wants 75. The probability of Rodri's transfer is still around 80%, but has already decreased from the peak. Somehow, Barcelona still dreams of signing Alvarez, so it's completely unclear how this will all play out. After all, they won't be able to sign both Alvarez and Rodri simply due to their financial insolvency.

Because how are they going to sign a attacker with that kind amount when they great attacking line already and when their defensive midfield is so weak?I expected Real Madrid to have found a solution to that defensive midfield since, but I don't know what is giving them the confidence that they don't want to on their  their defensive midfield.

last year Real Madrid had a bit of confusion both on the bench and in the team, which this year i hope Mourinho will be able to resolve. Because he, as a coach, is the special one and can certainly leave his mark on the team. If he manages to create harmony between the players, we will see a different Real Madrid than last season.

El Clásico has always been special to me. I don't remember ever missing a Barcelona vs. Real Madrid match since I started watching football. But one thing I noticed was that Barcelona always had more control of the ball. Although the matches between these two teams were very exciting. Especially since each player was very experienced and in the past, when Ronaldo and Messi were on the opposing teams, El Clásico became even more popular. Most of the star players from that time no longer play for Barcelona or Real Madrid. Many have retired. But the transition between  these two teams can still be seen.

The Laliga is a challenging league it's either Barcelona wins it or Real Madrid sometimes ATM do win it too, Real Madrid was like Liverpool in the premier league last season though they were more consistent than Liverpool and i believe this season will be different Real Madrid will want to make some changes this time.

given the problems, the enormous unsolved problems of Real Madrid I think that next season will also see Barcelona dominate
It's not like the Premier League or Serie A where there are so many possible competitors to win the championship
In La Liga it's a duopoly, either Real Madrid or Barcelona. Unfortunately, I would dare say..

Real Madrid is not longer interested in Rodri, Rodri himself has already decided to join Barcelona as he did not see any concrete move from Real Madrid, and i like that reaction from Real Madrid because signing him will cost them more than 70 million. Barcelona is currently the club that want to sign Rodri, and Barcelona and second bid has been rejected by Manchester City as they are asking for 80 million plus, Barcelona did not need Rodri, but they want to sign because Real Madrid should not get the player.

Rodri is a injury prone player, he has not played any good game for Manchester City last season, he only has a good performance in the World Cup and went to have a back surgery, which shows that he can not play more than 4 to 5 games in a row, any team that sign Rodri for 80 million just waste money because he is a injury prone and also has one year left in his contract.

I think Real Madrid made some good signings during this transfer window. In terms of the quality of the players, I don’t think Real Madrid are inferior to Barcelona in any way. But I think there is still an open question about how well Mourinho will be able to connect with the players and work with them. I know Mourinho is a coach who demands discipline, but Real Madrid have always been known for having players who want more freedom. So this is exactly where I see the main problem that could prevent Real Madrid from having a successful new season.

Como getting a champions league football has nothing to the players they brought in, but the team spirit and the desire is what takes them to where they are now. Fabregas have been a very big plus since he joined the club. He moved them from Seria B to a champions league place, in a space of 2 season.

Even till recently Como have not spent so much on a particular player, if not fit just Nico Paz that they just bought from Real Madrid.

Even in the champions league, Como is a team to watch out for, we saw how they caused Arsenal a lot of problems in the pre season game yesterday.
