He's finally decided to go play with his country guys, congratulations to him anyway. He may not bench Frankie at first because Hansi flick has not use him yet to see his pattern of play and don't be surprise he may not even fit in this new club just saying though and secondly, there is nothing wrong if he plays Rodri because there will always be a substitution and when injury happens they will need a replacement so it's a nice one. I'm very sure if the position doesn't suit Lamine Yamal he will run down to his usual position that is what players always does.
Rodri is a starting player for any club he joins. Rodri, as a world-class DMF, Frankie De Jong will sit on the bench and learn from Rodri if the need be. Frankie also plays as a central midfielder. He may not need to sit on the bench. Both players can actually duel in the midfield. Yamal is a winger. He has no business with the midfield. Rodri and Frankie are both CMF and DMF, every player with their roles. When Rodri is fully fit, he's definitely going to start for any team in Europe at the moment. We saw what happened in the FIFA World Cup and how he pocketed most of the prolific players they faced especially in the knockout stage. Frankie De Jong on his own is also a big player player that can start for the biggest teams when fit but in a situation where both players are fit for Barcelona, I expect Rodri to be picked ahead of the Dutch midfielder.

Rodri movement to Barcelona is going to be a very good one because Barcelona midfield need someone like Rodri to collect that position to make sure everything is well organize. Although, as said someone like Lewandoski is actually needed in this team. They need a better replacement for that position, Barcelona look so prepared for this season and as I'm seeibg Barcelona will disturb and Challenge bigger clubs by next season.
This is actually one of the biggest signing they will be having for this season.. Now I could see why Barcelona was feeling ng so relaxed about the deal.. It was obviously because they knew that Rodri was already theirs even before the agreement was reached by the both teams....Rodri wouldn't just be a player in Barca, he would also act as a me tor o and teacher to the upcoming midfielders..And with him in a team like Barcelona, we are more confident about the Laliga as well as other trophies this season... The number 9 position can even be shared by both Yamal and maybe Gordon or Raphinha through team effort...Though they will still need to get more experienced attackers, so the work load wouldn't be much on young Yamal...

We can see how both Real Madrid and Barcelona equipping their team to get to win the trophy next season, with all this happening you see that the competition has already begun, you see this two teams signing and signing and selling just to make sure one of them comes out Victorious, it happens to be that no other club in La Liga does like this two teams even athletico Madrid I personally expected more from them, I expected some good signings, but they feel so relaxed so I don't know how they want to get to win anytime soon. This successful signings just remind me of how desperates Barcelona still is regardless of them winning the last trophy they still want to win more and Real Madrid also showing some aggression to also get to win as well its very impressive.

As a replacement for Lewandowski, Barcelona has not been able to sign anyone yet. But with Rodri, the midfield will be in control, which will create opportunities for goal scoring. If Rodri performs well in midfield, Raphinha and Lamine Yamal will have to come down less. They will be able to put their full effort into attacking. This is a good opportunity for the whole team. If Rodri takes on some defensive responsibility, the rest of the midfielders will get enough opportunities to play a little forward, which will create opportunities for direct goals and also perfect low passing. Barcelona has a good time in future . If the total team combination is stronger, Barcelona will be able to perform much better.

He was a great finisher. Rodri is a midfielder who can play as a left back or right back in some situations, but he cannot be used as a forward. Rafinha and Lamine Yamal need to focus more on playing up top. Olmo is an attacking midfielder. His excellent combination with Rodri will make the team stronger. There are also strong midfielders like Gavi, Pedri and López who can be excellent finishers in midfield or in attack.

Real Madrid's pre season is officially over, they will go into the season fully and play their fist match of the season which I probably think will be on Saturday. Ending of last season we all saw what certain fans did regarding Mbappe and the so called petition, to me which was nonsense because it was directed to the wrong player, Real Madrid problem is a collective one and not from a single player. Mbappe does his job which is to score, other players needs to step up and fill in their spot as well for the team to move forward. I believe they all need to keep their differences aside and focus on the team, I also believe that's why it's Mourinho that's the coach, to help the player not see themselves as enemies but play together as a unit, their season will soon kick off and over the next few months, some of us will keep close tabs on them to see how good or bad they have been.

The new La Liga season is underway, and several matches have already been played. One thing that surprised me a bit,, however, was the match between Racing Santander and Villarreal Villarreal really struggled to secure a win, even though Racing is a newly promoted team. Logically, Villarreal shouldn't have had such a hard time winning this game,, yet they struggled significantly and ultimately only managed a draw.
Villareal didn't start so well unfortunately for them and they need to improve, Racing played a very good game for a newly promoted team, but it was a good point they won which boosts morale. If Barcelona could win easily against Elche and secure the first 3 points.

I don't think Barcelona will have any trouble getting their first three points of the season away at Elche. Barcelona still has enough strength this season to remain among the best in La Liga, although this season may be a little different for Barcelona and the other teams already in La Liga. But tomorrow I'll see how Atletico Madrid fare against Malaga in their first match of the season, as Atletico Madrid is also a team that many other teams in La Liga are always wary of.

It shouldn't be a concern to lose Lewandowski. Barcelona still have plenty of quality players, and either Yamal or Raphinha could be an alternative. Rodri's arrival would also complete the midfield. And regarding Rodri being almost officially a Barcelona player, I'm really happy to hear that. So now the lineup would be Yamal as the striker, Raphinha at RW, Adeyemi at LW, and Rodri as the DM. This is absolutely perfect.
If Rodri moves to Barcelona, he will strengthen the team’s midfield, but the center forward position will still remain an open question. Barcelona have plenty of attacking players who could allow them to play without Lewandowski, but I think the style of play that Flick uses requires a central striker, and a really good one. And I think Barcelona will have to find a replacement for Lewandowski. It is a very great move to have Rodri because he will give the midfield control and balance we need. Getting Alvarez would make even more sense, but I think the financial side makes the deal difficult, especially after the Rodri transfer. Alvarez could gradually take over from lewandowski as the main striker because of his movement, pressing and ability to play across the front line. I would not expect him to replace lewandowski so fast, but having him in the squad would gives us more confidence going into the new season

Snip.
Rodri transferring to Barcelona gives me goosebumps really. if Rodri joins Barcelona and they also add a decent center back, they’ll become a truly formidable team. After weeks of tough negotiations, this transfer saga has finally come to an end. Barcelona succeeded in signing Rodri for €60 million plus €16 million in bonuses, even though previous reports indicate that Man City would not accept any offer below €80 million for him, Barcelona managed to secure the top midfielder for a slightly lower price. Rodri arrival further bolsters Barcelona squad depth, but the management's work is not yet finished if they aim to compete for every trophy. They still need a top striker and a proven center-back. Considering squad needs and their desire to end the long wait to reclaim the Champions League trophy, Rodri will not be the last player they sign during this transfer window. I believe Barcelona have a good squad now even without signing a top striker, with the depth of wingers and midfield players they have, they can make do with that and Barcelona being a team that gives young players opportunities maybe this time is for Bisiwu and Hamza Abdelkarim to prove themselves. They can use this young lads to do wonders. Hansi Flick has a strong system and mentality for his boys.

I’ve never been able to view Mourinho simply as a coach who wins or loses games. At the clubs where he’s worked, after a while, the conversation isn’t just about soccer everything from locker room dynamics to the president’s decisions begins to revolve around Mourinho. Some see him as the last man who can turn a team around, while others believe he leaves no peace wherever he goes. That’s why his return to Real Madrid after so long didn’t evoke a single, clear emotion in me. I do feel a sense of excitement at the prospect of seeing the old, aggressive, and uncompromising Mourinho back at the Bernabeu.

I agree with you bro. Mbappe was the scapegoat for the entire team failure, it was unfair to be honest. One problem that led to Real Madrid downfall last season was too much individual play instead of collective play to make the team succeed. I expect things to be much different and better this season than it was last season. They signed new players and of course, Mourinho is in charge and we know what he's capable of. Madrid will be playing on away this Saturday against Espanyol if the fixture I have with me is correct. It's first official game under Mourinho and expect nothing but a win. Real Madrid is clearly the favourites even without Mourinho not been in charge. Even the underdog is usually strong at home but that doesn't change anything.

I also think that for such an attacking team as Barcelona, they should be able to manage without Lewandowski in most matches. One of the younger players will get an opportunity to play as a central striker, and perhaps someone will show their full potential once they get that chance. But I feel that in important matches against strong opponents, Barcelona will really feel the lack of a proper central striker. This weekend, Barcelona will play away against Elche, they should definitely be beating a team like that. Real Madrid will also play away against Espanyol. By the way, I liked the way Espanyol played in the first round. I think it won’t be an easy match for Real Madrid, but I still expect them to win, despite it being an away game.

I'm of the opinion that Barcelona, despite not having a real finisher, won't have any major problems this La Liga season, perhaps like last year they only have to fear Real Madrid, who apparently are organizing to face the season and with Mourinho they intend to win it (obviously). Basically, Barcelona, if they can sign or improve those who finish the goals, can easily face this season of the Championship.
Barcelona doesn't have a real finisher but they have some very good attackers who will give their all. Mourinho has to win, they signed him for this reason and he can't make mistakes with this team he has. The challenge is between the two of them and Barcelona won't let them win easily.

The way I see it, Atlético Madrid should actually be capable of winning the championship. In fact, financially, Atlético Madrid is also very strong. We can see this from their transfer activity every season, where Atlético Madrid spends so much money to sign top players. It’s just that Simeone is the reason Atlético Madrid hasn’t been able to end the dominance of Barcelona and Real Madrid in La Liga. Simeone is a coach who lacks tactical acumen. Perhaps if Atlético Madrid were to replace Simeone with a better coach, I’m confident they’d be able to win the championship, since they do have a formidable squad.
I think that the problem of Atletico Madrid, seeing him play for many years, is not the coach, nor the players who are decent but the mentality Atletico Madrid doesn't have the mentality of champions He has a third wheel mentality. That's why he'll never be able to do anything unless he changes his mentality.. In fact, the way I see it, the problem lies with the coach. After all, when it comes to mentality, it all starts with the coach. If the coach doesn’t have a champion’s mentality, then no matter how talented the players are, it’s hard for them to become a championship winning team. Just take Manchester City as an example. When Guardiola arrived, a team that had previously struggled to win titles was able to dominate the Premier League by winning back-to-back championships. That’s why I believe the coach is the factor preventing Atlético Madrid from winning a title.

You are wrong n this one. Real Madrid never played individually, they played collectively else there is no way Mbape was going to have Golden booth. He had most assist to scored goals. What failed the team was back line. Real Madrid defensive match was very bad, almost all the back line from left back, center back and right back all went to injury, none of them were injuries free and some midfielders contributed to their failure, why they never won. This is the same narrative people pushed last season, they were saying Real Madrid players are too stubborn, they don't listen to their coach and what is going on around the team is completely different from what is been displayed. Whatever the players are going through, I believe Perez has spent more than a decade on that club, he knows what's better for the team and knows how to handle the team, he will not entertain any failure from anyone.

Real Madrid's pre season is officially over, they will go into the season fully and play their fist match of the season which I probably think will be on Saturday.
Looking at how they did last pre-season against Schalke it looks like they want to focus more on their midfield emphasis by stacking some players in there. 4-2-3-1 looks like it will be a superior scheme with a Double Pivot that will be filled by Bernardo and Valverde and 3 players who help Mbappe in attack will still be given to Yan Diomande for the right side, Jude/Arda as a shadow striker behind Mbappe and Vini who served as their left winger. I quite like this scheme because it will be flexible because if the scheme stagnates then they can change tactically to 4-4-2 or even 4-3-3 so that this can make Mou can continue to impose a conventional coaching style but doesn't change the characteristics of Madrid in a philosophy that always prioritizes speed and fast counter-attack schemes. I was pretty confident at the start of the season but hopefully they won't have any problems because there are always unforeseen problems, especially for the players ' injury storms that are difficult for Madrid to avoid.

Yes, I will believe you that they played as a team because an individual can’t win a match for a team, they have to play as a team, but we can’t deny the fact that some players are selfish, they will always prefer to score the goal themselves than to give it out to their teammate to score, maybe for individual recognition or so, but they actually played as a team. Their primary problem last season was their defensive line, they had a very poor defense which affected their entire performance across all competitions but I think they have tackled the defensive problem even though there is no depth in case of injuries. This is the same narrative people pushed last season, they were saying Real Madrid players are too stubborn, they don't listen to their coach and what is going on around the team is completely different from what is been displayed. Some actually happened, some players feel that they are too big to be controlled by the coach; Maybe it’s because the team prioritizes their players more than the coaches as they usually consider big names when signing players. Their dressing room problem also followed, but now that we have Mourinho, the problem will be minimized or even solved due to his experience as an old coach.

I don't think Barcelona will have any trouble getting their first three points of the season away at Elche. But tomorrow I'll see how Atletico Madrid fare against Malaga in their first match of the season, as Atletico Madrid is also a team that many other teams in La Liga are always wary of. Considering the current situation of Barcelona, we can definitely confirm that the team will definitely be ready to collect 3 points when they go to their home ground against Elche. Barcelona is at the top of the list of strong teams in La Liga, in that case, the team is still strong enough and they will fight with excitement from the beginning of the season. The first match of La Liga in the upcoming season is Malaga against Atletico Madrid, in which Atletico Madrid will definitely win. Atletico Madrid is a team in La Liga where two strong teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid are also very cautious. It becomes very difficult for these two strong teams to win with Atletico, in that case they have a lot of dominance in La Liga.

Yes,,, absolutely I fully agree with what you said. Real Madrid is taking this season quite seriously, and fans will certainly be eagerly awaiting their official opening match. Beyond Mbappe their new forward Carlos Espi has also looked excellent up front. he consistently scored during the pre season match, displaying great composure and aerial ability. It seems like that the internal issues from last season will be easily resolved by Jose Mourinho. I believe they will perform better than they did last season and their opponents especially Barcelona in La Liga need to be very wary of Real Madrid this year.
