I didn’t expect such a dominant win because Elche are usually quite good at home. I expected Barcelona to win, but I thought the scoreline would be much closer, something like 2–0 or 3–0. I think they still need to buy a striker. A natural striker. Even if they don't get Alvarez, they should get someone else. Raphinha is not a natural striker, and even though he may play that position well, he won't be as effective as a natural striker. If any one of their wingers gets injured and they don't have a striker, the attack will be weakened. The season is very long. You can't decide to play without a striker based on the first game against Elche. I believe a natural striker that is a good goal scorer is the final piece of the puzzle for Barcelona. Raphinha, Lamine and the striker can start in attack in important games, then Gordon and Adeyemi can be backups.

Hansi flick made a very good choice using raphinha in the centre worked really well, especially with how movement he brought to the attack and Fermin also showed us that Barcelona have more attacking options than what people give them credit for. I agree that Raphinha is a bit of an underrated player. The Brazilian player carries his team in most matches, scoring winning goals. He does this in the Champions League as well. He's not just a player for league matches or easy games, he's a player who makes things better for Barcelona in tough matches too. However, for some reason, he's not talked about as much as the players you mentioned. Perhaps Raphinha is currently the best and most in-form player at Barcelona. We saw how ineffective Yamal was. Despite his young age, he may be very talented, but in some matches he can't do anything.

Actually, in this first match, I was expecting Real Madrid to perform like Barcelona did yesterday. Because on paper, their squad looks better than Barcelona's. However, when it comes to the game, they just can't seem to create that impact.
