I was expecting a more convincing scoreline than the 2:0. This season promises to be a very competitive one in the Spanish La but I'm still backing Real Madrid to win the league at the end.

Its going to a pretty interesting season between Madrid and Barca in the race for the title. We could finally see a long awaited breathtaking El Classico with displays from both elite clubs. Real Madrid would likely remain my favorite after watching their performance against Real Sociedad.

I strongly opposes to your thoughts on Madrid's capacity to compete with Barcelona in the race for the Laliga title. With no doubt, Madrid has many talented and world class players, but the fight for the race of title is too much for them to handle. Madrid major problem is the absence of a creative midfielder which is yet to be resolved.

They have never had the problem of attacking and signing Yan Diomande will not have much effect on their performance, if they should not sign a good midfielder. Barca are most likely to win the league again this season.

Raphinha has being the highlight for the Barca team at the start of the season, and Kylian Mbappe for Real Madrid. Who would win the golden boot this season?

If Barcelona should fail to sign a top and standing striker, Rafinha is likely to continue in the striking role and will give him edge to win the golden boot ahead of Kylian Mbape because we have all.what it takes to win the league.

But if Barca should sign a striker, Rafinha's chance of the golden boot will be very limited as the striker might have goal more than him.

After just two games, fans are now concluding that Real Madrid will become La Liga champions. It's too early to make such a prediction because there are still many games to play. The Jose Mourinho side I have seen in the last two games is not invincible. I wouldn't say they are not good, since some new players would have to blend with others. Mbappe has started showing that he is indeed the poster boy of Real Madrid. His finishing in the game against Real Sociedad was classic. I agree that the Special One has what it takes to regig the squad. He should encourage the strikers to be more selfless.

Two games is not actually enough to give Real Madrid the crown or to call them champions already and this season is just starting and we still have a long way to go and injuries, loss of formation and the how their opponents tackle them will play the major role this season. And I think Mbappe is already showing his relevance to Madrid and showing why Madrid brought him, his finishing against Real Sociedad was absolutely great, and if he continues like this he might make a big difference this season.

The point is that even Real Madrid fans have to think about it that way. It has to be that they have no competitors. Like now, they have won their two matches and probably Barcelona and other teams may lose their two matches. The fans may be starting to think that it is possible for them to win laliga this season, as their competitors have even started weakly.But the point now is that Barcelona won their first match by five goals, and that shows that Barcelona are in great form. In fact, even if the season is not yet over, even possible that the season could be close to an ending and there may be the points gap is wide, making it hard for the competitors to catch up before concluding that they will win it,It is very wrong for anyone to always come to conclusions early because football can change anytime.

As for Mbappe, he is a very talented player, and he has been showing that at Real Madrid for two seasons now. Last season, he was the player who won the top scorer award, and even this season, he has already started scoring as  to make him put him in that level,as in two matches, he has three goals. The three goals were even scored in a single match.

All these are some small mistakes some teams seems to overlook, like starting well and ended up fumble. This is still the problem that Madrid is facing ( conceding unnecessary goals and then giving weaker opponents opportunities to thrive). I know Madrid won by a fine margin, but they didn't perform to my expectations, they didn't win that game smoothly just like Barca did to Elche. Like you said "they struggled in the first half ",which I didn't expect them to, because they have the best squad in Laliga now.

Sociedad had 10 shots. Their performance wasn't actually that bad, but when faced with a strong and high-quality team like Real Madrid, they couldn't fully showcase their strength. Real Madrid beat them 4-1, making better use of their opportunities. Mbappé showed the difference a player makes. Real Madrid's biggest advantage is having a player like Mbappé. I think even if Real Sociedad had played better, they couldn't have stopped Real Madrid.

Truly Athletic Bilbao were so lucky to have conceeded only two goal considering the opponent they faces.. Bilbao hasn't really been in form in form since the start of this season... They suffered a heavy 3 to 1 loss to sevilla and so I didn't see them as much of a threat to Barcelona.. I predicted more goal from from Barcelona coz I actually assumed that Barcelona would capitalize on Bilbao poor form and deal with them mercilessly.. We get to see the numerous superb saves he made against Lamine Yamal. Unai Simon didn't just want Lamine Yamal name to go up on the scoresheet because tell me, explain to me how he was doing all that miraculous saves?

Perhaps Barcelona collected 3 solid points with a 2-0 victory and they're heading to the next and have recorded two straight winning this season, such a good way to start for Barcelona. They're not relenting and are desperate for major trophies this season, Hansi Flick will lead the club to glory.

If it weren't for Simon's brilliant save, maybe Barcelona would have won with a 6-0 score, and I also finally understand why Unai Simon is Spain's first-choice goalkeeper because he really is a world-class keeper.

But honestly, I see that Barcelona now has undergone a lot of changes from last season. Even though they don't have a pure striker, their play in attacking and scoring goals is very impressive. I also get why Raphinha, Yamal, and Gordon are trained to fill striker positions because Flick really wants them to maximize the central area. Espart is comfortable spreading wide as a right-back, move Gordon to the center. When Espart fills the center, Gordon goes wide. It's the same with Fermin being technically an attacking midfielder on paper but he can fill Yamal's position. Then Yamal plays more in the center, and when Yamal fills the right, Fermin is in the middle.

Overall, Barcelona play was really smooth. In other words, the ball wasn’t just going around in the middle because they were always attacking and creating chances, not just passing around to maintain possession and looking for gaps to make opportunities. That’s what I saw from Barcelona’s performance in this match, and if they play like this, I think Fick doesn’t need to look for a new striker, especially after they failed to get Alvarez.

Barca have a very solid and formidable squad this season with the latest signings they've made in the transfer window, it is only clear that the club is going towards the right direction. They are very good with the kind of midfield they have now at the club,  especially with the signing of Rodri combined with the already existing midfield of Pedri and Dani almo, they will really make statements this season.  
It will be very hard for Madrid to see their back, despite the signings that Madrid have made because theyve  really added much players to their collection this season and that will even make the competition between the two clubs much intensed. I will be very exited when watching the Elclassico this season.
