The RW was useless yesterday. Jose is yet to find the best wing for each player in that attack. At some point, Vinicius was running the middle while Mbappe was at the LW. Meanwhile, no one was at the RW. Later on, I watched Bellingham at the RW. It was total confusion watching the game. I'm wondering why Diomande was bought if he won't be starting at the RW.

Vinicius should go to Arsenal, he's lost coordination, Mbappe cant handle the role of a CM fully well, it'll be effective if Mourinho positioned him to play in the Left Flank, Diomande did well when he came in to take the RW role, starting him in this position would bring so much effect in the frontline, he could have chipped that ball when he had the one on one opportunity with the goalie in the 76mins of the game, yet it was a great save by the goal keeper, all together he did much better than Mbappe and Vini combined, as for the middle, Espi appear more competent than Mbappe. Overall the problem with Madrid as usual is individualism, I knew Mourinho wouldn't be able to change this structure that easily.

Here we go again Jose is making another complaint to the referee during the clash between his club vs Atletico. I'm not saying he's entirely wrong, and i believe Romero also deseved at least a yellow card, but i think his complain still pointless when his club play like mediocre club, and still deserve the lost.
Instead of still complaining about the result that will never able to be changed, why doesn't he just focus on fixing his stellar team? there are so many home works he needs to solve it asap becaus ethe international break will let him to get some times to fix it.

In as much as I was bashing Real Madrid yesterday for the loss, I still think certain referee decisions do affect matches, this was how Elche were busy fouling Real Madrid players and nothing was done about it, just yesterday from the statistics we could see the number of fouls being commited by Atletico Madrid. These 2 images is an example of reckless challenges. Let's assume that of Bellingham can be overlooked, what about the one of Valverde? Was it until his ankle was broken and he leaves in a stretcher, will that then be enough for the ref to reach out for his red card? I was really disappointed, they got away with too many fouls. I still have some bashing to do because I don't understand why you will have these quality of players and allow Atletico Madrid to dominate and win you.

Real Madrid really messed up yesterday because I never believed they will loss to mediocre team like Atletico Madrid who barely perform when necessary, the worst result I was expecting from Real Madrid was a draw but it is so sad that they could not win Atletico Madrid. But I disagree with you, the fact that they didn't win Atletico Madrid doesn't mean they won't perform well in their subsequent matches likewise Manchester united, they will do better but we don't know when. However, the way the league is going it is becoming obvious that Barcelona will win the league again this season.

That Old Jose Mourinho is no more, and I'm one of those football fans not writing him off but not expecting anything from him. This may be yet another trophyless season for Real Madrid. All I see Jose Mourinho doing is assembling a good squad for the next incoming manager to utilise. Real Madrid has always being a major contender for the La Liga title, same to Barcelona every year. I really love how they started the season but it seems they’re a bit destabilised now and need to get themselves back up. They have come not so far this season , they still has a chance and enough time to actually be back in this title race.

Barcelona has a perfect start to the season but I still feel that their strength this season is yet to be tested. They need a big challenger which will determine more what this team can actually produce in the long season. I am impressed by their performance especially Raphinha who has had a lot of goal contributions this season in just few games. I want to ask you, does Real Madrid need Atletico Madrid to be reduced to 10 men or 9 men before they can win? All these protests do not really make any sense to me because it is shameful for Real Madrid to protest about a red card not given to their opponent as part of the reason why they got demoralised and couldn't win a match. Red card should be given where necessary but I'm just wondering how a team as big as Real Madrid will be crying because the referee didn't give a red card. Agree with you. I am also irritated by two things - the way they referring in La Liga, it is simply impossible to ignore, and the fact that Real should be better in any case. By the way, was that really the referee who admired Rafinha's mustache? If so, then this is beyond the realm of fiction haha, as I already said, I prefer to "think" in the direction that the basis is Real itself, but still, the brain is constantly connecting the dots. As a last resort, we can count on the Champions League, for some reason, Real tends to get neutral officiating there.

Although I will criticize Madrid's performance in this match but 2 red cards for Lee Kang In and Romero should have been given, the violation against Valverde was horror for a tackle but there was no intervention from the referee who led and for Romero's actions should have been able to get a card because his behavior was inappropriate on a field despite the harsh derby tension.

But whatever the situation Madrid lose and we have to go back to lose 3 points for the second time at the beginning of this season which of course this should get more attention from the Madrid management.
Complaining about the referee's decision in order to improve in the future is good enough but now the most important thing for Madrid is how to improve their performance because in the game against Atletico we could see that in the first half they did not even act like a big club because their performance is like a club that needs a lot of improvement.

Last night in Riyadh Air Metropolitano derby started out as a thrilling match, but the referee abysmal officiating marred the game. I think Mourinho was fully justified in protesting the numerous decisions by referee Miguel Angel Ortiz Arias that favored Atletico Madrid. It is a shame that such a major match had to be officiated by an incompetent referee. During the game, I saw several rough fouls against Real Madrid go unpunished particularly the heavy challenges suffered by Jude Bellingham. The RFEF needs to speak up about this poor officiating shouldn disadvantage one side in a football match or tarnish La Liga image.

You should be more irritated by the latter than the former, because why not? After they made good use of the transfer window and signed very expensive players from across different leagues, plus the players they already had on ground, there's no difference? Atlético Madrid did what they know how to do best which is defending every single position on that pitch.

What's the referee decision that affected the match, is he referring to the red card? If the last man is fouled, and contact is made inside the box, what's the verdict for that Mr FIFA referee Alias president? No card and no penalty? Your team needs to do better. Crying this much tears won't help.

Red card in the 52 minute of the match was not responsible for changing the course of the match. Real Madrid were not playing well from the start of the match. The frustration among the players increased in the second half and the pressure of counterattacks from Atletico Madrid players pushed the team towards further disaster. I was not surprised by the result of the match given Real Madrid's overall performance because they lost to Atletico Madrid last season. The team only repeated that defeat, which means that the team has not reached a very good level under José Mourinho. The team needs to play much better. There are still many matches left in the tournament.

But this is the usual thing coaches do. The only time coaches don't complain is when they win the match but when they played and they don't win and they feel they were rob, they are going to complained. I did not expect Mourinho to overreact with the outcome, this is Derby match and teams were supposed to play like they did. This is how they play in El clasico, minor fouls are not consider too much unless where it's obvious and even the obvious are ignored.

He should go back home and put his teams together, what they played was amature game, they had the room to play better but the couldn't. The first time was there with wonderful opportunities but the couldn't convert any. The red card was what spoiled everything, there was no way they are coming out of that not when their beginning game was very poor.
