Although I agree to some point that Mbappes arrival has hindered Vini jnr performance.  But that doesn't mean that he literally made vini jr to start dropping stinkers.  I think it's more of physiological issue, which had made him to lose his playing ways. It could take time for him to recover, if he is trully determined to get his form back. Vini and mbappe are both starting games , but Mbappe has taken the role of the main man of the team because of his goal scoring ability.

Maybe that could be the cause of the physiological issue, it's hard for some to accept another person taking your role in just a season.  If I am to be honest Vini jr should have left Real Madrid and explore another club.
