Even when Vinicius lost the Ballon d'Or that time, I still believed he could win because of his performance and how the team was built around him.  But since they signed Kylian Mbappe, I have lost that hope for Vinicius to win the Ballon d'Or because Mbappe has overshadowed him. I think they need patience because even though the new manager is good and had done something impressive in the league before now, he still needs time to adjust and make the necessary changes possible in the team and also the players needs time to adapt to this playstyle, so I believe there's alot of work going on right now in the team and winning the league title over Barcelona that have really understood their project and have had a working and better strategy all this while, will be a miracle. Well it too soon to say but with the performance so far and the way both Real Madrid and Barcelona have been playing so far, I still think it going to be another Barcelona season. Barcelona have been winning their games more convincingly, the way they score with easy, they look like that will be winning the league again. Real Madrid try to build a competitive team during the summer, but so far they are still struggling.

Well there is still plenty of games to play and there could be a change of foam from both side. Mourinho arrival succeeded in bringing positive things, especially in overcoming the player's ego, but on the one hand it also ended up making Vinicius movement limited. Because usually Vinicius is wants to always control the ball from the left, dribble and score. But for Mourinho that scheme has to be limited because playing for a single unit is more important. The Barcelona I have watched for the opening part of this season isn't having any period of poor performance anytime soon. None of their players are injured during international duties, Raphinha discomfort isn't very serious, so he would recover well and be available for the Getafe match. It is not impossible for Real Madrid to close the gap with Barcelona but you have to remember that there is a gap in the performance of the two teams. Barcelona is a consistent team but Real Madrid is unpredictable and unreliable. The team affected by Mbappe injury may perform even weaker.
