I completely agree. Mourinho may be a legendary figure of his time, but I don't think he's performed well in the teams he's managed recently. He has a huge ego, and this harms the team; everything he wants has to be done, and I don't think his communication with the players is very successful.

I don't really agree with you because this you said, someone else coming to reap the other person's fruit because I believe and think it is a thing of management skills and the ability to adjust or adapt to a new environment one find themselves. Mourinho is not using Cucurella, Cucurella is his best signing in my opinion, Silver was a mistake signing, his too lazy and slow, he does not fit into Mourinho style of football. There is thing about Jose Mourinho that many people seems to quickly forget, he always has it rough in his first season for very club he manages and if given ample time, he will turn things around the next season.
