Real Madrid might not be in good form for now, but don't be surprised they'll come out that day and display what people don't expect from them. I believe right now that Barcelona fans feels that Real Madrid will pay for the lost of Barcelona against PSG, but i believe people will see different thing on Sunday even no one believes that PSG will still win Barcelona again this season due to Barcelona are informed so let's see how the match will be then we'll talk about it again.

Currently, Barcelona is better than Real Madrid but since they haven't clashed yet, we cannot just conclude that Barcelona can win Real Madrid because this is football and anything can happen. Yan Diomande is in an impressive form, the goals he has scored some has soon a class that deserves commendation but regardless relying on him shouldn't be the plan here, let him enjoy his games as he build his confidence and if not like Vinicius Junior is suspended he still the best option because this is not his first El classico game, the pressure more likely won't be there and he can still be a threat.

Honestly Dio needs to upgrade himself because the games Mourinho will play him will be bigger than he expected, that fear of approaching every game need to be washed off if not nobody would take him serious. The goal he scored in the champions league is the type that need to motivate him in playing against Barcelona, at least he should enjoy every game like you said since Vinicius Jr is unavailable. If Dio couldn't meet up to sunday's game expectations I think Endrick should be the man of the game, they should try getting Endrick to see more of the ball because that kid is so hungry to play for Madrid but my annoyance is him sitting on the bench doing nothing, playing both players would be better in that game against Barcelona, at least we could see one joker not two on the pitch, let it be Mbappe playing the attack not him and Vinicius Jr, these two players are irritating at times.

You’ve made a good case, the combined attack of mbappe, diomande and arda guler seems to be clicking and I’m also hoping they can conjure up something for the beauty of the game, el Classico has always been something to look Forward to but lately since 2023 it has become one sided with Madrid taking more losses. In as much as I want to watch a good match of football and hoping that Madrid makes it interesting, one has to be realistic about things, the current Barca is no easy team to play against, I don’t see a scenario where Madrid wins this game, I only hope they make it interesting and worthwhile to watch.

Expecting Yan Diomande to probably make the difference in Sunday's first El Clasico of the season I don't think putting too much pressure on the young lad or heavily relying on him.

Recently he's shown that impressive signs of a young star who's got all the needed confidence and ability to hugely contribute to Real Madrid's win.

Majority of football fans are backing Barcelona to win the game but the result at final whistle on  Sunday will tell.

As much as you play for Real Madrid,  high standards are expected from any player. And Yann Diomande is not exempted, he has shown himself worthy that he can step up and play in big games like this against Barcelona.

He is gradually no longer that chances creating Yann Diomande, he is now creating and scoring goals becoming a huge threat and driving force for Real Madrid. Look at the spectacular goals he's scored within the last two games. In the absence of Vinicius, he has shown himself worthwhile.  Barcelona are exceptionally good lately, I have also predicted them to embarrass Real Madrid. I feel like the lose to PSG should be enough motivation for them.

Predicting this match is difficult, in fact I am inclined to bet on Barcelona, but I wait as always to place the bet either shortly before the match or on the same day, they could change the odds (I hope in my favor if I bet on Barcelona).

I don't see what is difficult about predicting this match. Everything points to Barcelona as the winners of that game. Nothing about Real Madrid has shown that they can win against Barcelona. The way they have performed against big teams away from home has always shown that they won't be able to withstand Barcelona. One thing that is deceiving people is that Barcelona lost to PSG, but they don't talk about the fact that Barcelona withstood PSG for about 80 minutes before they lost the game. That game is not going to be a difficult game for Barcelona. Madrid doesn't have it in them right now. The quality of football Barcelona plays is way higher than Madrid's. And we also know that Barcelona are very good at home.

I haven't looked at the odds yet, but if the odds for Barcelona to win are big, then I will pick Barcelona to win. If the odds are not big, then I will take both teams to score.

Crazy record. Some teams should just remain in the second division if they know they're just going to be giving other clubs free points and goals because I can't understand how a team who led for better part of the game will succumb to such pressure and give up a very important three points. 10 games without a win is just too poor. Their fellow promoted teams Deportivo La Coruna and Racing Santander are doing much better. Malaga at this point are in the relegation zone and I still won't be surprised if they end up that way when the season comes to a close cause the league is already competitive and I don't see any other team that will want to allow themselves get into the same fate as Malaga.

In the last few seasons Barcelona is more solid and it is evident when looking at the achievements and trophies in the last 2 seasons for the 2 clubs, besides seeing from the H2H record in the last 5 matches it actually looks that Barcelona is far superior with 4 wins and 1 defeat.



But in spite of it all as a fan of Madrid I am still quite optimistic about the condition of Madrid in recent weeks, 3 wins in the last 3 matches and always scoring 4 goals per match make Madrid more confident to face El Clasico this time.

Barcelona are playing one of the most effective and fast game in La Liga this season, they're unbeaten in La Liga and currently sitting first on the league table. If Real Madrid are able to get a point from Barcelona when they travel to Camp Nou, it means José Mourinho and his men are ready to compete with Barcelona this season. Winning games is not based on miracles, it's been on analytical data. Hansi Flick will deploy his stats and we all know how presented and competent Hansi Flick looks in his managerial position.

I agree with you on this that most people will likely go with Barcelona to win since they have shown that they are better than real madrid this season, but why I think that real madrid can really hurt them is their poor defending, because I believe that Jose Mourinho will likely set out his team to play on the counter attack, and if they plays in such a way against Barcelona, then I think that they stands a very good chance of winning this Barcelona team that are letting too much of goals to come in.

Malaga would have secured their first win against Alaves, until a late minute goal at 89' minute that ended the match at 1-1 draw. Though Alaves had more goals threatening opportunities, Malaga was able to secure the first goal, though that ended differently.

Malaga should not be at the bottom table, considering their past performance in the La Liga, anyone would have expected more from them. Their next game is against Alcázar in the Copa Del Rey, we should see them secure their first win possibly.

If Real Madrid manages to win, that would be the real surprise. Given Barcelona’s obvious strength, I personally have no hesitation in betting on their victory in El Clásico. I admit that Real Madrid isn’t a second-rate team—given all their resources—but beating Barcelona isn’t something they can be certain of.
Barcelona’s loss in the Champions League isn’t a situation that would allow Real Madrid to adopt the same approach, even though Mourinho has his own strategy.
