Thank goodness bookmakers take the crowd's mood into account - and even after Barcelona’s defeat to City, the crowd was still fantasizing about a win over Real Madrid. In the end, what I predicted has come to pass: the "easy" matches for Barcelona went relatively smoothly, but they suffered two defeats in the big games. The season is only just beginning, anyone who thought Barcelona had already wrapped up La Liga was being naive.

Even as a Barcelona fan I must admit that Real Madrid really deserved the win, they played as a team from the start till the end of the match and were individually marking out every of our players.

Mourinho on the other hand knew what changes to do at the right time, not like Hansi Flick that was keeping Anthony Gordon on the pitch as if he was blind and didn't see wat he was playing.

The attacking would have been more stronger and dangerous if he had brought Adeyemi to the game on time, instead of waiting for less that ten minutes before bringing him on after we were been pressured.

Well, what has happened has happened and nothing can be changed, but Hansi should try and effect the rotation of Adeyemi ahead of Gordon in big matches.

I knew this was going to be tough on Barcelona, even Hansi Flick foresaw this and was preparing for the el Classico but unfortunately Real Madrid came with their own game plan, they look stronger now and Jose Mourinho will be glad of the result. I never expected this kind of poor quality from Barcelona. I know injury suffer make it more worse but at least Barcelona should need to show them a quality. In every aspect Real Madrid was better than Barcelona at first half like they were top possession as well as having more chances than Barcelona. Super press from Real Madrid just puting Barcelona into backyard like they were unable to drive the offensive gear due to press.....

After the half time Real Madrid got little bit sluggish and that's give a chance for Barcelona to make it equalizer but unfortunately soon we same again an extraordinary goal from Real Madrid. Hansi Flick have a bad toes due to injuries and I don't know why it's happening again and again like from last 3 matches Barcelona lose 5 players due to injury.

Mbappé was offside on that run, so even if that goal had scored it will be ruled out and that will be more painful for the Real Madrid fans that just want to get a win from this match after dropping points to some middle table teams.
However, Madrid still showed some class in the second half and was able to get the late winner which I know is exactly what you wished for. Barcelona lost to PSG, not Manchester City.

The bookmakers actually saw this Real Madrid win coming. I'm glad I didn't miss out on it. If not, I'll be so disappointed. Maybe PSG exposed Barcelona's tactics. Now it is up to the other La Liga teams to use the same tactics to take on Barcelona.

I also think that Barcelona's chances of winning this game are still very high, but they have to be patient and take advantage of the opponent's defensive mistakes. Of course at the moment Real Madrid are playing under pressure and they tend to defend and wait for the counter-attack, but I am very sure that in the end Barcelona will probably score both goals. Barcelona 1 Vs Real Madrid 2 FT
Today is another prove we need that anything and everything is possible in football. Barcelona were the clear favourites to win tonight without doubt even bet companies all gave Barcelona 1+ odds it wasn't even up to 2 odds but Real Madrid had 4+ odds to win which is a clear indication that Barcelona were the clear favourites. Frankly, Real Madrid shocked me with their style and pattern of play tonight, it wasn't that regular Real Madrid who relied on counter attacks, it's like Mourinho picked a different approach to this match I must say, I was watching and wondering if this was Mourinho Real Madrid against Barcelona. A well deserved win for Real Madrid and as a fan of the club, I'm really proud of their performance.

Thank God Real Madrid won the game else, people would have been saying all kinds of shit, blaming player but now that they won people won't say anything although they played a nice game and I would not say I am surprise to see them win Barcelona because they are rivals so anything can happen in their game. The other reason that made me feel that Real Madrid was going to win was because Barcelona is about 6-7 points ahead of them so the loss won't matter or make them step down but any loss and Atletico Madrid wins, they will drop to second.

Yes, you have to realize that the opponent this time is not Real Betis who can be destroyed 5-2 like in the previous match. This time the opponent is Real Madrid, a team that also has a champion mentality.

Attacking with high intensity against a team like Real Madrid is like suicide, because we know Real Madrid also have attackers with high speed.

How did the bookmakers see it? I noticed the odds for a Real Madrid win were hovering in the 3.9-4.4 range - surely you’d agree that’s complete nonsense? I’m ready to bet on Real against any club at these odds - it’s literally free money. But I don't think there will be such odds against either Bayern or PSG. For some reason it is Barcelona that overvalued as if they are starting the game with a handicap.

PSG made it easy for Jose Mourinho to study the weakness of Barcelona and in the game today his players used the same tactics to score two goals to defeat Barcelona away from home just the way Barcelona fans was expecting Barcelona to defeat Real Madrid because they believed that Real Madrid defense is not coordinated.Hansi flick has been doing a good job in the Barcelona side and his attacks had been wonderful but in the game today you just have to accept for once that Real Madrid was better. Barcelona with all the good attacks saw PSG and they became loosed, Real Madrid has made it even worse because they were hoping for a draw when they equalized but Mbappe said no to them, big win for Real Madrid.

Real Madrid always performs better whenever they are ruled out as underdogs. It is going to be a great match for the fans. It is a fact that Real Madrid is struggling with their defense, but their front line is always scoring goals. The interesting part for me is whether Real Madrid could follow the blueprint laid out by PSG in the Champions League.

Like I expected, Real Madrid performed really well under pressure. When many gave them no chance of a win, they went out and won the game. Everybody knows it's an El Clásico, we expect the game to get rough, and most of the tackles don't deserve a yellow, Cucurella held him well, the marking was tight and perfect. Mourinho perfectly understood playing Cucurella over  Carreras, the right defender, as an obstacle to Yamal.

Big win for Real Madrid, this is enough boost to raise their confidence for the remaining games. Still, Barcelona maintains three points ahead of Madrid.

I so much like the result of this match, I strongly believe that Real Madrid won't be that easy for Barcelona to defeat them again this season. Which of Marc Cucurella tackles today against Lamine Yamal was deserving a red card? I think the issue is that you probably have a limited football knowledge or you are a biased Barcelona fan who is too ashamed to admit that Cucurella pocketed Lamine Yamal tonight and kept him silent all night.
