Fair point but they should be wary of Real Madrid's form cause if Madrid gets consistent wins then lifting the title would be tougher for Barcelona. Well i knew a season with Mourinho was going to be different, the special one would try to get them back to what we know them for, hopefully he'll aim to win the Champions League.

However, I've also taken note of how Barcelona underperforms when they're against some big teams but i feel it's because of their defense, they can cope against tougher attackers, which is why Barcelona needs to focus more on that area since midfield and attack is very strong.

I have nothing against fans celebrating their team's successes, but when they celebrate "future" successes while failing to back up their ambitions in reality, it’s laughable. Moreover, this repeats itself from season to season, the Champions League title is almost in hand, but then 7 goals from Inter happen and that’s it. A reality check is always harsh.

I would agree with this view. Two defeats are not enough to write Barcelona completely off, sometimes seasons just start in a bad way. As long as there is time to recover, hasty judgements should not be made. We should reserve that only if there is no time left to recover. Still those matches show that the team has weaknesses that must be addressed now or they risk missing out on major trophies. When a team plays against very strong matchups, then small mistakes can be the whole different make it or break it of the whole match. This is even more true with the defensive side so, having good attack does not help enough if your defense is making important errors.

Yeah there is plenty to be learned from looking at Real Madrid because of the clubs consistency. It seems that several users agree that the defense of Barcelona must improve and that this would give them a much better chance of scoring major trophies and defending titles. In fact, even though Barcelona lost to Real Madrid, they certainly weren't too embarrassed because Real Madrid is a strong team. Furthermore, the score in that match wasn't high, which indicates that Barcelona is a strong team despite the loss.
