This is not a problem for Barcelona fans, just look at how consistent the team is. They have won the prestigious Spanish league trophy for the past two seasons and no other team has been able to compete in this tournament. It is also logical for Barca fans to consider their team the best. Losing one match against PSG in the Champions League does not mean that the team has lost its strength. The team is still very strong and will probably continue to win trophies.

Although Atletico and Real have narrowed the points gap these two teams are not yet ready to strengthen their competitive position against Barcelona. Therefore they will lose any match against any unexpected and weak opponent and drop points.

I think Real Madrid are ready to compete with Barcelona, but the league title isn't decided in head to head matches between Real Madrid and Barcelona, but rather over the course of the entire season, when both teams face other opponents.

At the moment, Atletico are also showing that they are capable of keeping up with Barcelona, at least in the early stages of this season. A gap of just two points after 11 rounds is a pretty good indicator. And if Real Madrid win their match against Rayo today, which I think they will, the 3 point gap between them and Barcelona will remain unchanged. So we can say that the top 3 are still very close to each other.

They have a point, people expected Barcelona to perform well against both PSG and Real Madrid.  But they played terribly, it was as if this is the not the Barcelona we know before at the start of the season.  Those 2 loss really impacted the team but they are the ones to be blamed and even the manager because of how stubborn he is due to his tactics and decisions. As a Barcelona fans I didn't even feel any hype for this game , but hopefully if they regain their winning ways back , maybe people will stop saying trash about them.

Today's game was okay , I really enjoyed pau Cubarsi and Frenkie de Jong CB partnership.  That's was the only thing that drew my attention to the game because i knew Barcelona would surely win.  There wasn't  any chaotic mistake and both defended well until Gérard Martin came in and we Concede. I just want this club to try their possible best to sign a good Center Back and Full back this January.  That's only thing  I am asking from this club, if not I am not sure we can be able to compete against big teams.

Many predicted what Barcelona would do this season, based on their performances such as defeating PSG and Real Madrid. However, none of that turned out to be true. Both teams were able to defeat Barcelona convincingly answering many people's doubts about what they had predicted. In the match between Barcelona and Real Madrid, Barcelona played very poorly and out of character. Their previously solid defense however seemed afraid of Real Madrid when facing a team coached by Jose Mourinho.
Both players are good, so you really enjoy watching them play especially when they play together and their positions suit them both very well. The only thing I need to say is that in that match, Barcelona was just unlucky so they had to admit that Real Madrid was much better in a match that took place at their home ground.

The reason Real Madrid were able to beat Barca is very simple, Morinho knows Barca will be the team controlling the midfield, therefore, he decided to come in with another approach, we all know that when Morinho wants to defend, he does it more better, infact that is where his strength lies. Therefore, he decided to defend more, and okay on counter, he has so many players who can run like Mbape and Bernardo silver to give him that ball, Diomande is also on the other wing causing caos, so he knew where his strength lies and decided to capitalize on it. That was how they were able to control the game for their advantage.

Barca won their game well yesterday, so they are still the favourite to win the league. Madrid have picked form recently, but I don't still think they will be able to meet up points with Barca who are still very solid despite a back to back lose in the champions league and the Lalliga. They bounced back with a convincing Victory yesterday.

So I would really need to understand how you people feel for the narrative that your not a good team or you can't compete against the top clubs.

The problem with Barcelona fans is that, they do not  know how to admit Barcelona aren't the best in Europe. They always want people to see Barca as the best team, psg has proven to them that they remain the best team in europe which Barcelona fans have refuse to admit. If they like, they can allow their victory against alaves to get into their heads, any day that they'll meet PSG again, the outcome will be a win. Barcelona are the strongest in the La Liga, I would say that they're the most in form for the past two seasons, so they may likely be the winner for this season, although atletico Madrid and real madrid are closing the points gaps but I still feel barcelona will win because of their performance.

The title is most likely to go to Barcelona in the end, Atlético Madrid or Real Madrid are likely to be in the top three, but the title is more likely to go to Barcelona in the end, because Barcelona has proven itself as the strongest team in the league and it was very difficult to beat them last season and they won most of the matches brilliantly. Barcelona only drew one match and lost six matches in the whole last season, and this season Barcelona is also a very stable team, because they have won their first nine matches consecutively and scored a lot of goals in each match, they are the strongest team in terms of attack at the moment. In the current point table, they have won ten of the 11 matches and they have scored a total of 46 goals in these 11 matches, from this we can understand very well how great Barcelona can really be. I dont know who is saying these things, barca is in very good form and there isnt an event where they have been completely blown off in recent times, Barcelona has been in top form and i think the last few years they have improved alot from what dead end they faced after messi farewell, so it is not entirely correct to say they were blown off as currently they are at the top of the league and in my opinion they are one of the favourites for the Champions league

Well, Uhde said "last year, the big teams in Europe completely blew Barcelona away" . I don't  think that dude watches Laliga games anyway , not to mention watching Barcelona  games . Time will tell if they will truly get "blown off"  this season , they might in upcoming crucial games if nothings done to fix the defense. All hopes lies on the next transfer window hopefully they don't mess up the Champions league once again since they've learnt their lessons early.

Barcelona is a wonderful team but I dont think that they are ready to lift the Champions league just yet. You would observe in recent times that their head to head against fellow European giants ends in a loss most of the time and that has remained their problem. They are at their best in their domestic league but not the same team in the European level, that's not the best way to win the Champions league.

Time will definitely tell if they are ready to win the Champions league, it might not be this season but soon enough they will hopefully.

Why i love Barcelona is that they don't take chances against smaller teams, and score much goals as possible. People shouldn't expect that losing the El Clasico would make them weak against smaller opponents, infact beating such teams after a terrible lose in the El Clasico is very important to boost their confidence.
 Unfortunately Alaves became the scapegoat cause it seems Barcelona players transferred all their aggressions from the previous match towards them. Well they tried in scoring one goal, it's better than 6 - Nil.

They look scary with top teams and don't know how to play top games. The way they play Alaves, you will think they don't have sympathy for them, they played the team like they have had them in mind but this is just Barcelona playing casual games with a team that is not upto them in the league. I really want to see what they are going to do next how they will play Atletico Madrid in their next game, they have this unsettled fight I want to observe.

Now that they are back to form, I hope they can honour the favour of the 3 point they just. Some people might think they are which if they do, I will say I'm happy for them but if they lose their next match, Real Madrid will get back to that top place which will be difficult push them away. I agree with you. Barcelona won the last match 6-1 only because the opponent was a weak team. Barcelona can score multiple goals against weak teams, but they lost against strong teams. This proves that they have a lot of weaknesses. But I will not ignore the fact that the players get tired. Because when the opponent becomes difficult, physical and mental stress is created. This is why Barcelona players are not able to attack and their scoring opportunities are also relatively few.

And Barcelona also conceded 1 goal against weak teams. If they had not conceded any goals despite scoring 3 goals, then it would have proven that Barcelona's defensive strategy is strong.

Consistency is what wins trophies and I don't think rhat Real Madrid has that just yet. They had a good game against Barcelona which was quite surprising to many people but would that performance be seen in future matches? Their game against Racing Santander should be an easy win for them because they cannot afford to lose any points from now, especially after Barca delivered a 6-1 victory against Alaves yesterday.

Winning their game today would bring them 3 points behind Barca and a point behind Atletico Madrid. These three teams are performing well so far and I would not be completely surprised that Atletico Madrid finishes ahead of Real Madrid at the end of the season.

I can’t remember the season that Atletico Madrid are not always showing the sign of being title contenders at the early stage of a season. But when the time comes they will be 20 points or more behind the winner of the league. Last season they were also doing very well deep into the season they collapsed. Real Madrid are the only team I know that are in the title race with Barcelona. When the time comes Atletico Madrid will move their third place that they are known for in the league. Real Madrid will win their match today and close their gap with Barcelona. After winning the El Classico, they can’t  lost to Rayo. That El Classico win should boost them to win up 10 matches straight.

Barcelona are still the favourite to win the title because they have been consistent with their performance if not for the loss to PSG in the champions league, Barcelona have been winning all games in the league and their first loss is to Real Madrid in the laliga, but even with Real Madrid picking form just now, I still don't think they will compete with Barcelona for now. So Barcelona will still compete well and probably still win the league but predictions are still early for now because Real Madrid are just picking form now and let's see if they will do well in the coming games, and that will have effect only when Barcelona drop in form which I don't think will happen because Barcelona already have the point advantage over them.

Barcelona don't joke when they are playing against any team talk more of when they have they chances to bang more goals, the counted both points and goals, at some point the match wasn't making any sense although I love the goals, cause it is an added advantage, but come to think of it, was anyone thinking to see a different result from this one, Barcelona is never their mate.

Currently, that is why Atletico Madrid is above Real Madrid in the points table because Atletico Madrid has already played one more match than Real Madrid, but I am not worried about Real Madrid being behind because I think that if there is a tough competition in La Liga, it will definitely be between Real Madrid and Barcelona. The match was goal celebration for Barcelona against Alaves. I was not surprised at all by their excellent performance. Every attack was very well organized and the Barcelona forwards were able to easily score goals by exploiting the weaknesses of Alaves defense. After losing in El Clasico and the previous loss to PSG in the Champions League the team needed this win to overcome the big goal gap. I do not consider Alavés a small team because they have won against stronger teams at various times. It was a clear that it was a transfer of aggressions because they need to prove that they still have everything under control and their game against psg everyone knew what was going to happen in that game just that their game with real madrid totally not we expected, and Barcelona did not go easy on Alaves at all and it was all he'll for the Alaves because even before the second half they already scored 4 goals already that was crazy so with all this who do you think will still win the league because no matter the obstacles still seems like Barcelona is still going to win the league. One thing that has been coming to the fore since the beginning of the season is how strong Barcelona is against big teams. Since the beginning of the season, we have seen how strong Barcelona is and how great Barcelona is performing, but everyone's focus was on whether Barcelona can maintain their performance against big teams and whether Barcelona can win against big teams. They have lost against big teams like PSG and Real Madrid. Barcelona has been performing well against small teams since the beginning of the season. If Barcelona is not able to perform well against big teams, then surely we will not be able to see anything good from Barcelona in the UCL this season.
