There is a bounty section here, do your research you can create a bounty using those kinds of format, but before you offer your bounty, be sure you have a good project to offer, investors and bounty hunters can figure out if you are offering a legit project, not only good but with good concept too.

You can also find a good bounty manager to easily get the job done for you instead,your account is still very new so you cant open a very good bounty thread without using nice pictures on the bounty post.
