It's quite unfortunate that bounty hunters have to go through some derogatory process Inorder to carry out some bounty task only for the project to refuse payment of the agreed amount. I feel terrible knowing that the only way to get back at this gross injustice is to flag the accounts of the bounty manager or project developer. I am of the opinion that an Escrow system should be employed for bounty payments.

your problem is that you only care about yourself and your own payment. as long as they pay you, you won't care what kind of scam you were advertising.
the fact is that these ICO tokens that people have been advertising for the past two years have been 90% pure s cams and the 10% remaining were shitcoins. so you really can't complain when a scammer creating a bounty campaign to sell a scam token with no use is refusing to pay you or changes the rules, ... it is what scammers do.

that is why I don't involve my self with bounty campaigns. and most bounty hunters probably knew that most of these bounty campaigns are scams
and they are letting themselves to become a prey to these scams

Bounty hunters should come together as one from now on to avoid developers and bounty managers that are treating hunters very wrongfully for example many bounty projects ends up breaking their very own made rulesafter bounty ends or even before bounty ends and secondly we need to start RED TAGGING projects account or bounty managers account that did awful things to bounty hunters or not paying bounty hunters fully after bounty ends.

What do you guys say? do you accept or not?
This had been a common issue after all these years where these fraud projects/teams do treat bounty hunters as slaves.
Leaving them without pay or for worst they  do become scam.Red tagging wont make the situation better yet they wouldn't care
if their accounts being red tagged since they would just simply create another one and repeat the process.

I agree with you, the prize hunters do have to be compact and cooperate with others.  It's not because the Bounty hunter of the Crypto project can succeed, but at least the Bounty hunter has tried to help promote the Crypto project.  If our work is not valued according to the agreement at the beginning, we do need to report them.

To be honest, all this time I got a good and honest bounty program. they finish the program well and give prizes to bounty hunters who follow after their program is finished. actually we can choose and check it before participating in the bounty program by looking at the trail map of the program they developed.

Bounty managers are not responsible if team members agree to decrease the total bounty pool. Red tagging the bounty managers will not solve the problem, it is obvious to see the clear reasons behind the current bounty battles.
In my opinion, the project team manages everything, and it already gives instructions to the manager of the bounty, and all questions to the team, and then the chain can already be entered into the price of the coin, and who is to blame for it

Yea I agree with you on that though most at times the fault might not really be from Bounty Managers but they still have a part to play as they should be able to reach a conclusive agreement before they take on any project. Yea it's time the voice of hunters be heard

If everyone agreed not to work unless they got paid a certain amount you wouldn't be used and abused.  Why not try to form some type of an online union so you guys are treated fairly and with respect.

Bounty project can amend rules as they see fit during course of bounty, but once the changes made are too extreme or are seen as a way to deprive bounty hunters from getting paid, then I agree that certain measures should be taken which includes red tagging and flag creation.

After all, this is already happening a long time ago. Many bad managers are painted by members of DT.
After all, it is far from immediately possible to reveal the guilt of the manager, because most often the project teams change the rules on the go without putting the manager in the bill.

Of course, to paint the accounts of bounty campaign managers of ICOs and their team members, putting them in disbelief en masse, bounty hunters can and should really use this as a pretty effective leverage if they act dishonestly with us. In addition, we can do anti-advertising for such ICO teams, and this has a sobering effect on them. This practice, I see, is already being successfully applied. In some ICO bounty campaigns, bounty hunters thus seek justice. So I am completely for using such methods.

On the first question: we cannot influence the project team. They set campaign rules, and they can change these rules at any time. We agree to these conditions when we begin to participate in the campaign.
On the second question. Yes, I also met dishonest managers who cheat on bounty hunters. Of course, they deserve red tagging. I totally agree with that.

I totally agree with you on this. It's becoming too rampant and seems its now a normal thing for bounties to treat hunters like salves and beggars. It's hightime hunters came together and form a forum to tackle this.

This has been going on for a long time. Look at many bounty managers who get red trust because of cheating or things that harm the participants. Red trust can only be done by an authorized account, see the following explanation.
~snip
The message you should pass across is the encouragement of more affected hunters to report such cases when they encounter them. DT members are very active in the scam accusation and reputation board any report made there would easily get our attention. Hunters taking matters into their own hands (by leaving negative feedback) won't have any impact as the accounts involve wouldn't be affected.
We can do many things to contribute, many people care about fraud cases and give warnings. This thread is one of them.[url+https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5146438]SCAM ALERT LIST[/url]

The bounty managers have mentioned a general rule they can change the rules anytime. All the bounty participants have to agree to participate in the bounty campaign. You can choose legit bounties with good projects. They really look good. Then you have to do your own research about the project before working on bounties.

They can change the rules but its not good to change the rules if its against the major rule of the campaign, it can make the hunters be mad for sure. All we can do here is to study first before you participate and don’t just join because your friend told you, i usually join bounties with the top manager because they are very professional on handling the campaign.

Instead of going through all the hassle of red flagging bounties its easier to join bounty campaigns from professional bounty managers that have good experience and they will handle the bounty program very well accordingly,we have many good well known bounty managers in crypto space already, take your time to find them

Yes I appreciate your thoughts and I also like to invite bounty Hunter to create a group to remove fake bounty

Yes we really need this kind of group so many fake bounties and scam ICO are coming in the market, although we already have a scam section for projects that are questionable, having a group that each of our members can give feedback and tagged to developers is a good options.

It is not a bad idea at all if it will scale through, but getting people to unanimously agree on something is going to be a difficult thing to achieve here because everyone all have what they are looking for in projects or looking for in the cryptocurrency market, but as for bounty hunters, we have same goal and we have to ensure that our right is protected because it is really enough of all these use and dump done by these projects.

Now, the question is where do we beginning from, since we cannot all coordinate our self physically because of the long distance barrier, but technology has simplified it, maybe we should create a telegram group for that specially dedicated for our bounty hunters if we will not get an insider there to always leak our information out to the public.

You may disagree with the way a bounty manager handle the project you have participated on but as already mentioned by many here there is little or nothing you can do about it, red flagging the the project in question does not stop anything nor does it affect the bounty manager in any way, don't forget the rules which state "the bm or team reserve the right to change the rules whenever they feel like" and if you participate in any campaign knowing the quoted then you have to accept what you are handed.

Right. indeed as a bounty hunter needs to take action at the end of the project and not be paid by the manager or team of the project that he participated in. then the bounty hunter must not remain silent must follow the manager who manages the project to be responsible for the participants who have worked hard.
