Price of BTC is somehow tanking into 9800-10500 levels.We cant still conclude yet nor able to know on whats reason behind.
Bitcoin is always been like that.It can pump and also decrease without our knowing.Just utilize this movements instead for you to make money
but if you are holding for long term then these movements wouldnt really be a big issue for you.

but if you are holding for long term then these movements wouldnt really be a big issue for you.

the problem is I bought at hi price last 2 weeks and suddenly dumpped until today hiks hiks. hopes BTC can go back to that price again hiks.. any suggestion how to deal with the stuck coin ?

Not possible exactly explain the trading sector Depending on the trader's mental state, this may change at any time, there is nothing that can be understood based on everyone's opinion. maybe it is because you are looking at the wrong charts or maybe you are reading them wrong.
the volume has actually increased over the past week. and not just a small 10% rise or something like that, but instead a huge rise of 250%
the price is also mostly stable between $10k and $13k going up and down. the only thing out of ordinary was the drop below $10k which lasted less than a day.

those investors who have both bitcoin and stocks and gold as their portfolio (for real diversification) don't switch. they have ALL at the same time.
and if anything they buy more bitcoin whenever there is a drop hence the 250% increase in volume as the price dipped a little.

^ No one can explain it, bro. There is no accurate technical analysis behind this sudden pump and dump of bitcoin. But believe me, there is maybe a new ATH will come and the halving will happen. Investors on different tradings are not the same, gold, stocks are different from cryptocurrency or commonly use bitcoin. Investors adopt bitcoin to invest must know how bitcoin will work and how could you earn a profit on this. This is not a short term holding if you are crypto enthusiasts you should know this. Shifting other investment while the price currently dropped is not a good idea because it seems you are cutting your loss which is already a loss.

Honestly there is nothing to fear here as the decrease in trade volume does not directly mean that Bitcoin prices will plummet. The biggest factor is that Bitcoin can tank through this bearish period because of its stability over the years and a certainty among holders that the currency will never give way. Even though speculation may arise about traders switching to physical assets but we need to remember that BTC never existed 15 years ago and back then every investment would literally be a physical asset.

Value decreasing is not a big deal because the price of bitcoin is a volatile thing and it does move up an down all the time, I am telling you this because bitcoin going under 10 means nothing as well as going above 12 means nothing neither, we can go under 10 today and be over 12 tomorrow and go under 11 next day and it would be all regular movements of bitcoin.

However, volume decreasing is a bit bad because that means buyers are no longer in play, sellers are always there because there is always sellers selling on order books but as long as we do not have buyers taking them out of the market we will not have an increase, at low volume its always risky because we don't know when will a whale either buy a ton and make it go up or sell a ton and make it go down, it allows too much for speculation.

They are likely cashed out their money when bitcoin hit 13k and 11.8k,  they are still holding their $ money until bitcoin dropped more and they will re enter market and the volume will increase again.

If you're talking about the last ten days, the volume dropped because less people wanted to buy expensive Bitcoin. Many were waiting to buy sub $10,000. Hence, BTC volume went up when the price crashed to sub $10k for less than a day.

Nothing weird here, periods of high volatility means more volume and periods of low volatility means low volume, it's quite simple to understand. Bitcoin has been relatively ''stable'' the past few days and weeks really, at least compared to going from $7k to $14k in 16 days.

it depends on how much the "decrease" was. in this case i don't see any decrease in recent days that warrants OP's topic.
but in any case, decrease in volume occurs commonly in market whenever price stops being so volatile and stabilizes. it indicates day traders are no longer making profit but day traders aren't the entire market! there are other types of investors in the market.
which is why it is only bad if the decrease is a lot not only a small percentage.

I do agree with Mahanton statement.
BTC price had been moving all of its life.
It is really hard to predict where it will go since there is no bottom yet.
Last time it was 3k USD and it is like everybody knows it is the bottom, no doubt about it and then a sudden rise came in afterwards.

Now 9k is a lot of money and I do not think it is the bottom yet. It is like we are in the middle now, so it will be a large risk to buy.

The volume of Bitcoin traded decreases for many reason but the most important thing that people wear selling their Bitcoins to buy other things are investing on other coins. But you cannot just leave your investment there because people will come in to Bitcoin when they feel that they are going to profitable if they buy now and it can happen at any minute in the cryptocurrency market not like traditional investment which take months or years to happen.

If you zoom out to the daily or weekly chart, you can see this is a sideways correction similar to a triangle or wedge. It's typical in these patterns to see declining volume throughout, until the market finally breaks out into a trend again.

We're deep into the correction (nearly 2 months in) so it's pretty normal to see low volumes at this stage. I wouldn't be surprised at one more month of sideways lulls.

It is really difficult to determine why the market value of bitcoin moving that way, though its always mentioned that behind the reason why it is happening due to the volatility was moving fast, so the I think the whale investors have the capability to manipulate the price in the market as well. But still in the end the market was unpredictable.

I don't pay much attention on the decrease of volume, what matters is the price of the BTC.
Current trading volume now is over $13 Billion, and if you ask me, I believe that's a decent volume already, and volume in crypto even in overall is pretty unpredictable, sometimes it would suddenly increase or suddenly drop significantly, so it's not a serious matter.

BTC volume could increase 100% in just a day if there's some hype and it could go down the same rate as well anytime if the opposite happens.

I suggest you take a lesson on trading, read some books about it or learn investment guide from Buffet. In short, if you already believe that the asset you have right now will become valuable in the future, then daily/weekly movement shouldn't concern you that much.

You might feel anxious because you don't know whether this movement is normal and you start thinking maybe Bitcoin is not worth it anymore. I know how terrible it is to buy at the top, but following your emotions won't help you. For your 2nd question, there is no way to know exactly what others think. They might sell their BTC to buy gold, maybe they don't. You should not focus on that, instead, you should focus on how to get profits from your situation right now, either cut loss or decide to hold for years.
