The next step is for the user to start proactively building their new network. Dreamr’s core feature, Dream Connect, gamifies the process of building a supportive network with a fun, immersive, and rejection-free experience. Using powerful filter tools, users can easily view dreams of people with like interests or in a specific geographic area. By requiring a swipe left to view the next dream and a connect button only, we have removed rejection from the experience.

Dreamr intends to conduct a private sale of common stock + DRMR DS to accredited investors under Regulation D of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. Simultaneously, Dreamr will conduct the first ever Security Token Initial Exchange Offering under Regulation S (excluding U.S. residents).

The dreamr platform will be powered by the Ethereum blockchain21 and IPFS22, under which dreamr token and financial services will operate as directed by open source blockchain technology and smart contracts.

Dreamr is a consumer facing platform that combines online networking and financial tools to empower people to pursue their dreams and aspirations. Users declare their dream in a purpose driven networking experience and can monetize with crowdfunding capabilities and an integrated service marketplace. Financial aspects of the platform will utilize the Ethereum blockchain. Through its mobile applications for iOS and Android, dreamr will provide the ability for users to:

The dreamr team has the collective experience of over 100 product launches and rollouts on both the development and marketing side. We have been working on dreamr independently for over 3 years with the goal of providing a platform that will truly positively impact the lives of our users.

Challenge

• Millennials 1 and Gen Z 2, who's total combined population is over 158 million in the United States alone, are independent thinkers, have a desire to live life on their terms, and expect to participate in global communities without borders. There is not a unified networking and financial solution that fulfills these fundamental desires.
• Crowdfunding is difficult (roughly 2/3 of projects on Kickstarter don’t reach their funding goals) and it promotes investment in projects rather than investment in people.
• Social media is scientifically engineered to consume people's time and attention3, turning it into profit with little regard for providing tangible value to the end user in exchange for their time spent.
• Decentralized applications (dApps) are having difficulty retaining users due to complicated user experiences and slow adoption rates.4

Our Solution

• Dreamr recognizes the opportunity to leverage current and emerging technologies to create a digital ecosystem of online networking and financial tools that empower users to achieve their dreams.

• Dreamr is developing mobile applications for iOS, Android, and web with blockchain integration to provide a free platform for users to build a supportive network of new connections around their dream, raise money via crowdfunding, and monetize their skills or hire assistance with an integrated peer to peer service marketplace.

• The dreamr application will have an integrated digital wallet and a native smart security that represents equity in the company, which will be rewarded to our most active users. This paper outlines dreamr’s plan to develop its technology solutions for global distribution.

Points generated by users performing actions towards achieving their own dream, or supporting another user's dream, on the platform are called GDP (Giving Dreams Power). GDP are equivalent to a reputation score in their ability to indicate how active and helpful a user is within the dreamr community.
