Since we all had fiat before BITCOIN I would imagine most 'gamblers' used fiat
But since this is BITCOIN 'gambling' the feedback might be skewed.
I was into fiat long before BITCOIN ever was around

In my area when to open gambling site must use VPN, so bit risky use fiat money as well as credit cards like opening personal data to the public.
I prefer to use cryptos especially BTC or Altcoin it's much safer and doesn't need to open our private data to the public.

It is better to use crypto than fiat to play gambling if our country doesn't allow gambling. I think you and your friends using fiat money to gamble in offline, and you use crypto to play online gambling because that will be safe to you than to using credit cards. I think many of us here already use fiat money to gamble, and until cryptocurrency released, we move from using fiat money into cryptocurrency because it will easy to use, we can hide our identity.

I started gambling in fiat, even before the creation of Cryptocurrency, I gamble in horse racing and lotto although moderately when I got in the Cryptocurrency and stumble online Cryptocurrency gambling sites just last year, I see the convenience of betting using Cryptocurrency, you don't need a bank account, you can gamble anonymously, because they don't ask for KYC.

Gambling in Cryptos offers a lot of conveniences like you can bet in your bedroom, you are anonymous and you can deposit using earnings coming from trading and bounty campaign, no wonder gamblers are now turning to popular crypto gambling sites.

I did started with fiat most probably because I did gambling in my teenage at that time I am not aware of cryptos and also recently played cricket bets called fantasy league with fiat but its just something bad to be experience with.So I would like to gamble with cryptos as much as possible but not going to invest money from my pocket for gambling everyday.

The traditional gambler I mean for those who still using money fiat to play gambling they will move with an easy way to bitcoin as a tool to play gambling IMHO. Because bitcoin can be use as an investment place as well if they know the volatile price movement whilst the money fiat just have a stable price. Maybe you have known most gambler on this forum are a gambler before who use money fiat as a tool but when the gambling site who use bitcoin appears they move it and comfortable to use bitcoin. This is just the matter of time, if they know bitcoin and some sites who offer to play gambling who use bitcoin they will move it as soon as possible.

Gambling is well integrated in the society I live. We grew up gambling in local fairs which were organized on every popular events and holidays. Though casinos are still a elite thing here, Online gambling has enabled me much more personal space to plan my time and amount as well as strategy.

I believe in Asia mostly gambling is integrated in each town and cities,I’m not saying that all people are gamblers but it’s was part of the tradition that’s why at young ages they are learning different gambling games either local or even international

It made online gambling very accessible as those who understand crypto can easily play and choose the betting site they've love using crypto currency which are available inside the site, fiat gamblers also see this venue as a good alternatives when they wanted to play anonymously they don't need to provide important information before they can place their bets and enjoy playing, got  my first try using faucets earnings trying to enjoy while working

I only gamble with BTC nowadays, here in my country we don't have a clearly regulated market about gambling websites, so it's hard to use fiat money
With cryptos is totally easy, you just have to create a simple account, send BTC to the account and you are ready to go, but with fiat, we have to do a long account, with KYC, wait for a few days to be good to gamble

I agree with you. Another good aspect of gambling with crypto is that you can really bet with very small amounts, like $0.0001 or even much lower. No one would allow that in the land based casinos. Some people use that opportunity for making martingale last longer, but I personally prefer making around 100-200 bets with 990x multiplier or higher. You can win up to $1 while risking just one-hundredth of a cent. I think it's fun.

That's why, although I started gambling with fiat money, I quickly switched to crypto when the opportunity arose.

Although cryptocurrency is less than 10 years, it becomes popular now, and we see that many people are trying to use cryptocurrency, and they use it for playing gambling too. In the future, there will be many more people will come to the cryptocurrency because they see the other benefits from cryptocurrency. They don't have to think about the verification process because, in the crypto gambling website, they will found so many gambling websites which don't require verification to join with them.

No arguments about that mate because we can clearly see the improvement and popularity of cryptocurrency gambling all over the forum(and outside the forum as well because many sites now are introducing crypto gambling and even inoculate media’s)

We have almost the same pattern. I did start with fiat and it was physical too. Gambling with crypto is a new technology and I'm sure most people wound have started with fiat.

but I also sometimes try to do gambling games using crypto and in my opinion it's a new thing because playing with people I don't know and finally I do it often.

I'm surprised to see someone who does not need Bitcoin and only using it to gamble online, just when everybody here is treating Bitcoin as an internet gold and gambling to acquire Bitcoin because of it's potential in the future, more so now that we are in the bull run.

You have been using fiat before bitcoin and yet didn’t give a single review on which is more preferable but here you are trying to watch feedback believing that most will be biased with sentiments, how unfair.

I just believe everyone is being honest with the comments, regardless that it is a bitcoin forum, the truth is, crypto made life easier for every user, whether in the gambling or trading world. It cannot be compared to the time of fiat when it was cumbersome. I am convinced that most old gamblers started with fiat, for me, in those days I started gambling, there was no such thing as Bitcoin and I am eternally grateful to BTC, it saved me from the horrors of gambling with fiat currency.

I don't think anyone started out gambling with crypto. All of us in a way fitst placed bets with real  money one way or another. But if given a choice now, i'd still probably opt to waste my fiat. I was playing dice with crypto back when I was just starting to know about bitcoin. And looking back, i could've just held on to those and enjoyed the rising value. I've probably spent around .3 or .4 btc with dice back then.

Apparently, almost everyone started gambling with fiat money in small casinos in real life then the gambling industry got more developed, more people engaged in online betting sites, crypto is just a new product, helping players have more safety and comfort. But maybe a lot of people are having some regret after gambling with crypto, especially bitcoin, I also have a similar regrets when using Bitcoin for gambling, and when looking at the current price, I can only say oh my God, dare not continue to use crypto for gambling, too easy to cause regret

This is completely natural, bitcoin has only existed for 10 years and there are only a few million users around the world so most people started gambling with fiat instead of bitcoin, but give it a generation and I am sure that during that time bitcoin will grow more powerful and will become globally adopted and when that happens not only the gambling industry will benefit with new players that will prefer to use bitcoin to gamble online than to use fiat, but we will benefit as well as there is not going to be any way for governments to stop us from gambling if that is what we want.
