*SCAM ALERT* Rentberry is going to SCAM

Hi everyone! ICO RENTBERRY they raised more than 20.000.000$ and now in last Q&A  Alex  Lubinski  told  that  ICO was just experiment and they have money only for 3 month and may be they will bankrupt the company... So now they are looking for new investors and minimum level is 35000$

How  in  1.5  years  they can spent 20.000.000$ Alex said that they dont have crypto now, that means that they sold all the ETH they have...
I am shure Alex Lubinski is scamer he  want to steal our money. According to Explorer there are more that 7000  holders  of  Berry,
Lubinski think that we are all devided so we need  to  make  a  group  and snow that we are not silent lambs we are wolfs.

There no information about the office, no adress, no telephone... I sent them e-mal with questions, but they wrote me that they are private company and they will not answer my questions!!!

How  can  we  fight  against  this scam plans? Is here anyone from Kiev

20 million dollars to create a platform that acts as a middle party between the owner of the property and users and that doesn't make sense. I believe that guy already moved all of the funds to the somewhere.

The best thing to search someone who is living at Ukraine to check the office of rentberry and if that was a scam and rentberry will use the fake address to be mentioned on its site.

This is very useful and good information to be used as a reference that wherever we are that people who cheat and are not good, do exist.
but if indeed the intention is to commit fraud they can be sure they will protect themselves so that no one can detect them. besides indeed due to negligence of work so that it must suffer a loss with the correct address.

This is just sad that more and more projects are getting scammed, even after several years of working and developing, they are going scam. I cannot even understand how to find a great company, when even proven projects are going scam.

They deleted telegram group, they deleted all videos Q&A with Alex Lubinski, I had contact in telegramm with one from the staff now it is deleted and they say that ICO was just experiment, they raiesed 20.000.000$ our money and Alex said I am not shure if we will exist in December... He just forgot about token sale and now he said that tokens are nothing, they give no right to be part of the company and he is looking for new hamsters with at least 35000$ to sell the shares of company, because this is investiing no tokens!

To me I am not surprise we are seeing this kind of admission, most of these projects would fail and the earlier the better because they are holding the space back, people need to be sincere with themselves we have been scammed, what we just need is to better research and invest what we can just afford to lose

I wish you could provide more evidence to back your claim especially the "ICO was just an experiment". When was the last Q&A? The last update on their telegram channel was almost a month ago.

The  problem  is  that  they  are  very  tricky, for example they make
announce  of  Q&A few days before Q&A, after this Q&A happened they remove all
the  information in telegram channel and also youtube link on it... No
info  at all. I have asked them to send me the links to Q&A and get no
answer! Try to find any link of Q&A of Alex Levinsky and there was 4 or 5 Q&A
during 1.5 year....

The  telegram  channel  is just for announcements, but before there was
also   Rentberry   telegramm  chat  for investors, every normal Crypto
project  has  community  chat  or channel in telegtam  and ever 2 or 3
different channels, where community can talk about
the   project.  Rentberry  deleted  the  channel  after  the  ICO  was
finished!!!

Those actions are very shady already. If they are not hiding anything, they should not delete the Q&A portions as it would be a good reference for those who didn't have the time to participate in that particular period of time. I thought this project is a legit one. But seems that a lot of the warning signals are saying that this one is heading to be another scam project.

And please move this to Scam Accusations board as suggested. So other users can also learn about this potential scam project.

Is still remember this project had good hype back in the ico time and it was having all those comparisons with airbnb and other platforms and people were very excited about this so definitely it is sad to see this behavior from the person behind this project and apparently he is trying to play smart and this is what happens when greed takes over you.

I never heard about this Rentberry but checking on the volume and status on the market, it is on a sorry state only $7 daily volume this is an exit scam I'm sorry about all those who invested in this project, another lost to investors and the community, this is the reason why investors lose their interest investing in new coins

The project is obvious scam and seeing them raising a lot of money again? I don't know why investors are still on this project. Amazing that there are investors blindly investing and its very sad to hear that they are going to be scam and those precious money they have investment will be on the hands of the scammers and probably laughing when they cash it out.

No such of this can happen again in this space and go scot free . Why would people invest in a project without a trace ? The project dosent even need much money to make it happen that's a red flag to take not for investors . Sorry about that. Next time take time to make a good choice .
