Think that you are just lucky when your poor decision makes you profitable, but skills would help you for long term as luck does not make you consistent and in trading, you should be realistic when it comes to trading and don't convince yourself that being lucky will make you successful because it's not.

To trust the process is a really important thing but i can say you are such a lucky person dude. Some even did so many efforts in a low risk or high risk project but they still got nothing from there.
Skill plays a lot in the result of our decision but it's nothing when we are getting so many luck.

As for the instability of the crypto world, I agree with you and support you in almost every proposal.
I also try to sell tokens when receiving from the bounty, if the price for them is good, since holding them does not make sense, since many projects die.
It is best to translate everything into stable coins that showed good momentum over several years.
There is more danger in trading, since the rate changes very quickly, it is not always possible to get the desired profit if you certainly do not use bots for exchanges.

Skills are also important in seeing bounty projects, but don't be too careful either. Especially if you are active in social media campaigns can participate in several projects. This isn't about trusting the process, it's just the luck factor playing its part and beside when you take high risk and it becomes a right choice, it results to high return. The cryptocurrency market is just unpredictable as hype still plays a major role in the success of a project (short term profit though), as such hype doesn't sustain the project for future gains that's why 99% of altcoins meaning 99% of bounties don't make it past 1-3 years in the industry. They either lose value or become exit scam projects.

It's recommended to carry-out research before trading any cryptocurrency or joining any bounty. Sure the research might not guarantee success but it'll help prevent much loss then when you just join any bounty or buy any coin to trade with just hopes of it being a success story. Hype only last for a short period of time be aware of that when you join any project be it via bounty or trading.

Good that you realized this my friend,,, skill has very little to do with the profits generated from bounties and from trading. I would even say that with bounties it is generally trial and error and a bit of luck. For example, when I first joined, I had no idea what was a good bounty or even who a good manager was but I was very lucky to participate with a really, really good manager. And I learned a lot from the campaign, and over the years also I learned from how the good posters wrote.

Saveroid, Storique, Ubex and some others have nothing to show for the fund they collected whereas Veil project that had no ICO, IEO and private sales are doing better than the other 3 useless projects that collected funds from the public.

You are just a lucky person. You got very lucky when you made bad decisions, and they brought you profit. Success is achieved only by those people who understand their business and constantly improve their skills.

Good if you know that everything in this world needs a process to see if that will grow or not. Yes, in the cryptocurrency, we need to wait for the process, and the process will not be instant as we want. Sometimes, we need to wait for a long time, but at the other time, we only need to wait for a short time, so nobody will know when it's changed. I agree that we need to trust the process, and don't overthink about the project and if we can be patient to wait for the process, we will see if we will get the rewards or not. If we don't get the rewards, we can search the other project to participate, and I am sure that we find one or two projects which could give us the rewards.

the IEO to be more successful and they are making ICO obsolete, that's the changes and I don't think we can ever see a successful ICO, unless we go downgrade.

I don't know how but I don't think that is not necessary anymore, exchanges are a big factor to increase the number of IEO, then that would increase the opportunity for bounty hunters.

The key to this is to not trust the promise of any project
Instead trust your focus on the project; do u see it as a short term or long term project ?

You have a very good point. It is buttressing the point that what you don't really put your interest in most times keep coming after you. It is no ruse at all, some bounties with very good team, well publicized in media and managed by high reputed managers have failed while some with low profiled organization, have succeeded most times.

Buying the altcoin because of the expected news called a news trading which is considered a risky trading strategy by the pro traders. Sometimes we lose sometimes we win but what matters is the final digits on your trading account at the end of the month.

Trading altcoins and bitcoin is not always about skill.
Sometimes, my poor decisions fetch me profits; while well researched projects messes up;

Good if you know that everything in this world needs a process to see if that will grow or not. Yes, in the cryptocurrency, we need to wait for the process, and the process will not be instant as we want. Sometimes, we need to wait for a long time, but at the other time, we only need to wait for a short time, so nobody will know when it's changed. I agree that we need to trust the process, and don't overthink about the project and if we can be patient to wait for the process, we will see if we will get the rewards or not. If we don't get the rewards, we can search the other project to participate, and I am sure that we find one or two projects which could give us the rewards.

patience trained here, each project has a different process even though they have planned a roadmap, our job is to analyze and wait for profit. every process that we go through is not sure when our goals are achieved, but if a project has potential, don't hesitate to wait. many are bored with waiting jobs, but here waiting can get expensive payment ..

Because waiting needs time before we can see the results and sometimes, it's not worth our time to wait for that because we choose the wrong project. But related to the market now, we need to have big patience to wait for the project can reach their goals because the project needs to change their strategy to survive. If the project has the potential to grow in the future, they will pass every problem in their project, and they will grow, and even they will have their success in the future.
