No Im not experience any beauty contest gambling because just like Miss Universe in the first place we give only our bet who win but no money involve and I do not know if someone do that they gambling with the use of beauty contest. But if they have I do not know what is the criteria for them to win. Never in my mind that beauty contest can also possible to be in gambling.

If you know how to gamble in sports, for sure you will find that sportsbook also offers odds in the beauty contest, particularly the most prestigious one like the Ms. Universe. Even the Game of Thrones, there's betting on it, so it's not rate anymore as beauty contest has a lot of viewers also, sportsbook will not be tired of offering any beauty contest they think will attract bettors because they will never loss, they just live by the commission they earn.

However, I don't know if I can personally bet on such a contest. I am sure that I am going to lose all my money. Every woman would look like a winner to my eyes so I couldn't decide which to choose.

I feel you on this one. Every constestant is beautiful in their own way and all deserves to win the spot, so I also find it hard to decide. But, when faced in such situation, my resort is to bet on the candidate representing my country so I wouldn't have the hard time to bet on other candidates.

However, if I would bet on someone apart from the one from my country, I probably would consider someone who looks unique. I mean, someone who is beautiful but fiesty at the same time. It's kinda hard to explain because it's something that I feel the moment I see the candidates. That would be my basis on looks.

Personality, on the other hand, also plays a major factor but it will require lots of efforts to know one's personality. Staying tuned on what they did and what they do would be my way to check the genuine personality. Then, there comes the wit. And I think I can see that by how the ladies speak in front of the camera which may also showcase how confident they are with themselves.

Although I always fail in predicting the winners of such contests, I would like to try my luck this year with betting real money on the one I think is the best. Your fail may be because you are not from the beauty industry. There are many aspects that need to be assessed in a beauty contest, maybe only people in the beauty industry understand. Or if you are a make-up student, you will definitely know what aspects of the jury affect their assessment.

I myself will not try contests like this because I do not like and do not understand what aspects are judged by the jury. I'll bet on sports or dice, because that's all I understand. So in my opinion, don't bet on what you don't understand.

Like I said, I would still bet on a beauty contest. Yes, I know little about this industry, but many things depend on luck anyway. Like in sports betting, for instance, I don't follow cricket games and I'm far from being expert in the field, but I won several bets with high odds on cricket events already.

The betting industry is growing and people now bring many opportunities for people to gamble and make money. I have never gamble on "beauty contests" but I have decided to follow the available beauty contests information and in my country beauty contests will take place very soon and I will try to sell this idea with them and see if we can bet on the contest.

These are completely off for the common people I guess but I had seen many unregulated way of betting on the contenst like these from my locales not on any website and in cryptos but these results were highly manipulated by the ego of biggest companies since we never know how the contests are picked as winner since there is no measure for the beauties externally.

I do, in fact I won my bet on the recent Miss Universe because I put my bet on Catoriona Gray to win.
IIRC, the odds that I get was around over 6.00, and I don't put a big amount actually as there's a lot of contestant and that gives me a little chance of winning, but thanks God I was lucky to win.

I would've won if I know that there's also a beauty contest gambling but sad to say I didn't know that it existed so I didn't have a chance to bet Catriona Gray as the winner of Miss Universe. I don’t believe there’s an existing site for beauty contest, in my years of gambling I have never heard of it and I am only reading it here for the first time but I will try and do more research on it but I want to believe is more popular in offline gambling centers.

I sincerely admit that this would be a beautiful gambling idea and I believe it will be very fair on the side of the players since the requirements for winning will be based on popularity and personality and it will now be on the side of the players to do their work and weigh who is more popular and who has a better personality. The problem is that it is really subjective and unless you know the preference of the judges you will be at a disadvantage for betting.  This event is too easy to rig compared to sport matches which would be really obvious.

Something like a beauty contest is too subjective for me to bet on.  The decisions is entirely on a panel of judges.  Instead of something like a basketball game that has a very direct and final result without much influence from a 3rd party.  Too easy for the result of this to be fixed by corrupt judges.

That’s why it cannot be considered as  gambling materials,actually how can we expect a fair result when every contest controversy happens.i believe that there is a strict reason why candidates don’t speak after every pageant but we can feel that there’s something inside them .
Just recently when Steve Harvey not intentionally mistaken the call for miss Pia Wortzback happens is a example that it’s easy to manipulate the judging(though I respect how Steve ask for apology)

Woa, I would like to say this is really quite impressive because it’s very rare to still see gambling as a platform for entertainment these days. Almost every player believes it’s an avenue to make money and the irony of it is that they keep on loosing.

I believe one word many gamblers hate to hear is knowing that the casino houses are meant to make the money and they feel the money should be for players instead and to me seems really awkward. Like, they provided the fun, so what should be their benefit. How can they measure beauty? Being chubby will be awful for some people and really liked by other people but miss universe are not getting any chubby contestants so it means every chubby girl is ugly?

I didn't know there was this kind of bet, but when it comes to gambling then of course there will be risks and greed is always there whenever it is. So this is just a different type of betting but basically gambling will have the same structure to choose and predict, but ultimately it is a lucky factor that will be the main for your winnings.

Not a fan of pageants but even if I am, I ain't betting. There's so much happening backstage that it makes it VERY hard to predict who would win. One round Ms. So And So seems to be a great contender and then just after a swimsuit change or Q&A, she's gone. So much politics and backstabbing (even heard stories of contestants finding their clothes with runs or their shoes missing).

Very different from sports where (most of the time) there's no denying who won. I'd rather play dice than bet on a pageant contestant.
