The mistake lies on both sides here. The site messed up by not closing your account immediately while you messed up by not controlling your addiction. Seems like they don't have a proper self-exclusion system in place.

That's why I just want to clarify what really was the problem as this is the ANN thread of a casino, we don't want to see some newbies trying to ruin it just because they were addicted in gambling and the site was delayed in closing them. i'm sure they would say i asked live chat to 'perminently close my account' and not self exclude, but no, no cooling off period. You are told by support to go to a 'request self exclusion button' which then takes 4 days to take effect during which you can click a button and use your account. I went back to support after seeing the four days asking for it to be done now, they said no.
