Maybe i go first to highly trusted members, but dont wanna risk a $100 scam again.
But i guess i need to exchange on localbitcoins, but i dont wanna lose too much on exchange... Their rates so sh-t.
It's been my experience that you're a lot less likely to get a charge-back here than on Localbitcoins. As long as you only accept PayPal from established members you'll be ok. On LBS any schmuck can fake documents, and then charge-back up to several months later.
And yes, you should have no trouble finding someone to trade with you at a 1 to 1 rate.
